OH MY GAWD If it were not for John Aliso and Renee out of Palmdale CA.; the new adventure might have been a complete and total failure! I work as a foreperson for a land baroness out in the desert. We tried frontier which was a failure, then someone bragged about hugesnet being so great because they had 5G and then they in turn assured us that we needed their more expensive business class, and to make an extremely long and boring story less, as in "less being more" giggles, it became a tedious and dismal failure!! Then we found John Aliso and Renee at Supernet 360. Set up the appointment for the install, they came out, installed the new system of which DID NOT REQUIRE A DISH mind you. Based on microwave technology.......... Three words best describe our experience so far........ NIGHT AND DAY!!! Night being the DARK SIDE of things with Frontier and Hugesnet Day being the BRIGHT SIDE of things Supernet 360 Our system went down recently because of a Supernet 360 system upgrade. A call to John was made the wee hours of early Sunday morning.... By 8 AM that morning John responded and explained their upgrading and by the early afternoon, it was back up and running! Now this must be said, WHAT BUSINESS do you know that will make any response to your inquiry on a SUNDAY MORNING, let alone on any weekend at all but especially on any Sunday for crying out loud, giggles!! I give this service and John Aliso two thumbs up, and he certainly has my vote!!! read more

We live in a rural area in Rosemond and Supernet 360 is hands down the best internet you can get! Not only is John super passionate about his business but his technician is too! Hands down the best ISP customer service I have received yet! They are fast and responsive when it comes too installations and service! My experience with them has been outstanding! Hands down way better internet and customer service than their competitors in the area. I greatly appreciate their hard work and dedication to provide amazing internet especially in areas where hard wired connections are not available. We had Hughesnet because we have no fiber available. We paid for Hughesnet business class with the promise of a public static. Oh, you get a public static alright: along with the rest of Hughesnet customers. You still do not have a public static that will route to your business unless you manage to contact a Hughesnet rep who can forward your ports through the main router. Supernet360 can and did route my CCTV ports and we now have remote monitoring of our CCTV thanks to Supernet360. We feel a lot safer knowing that we can call loved ones who can see and view our farm and know if something is wrong or not. We can know status of plants, livestock, water pressure, water levels, and more thanks to Supernet360. We can get alerts and check on different things around the farm. The Hughesnet box is disconnected and we are sending it back. The cause for cancellation is Hughes breech of the static IP Address promise and we will fight a termination penalty in small claims court as Hughesnet did not deliver on the verbal promises of it's sales and technical staff or even their own marketing material which list a static IP Address as included in business class internet. Supernet360 did not advertise anything but delivered exactly what we needed. Maybe the difference is spending money on advertising instead of trained professionals? All that I know is that Supernet360 delivers where Hughesnet does not and that means that we are quite happy with Supernet360 and done with Hughesnet. Support matters. read more
