My son told me he was unhappy and showed me the picture of what he had asked for which was nothing like what he received because he had very long hair in the picture showed a boy with shorter styled hair. After some debate, we went back in and I asked him to fix my son's hair. He told me that it would be a very long wait because he had multiple appointments already scheduled one of the other gentleman that worked there spoke up and said that once he finished with haircut, he was doing he could fix my son's hair When we went to leave, I took the other gentleman assuming that since we had already paid for the haircut we wouldn't be charged for another one since it was a fix, and it was the same day however, the second gentleman told me that he needed to be paid for his work, even though he was aware that we had just left, walked back in because my son was unsatisfied with a haircut

This is your name and face as a walking billboard sign and everyone is going to run the other direction if this is the standard of cuts your giving!! As I was walking up Joel was returning and said he needed 15 minutes. I walked in as he took a customer and seated him at our appt time. He said it would be real quick. The guy had a beard and almost no hair so how long could it take? 30 MINUTES later my son said let's go. I walked over to Joel and said we were leaving. He actually seemed surprised. I told him that I had yelled to get my son out the door to be on time as I told him being on time is important. Joel said he was done (didn't look like it as the customer wasn't moving) and I replied at that point I didn't care. He then offered to cut for free. I didn't care. NO APOLOGY, NO EXPLANATION. I'm sure everyone got an earful how unreasonable I was after I left. I hope that guy you gave our time to is a repeat customer and tips well, because we will never return. This is how to tank your business. I am more than happy to spend more money else where.
