My boyfriend felt like she didn't want to deal with him and yes there was a language barrier but I literally told her over the phone, "let's start from scratch, we trust you and what you recommend". I found the interaction strange since part of a cut is the consultation, and we were open to recommendations as part of the consultation and her response was not encouraging, " I'll see". Due to this, my boyfriend decided to end the appointment. He didn't want to make her uncomfortable or have himself feel uncomfortable. The location is beautiful and we were excited but not comfortable to say I'd recommend or refer someone.

They typically have appointments available within the week which is helpful for last minute haircut schedulers like me! I have gotten haircuts and gloss treatments from several stylists who have all been personable, and talented! The interior is typical of a salon with small stations for each stylist. I think it's nice they always offer you a water and have some snacks available, as well.
