Go to main hospital to draw blood or insist that nurse draw. Main hospital making efforts to connect other departments via video teleconference and once a week limited services. Space is limited, they need to lease another office in the building for a classroom / recreational therapy area. Great physical therapy department. They look at problems holistically and treat the whole person which results in real progress. Building ok, parking a problem, especially for mobility challenged.

HOWEVER, there seems to have been a shift at the front desk. When I called, the first thing I noticed was a bubbly voice in the phone- not usually my experience at Dr. offices. Then, as i proceeded with my issue this young lady was not only friendly and accommodating, she was competent! DIANA!!! Thank you very much for mot only working with me, but for seeing it through to fruition! Instead of helping resolve the issue or explaining why a bill was appearing nearly three years later, she insisted I owed it -- despite the clinic only sending one statement that I never received. The clinic itself feels outdated, and the staff gives off an uncaring, "you're just a number" vibe. Nothing about the environment or the service suggests professionalism or patient-centered care. With so many better urgent care options in the area, I genuinely don't understand how this place is still operating the way it does. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.
