I was sort of panicked about a nuclear stress test (I'd never heard of that before). I got to the location early and had to watch the poor young lady receptionist (Tamia) deal with an irate customer screaming at her in Spanish (so I don't know what the problem was) but she handled him so well that what I thought would trigger my anxiety was controlled. My technician (Yas) was so sweet and caring that there was no way to panic. She took her time and explained everything. They made sure I ate my snack and felt well enough to go home before I left. I had a great experience and highly recommend this office.

No apology. No clarification. No attempt to fix the mistake. We left without being seen after wasting an entire morning, gas, and a baby's schedule. This was disorganized, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No regard for a parent's time; I had to take a day off work. If you are a parent considering this practice, confirm everything in writing, because verbal assurances apparently mean nothing here.

Even if she did not know the details, this was clearly a family struggling with a scheduling issue involving a one-year-old, and no effort was made to step in, clarify, or de-escalate. Finally, we were never offered a meaningful solution at the time, only an after-the-fact explanation online. We left without our child being seen after a significant drive and disruption to our day. I have never had nothing but kind words for the Dr.'s - they have always been attentive and provided great care. My experience with the office staff has also always been adequate. HOWEVER, there seems to have been a shift at the front desk. When I called, the first thing I noticed was a bubbly voice in the phone- not usually my experience at Dr. offices. Then, as i proceeded with my issue this young lady was not only friendly and accommodating, she was competent! DIANA!!! Thank you very much for mot only working with me, but for seeing it through to fruition!
