I was given an appointment right away with no complications! Upon entering, the front desk girl was kind and helped me do the PCP transfer with my insurance. As I waited, they brought out little snacks for the waiting room patients which was such a nice gesture! I was then taken care of by Crystal and I cannot say enough amazing things about her! Not only was she the most genuine person I've ever met at a medical office, she made me feel as if we've been friends forever and I was completely comfortable with her! My nerves about being there went away. She was incredible. I've always had an issue drawing blood and people insisting on going through my arm with a regular needle even after I specifically request a butterfly needle in the hand; not Crystal. She took my advice saying that I knew my body best and letting me know that her goal was to make feel comfortable and not hurt me. For the first time ever, she got my vein right away, no pain, no bruising the next day. I cannot thank her enough! I am beyond happy to have found a medical group that I feel happy and at peace to go to. I no longer feel nervous to go to the doctor! I highly recommend the care that FMG provides!

It took 2 months to get the meds approved due to the secretary's laziness and until I got involved and sent her literature from the state in the correct process for approval. She did it and never called to let us know it was approved until I followed up with the status. He is sleeping with a machine for most of the night due to his diagnosed sleep apnea and restless leg syndrome and 1 night a company came to drop off a device that he is supposed to use and no one ever called us to explain this process and when we called to find out the reason for this late night device she said it wasn't her it must have been the durable med equipment company. Really??? Then this would make it the first time this ever happened? This doctor's employee is very rude and unprofessional and has little respect for the patient's well being and peace of mind; at least it has been our experience with this doctor. Unfortunately, he needs refills from this doctor and both meds now need prior approval as per the insurance. So instead of working with us he was blunt and cut off the medication instead. Well, if that is his solution then it is no wonder why the secretary is what she is. No amount of education can instill compassion, No thanks! I would never recommend this physician to my family or any of our patients and I work in the medical field for over 22 years.

And say i owe them for a February appointment... when I told the incompetent receptionist to fix it she tells me ok then when I come out the exam room she tells me she can't fix it oh well, Don't waste your time with botched face dr. I was a new patient to her practice (we moved from out of state so I needed a new Dr.). At my first visit the Dr. wasn't even present I met with a medical practitioner. I had an issue with a referral and not being able to contact the doctor on the referral. I contact her office on three separate occasions and I got nowhere on this issue. There is no follow through on behalf of the office staff. Each time I spoke to them (office staff) they said they would call me back. Weeks would pass in between phone calls and I would have to reach back out to them because they never once called me back. It has been months and still no solution. I am rating them 1 star only because you have to leave a star rating but they aren't even one star worthy.

We are college students, that's a lot of money, but we had to pay because my friend was getting worse. Nurse disappeared for 10 minutes and said she would go get someone. When she came back I asked if there was anyone available and she said "oh right" and left again for 5 minutes. When we finally got seen the head nurse, she was extremely rude and treating us like we were dumb, telling us we shouldn't have come and should have gone to the hospital, snapping at my out of it friend when he responded wrong. She said my friend's blood pressure was "through the roof" while a different nurse said it was only slightly elevated. The dramatics were not helping. Once the room stopped spinning for my friend she asked if he was still dizzy and he said no, and she just walked out of the room not saying anything. Then we got a different nurse and he explained our friend had a low grade fever and to just rest. Felt like a whole lot of nothing for $211. We left and got Pedialyte and monitored our friend for the rest of the night ourselves. Not a good experience here. Not recommended.
