The alarm goes off for no reason, being fair they call immediately and email and we have no problem with that, however we've been trying to get their help to fix the issue for at least 3 months and no action has been made and they have been giving us the runaround. I hope this message gets to them. We are generally happy with contacting us but something wrong with our system and they dont fix it and we constantly get false alarms and it is really annoying. I hope they can fix it. Otherwise we have to find a new provider.

Turned out the previous owner of our house had a contract with them…read more A few years after moving they came out to do "service" and the owner insisted that my wife sign a contract. BIG MISTAKE. Now we supposedly "lease" the equipment from them. If we want to terminate, it'll cost us dearly. I said, OK, at least they will service the equipment - WRONG AGAIN. Service guy came out said we need some of the cheapo plastic door gadgets replaced - they are now 15 years old. He told me I had to call to request this. I did, and the owner or whoever she is said, no, if they've been abused you have to pay for them. WHAT? They are just stuck to either the wall or a stationary door! How can they be abused? She said she'd get back to me. Crickets now for over a month. This company needs ethics training, although it's probably too late for them. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!!
