The space is well-laid out, and all the festive decorations only added to the experience. You can also step out onto several balconies to look over the city skyline. Despite it being a packed evening due to multiple conferences in town, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. For food, we tried the pizza, and it did not disappoint. The cocktails were delicious, and they even offer fun specialty drinks during these themed events. Then I was told they didn't have any "parts" remaining to set up a hookah stand for us. OK. 20 minutes later the servers are bringing a hookah stand to another table. I asked the bar tenders how is it that when I asked they were out but 20 minutes later another table had one. The bartender then proceeded to the back which I assumed she was going to ask about my situation BUT she was dancing with other customers. After waiting for another 15 minutes a man came to the bar and stated that someone must have brought more tobacco. Needles to say I left after that. I will not be returning to this establishment, if you even want to call it that. I do NOT RECOMMEND anyone going to the bar. Their customer service is not rude, but they are NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. Plus I believe this was also false advertisement.
