So at this new shop I found: Mia is Tuesday-Saturday. 9:30Am-7Pm. She did an awesome job. Very nice, respectful and funny. I think I will go to this barber shop and to her now. Especially since she did not shave my widows peak away. The other barber shop barber would do that even when I asked him not to. I didn't know if he didn't understand or didn't care and he hated widow peaks. But anyways now I don't have to deal with that issues anymore cuz I found a new shop and a new barber/stylist -Mia. I was tired of going to my usual "chain store" barber where it's Russian Roulette as to the type of haircut you're going to get and I decided to go for something which was higher end. After reaching out to several barbers regarding weekend appointment availability, I found 77 Barbershop in Stafford County. I went for their highest level of service (Level Up) and I do not regret it. I will definitely be back. I selected Liz based on prior reviews and boy, did I luck out. Her attention to detail and her kindness along with her gentle demeanor made the experience worthwhile. After showing her photos of prior positive experiences abroad, she was able to replicate my preferred hairstyle with precision and care. I can't recommend her enough. I also opted for a shave and I swear that I felt like I was getting high-end spa treatment. I had not felt this relaxed at a barber shop for quite some time. After the cut I received a complimentary warm towel during my shampoo and rinse. The barber said she'd enter some notes in the system so I could get the same cut again. At $32 a cut, it is pricier than your chain barbers, but the difference in service and quality is significant. I'll be returning and am not shy about suggesting it to friends.
