I most fortunately found through Yelp J&S Advanced IT. I had the pleasure of speaking to Sean Pope and explained my dilemma, and how critical it was to get my computer repaired or replaced. Both Sean & Jason went so far out of their way to accomodate me it was incredible. I had to literally look up the additional words to complement these incredibly talented and more so caring people. My wife was very concerned about How things would look. She didn't want a lot of tech gear affecting the aesthetics of the house. Jason was understanding and patient. Ari and his team helped me get better wifi in my 3 bedroom home in Topanga. I had no service there…read moreso having good wifi was crucial, however I had the router in my office and we had a bunch of dead zones throughout the property. The wifi was spotty in the kitchen or outside so if I was on a wifi call and walked outside my call would start cutting out. He set me up with a full mesh wifi system so the entire property, both inside and outside has full coverage wifi now! I definitely recommend Ari and tech hero if you're looking for a wifi upgrade.

He even offers to hide the cords in the wall which most others won't even do. The customer service was second to none! He offered us many mount options from the stand flush mount to the swivel mount, both of which were at cost. You could tell he was very experienced at mounting TV's. He gave us great advice on the placement based on prior installations, and even offered to move it after if it didn't feel right. On top of all that he was super nice, and knowledgable about his field. 5 starts! There's no one better in LA!!!
