Great bar with a fantastic panoramic view of the city! When I visited, it was decked out for their holiday pop-up, which added extra Christmas theming from top to bottom. The space is well-laid out, and all the festive decorations only added to the experience. You can also step out onto several balconies to look over the city skyline. Despite it being a packed evening due to multiple conferences in town, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. For food, we tried the pizza, and it did not disappoint. The cocktails were delicious, and they even offer fun specialty drinks during these themed events. If I find myself back in St. Louis, this is definitely a spot I would make an effort to visit again. read more

We came here on a Sunday night right when the holiday pop up bar started and it was really delightful. We had some drinks at Bpv to watch football and wanted to check it out for some food. It wasn't crowded and there was plenty of seating. The decor was lovely and a nice way to get in the holiday mood. The 4 of us split 4-5 of the small plates and they were very good. Watch your bill closely. We did not notice that we were charged an additional $4 for each drink that we had a large ice cube. For food I got chicken skewers which is over some time of rice I never heard of. My friend enjoyed the pizza and other friend enjoyed her salmon dish very much. Located in the Hilton, this rooftop bar is quite fun. You're greeted by a mesmerizing waterfall. You get a view of the arch and the sunsets are fab. I ordered All Out on the Gas which was fairly good. I LOVED the Salmon Miso. Salmon was beautifully cooked and the broth and noodles were a nice compliment to the salmon. I enjoyed the spicy peppers. The bar itself was very clean and the service was very attentive and detailed. It can be tough finding a seat, but we were able to spot open seats. Just had to wait till the table got cleaned off; didn't take too long to be seated and waited on. The food was mediocre. I came here on Sunday whilst bar hopping with a friend and it didn't disappoint! Admittedly, I've been here quite a few times but this was the first time I'd ever eaten here. We sat at the bar and were immediately given water and menus. They have a plethora of food and drink options, so you'd def. be in good hands with whatever you choose. I went with the Featherlike, which consisted of Reposado, pineapple juice, honey, banana liqueur and lime. For food, I went with the Caesar salad and got a side of the sesame garlic naan. The featherlike was dangerously good! The reposado was smooth and mixed well with the other ingredients; nothing was too overpowering but perfectly balanced. The Caesar salad was pretty good but I was surprised there were no croutons! While fine on its own, some protein would have made it better. The garlic naan was better than I had hoped. I saw pictures of little breadsticks that looked like the naan, so that's what I was expecting it to look like. Instead, it came out like charred pita bread with the sesame seasoning. Regardless, it was delicious and I'm glad they let me order it without getting the accompanying spread. The food and drinks were a hit and the service was even better. Despite it being in the late afternoon and them still being relatively busy, we never had to wait for anything and were well attended to. For those who have yet to make their way here, the views, food, and drinks are unmatched. Def worth checking out if you can. read more

Cool bar at the rooftop of the Hilton. In November, it's completely decked out with festive holiday lights :)! I came in solo pretty late at night to have a quick bite at the bar. It was 9:58pm and apparently kitchen closes at 10pm so under the gun to make an immediate decision on what to order from their interesting menu I picked what I surmised to be the healthiest option: beet salad It was dece - but pretty small for $14 - just an appetizer really. The green puree underneath the beets, was interesting, but def more of a snack than a nutritious meal. The view was cool though! read more

I came into town for a conference on a Monday and wanted a chill place where I could get food and relax after a day of traveling. This was a spectacular find. Located on the top floor of the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, there isn't a bad seat in the house. The views are gorgeous and you can see a different side of the city from every side of the bar you sit at. Being there on a Monday, there was no crowd, which I thought was odd, but I went early and it's possible that, whatever conferences were in town, they hadn't really ended yet for the day. You need key access to use the elevators, so there is an attendant who will let you in if you're not staying at the hotel. Folks, check out this pizza. It's called Spring Time, and I couldn't get over how good it was. Highly recommend. When you get a chance, explore the different seating areas and take some pictures. So, because this place doesn't take reservations for a group less than 10 and with 10+ there is a minimum spend, we were 8, so I got here right at opening to snag the optimal seat section, the couches in the corner. Worked out great! We were able to sit in a circular set-up which made for optimal fun and conversation! Our waitress, Sammy, was great! Attentive and patient, which is a must with a group. Many many drinks through the night, we didn't leave until around 10p. Some of the food on our table, Arancini Balls, Cajun Fries, Brisket platter, chicken skewers, Salmon Chips, Birria Tacos and a Pizza with bacon, goat cheese and some other toppings. Everything tasted great, but I'd say the combination of toppings on that pizza made for a "different" taste profile. It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't have it again. This spot has one of the best views around and a laid-back atmosphere that works just as well for a date night as it does hanging out with friends. We stopped in for drinks, so I went with the WhistlePig 12 while my wife had one of their cocktails, and both were on point. It's one of those days, where your broker screws you with the wrong Load info, and in trucking, that translates to a layover in this economy; Didn't pick up a load, ain't heading back home to Los Angeles. And so I found myself parked with my big rig in the village of East St Louis, Illinois-- a not so charming town, with no nearby restaurants, not even a Denny's, and it was right then and there I had this epiphany...I have 15 hours to blow off, and what better way than to call an Uber and maybe check out this town home to the Gateway Arches, and where the expedition to the West began in the days of Lewis & Clark. So I arrive at the lobby of the Hilton, no rooftop bar in sight, this was the destination I set alright. The city seemed a bit quiet in this side of Broadway street. Maybe its the recession. After walking in, I ask the concierge, is there a restaurant at this location, and without hesitation, he swipes his card and puts me on a one way trip to the 26th Floor. Enter the floor, it is alive, it is everything you'd expect of a rooftop bar in the center of the city, no fancy dress codes, very chill, very lax, everyone just having a good time. No complaints about the decor here, and they were playing my type of music, house & lounge, just like Vegas! Maybe earlier at first glance it was a recession, but the ballpark next door was packed on this Monday night so I taketh whatever I said back. Cheers. I'll put a stop to my rambling and get to the drinks and the food. You'd think that coming out here, your really just paying for the atmosphere and views; however I'm quite impressed with everything that I ordered tonight. The 360 Old Fashion, is probably one of the better variations I've had, a little on the sweeter side, but overall a very palatable drink. The House Fries, I devoured, reminded me of my childhood visiting Lebanese Shawarma Stalls in Saudi Arabia by the Red Sea, think it was the Garlic Aioli though, very similar to Arabic Garlic White Sauce ( a blend of lemon juice and garlic ). Moving on to the Lobster Arancini, a mix of pomodoro, Parmesan and parsley, being the first time trying such a dish, I just wanted to say, this is what Falafel and Marinara Sauce paired together would look like, except the filling is langostino shellfish, and cheese. Nevertheless, this was a really good starter, and kudos to my server for recommending it. Last but not least, I ordered the Miso Salmon, this is very Asian inspired, yet very creative too. I've quite frankly never had glass noodles, paired with Salmon. Enjoyed every bite of this dish, it was light, refreshing, had the right amount of peppers & spice, Salmon, was cooked just right, tender in the middle, charred on the outside. Two thumbs up. For those out of towners like me, if you end up in town with a semi-truck, live a little. I know, money is tight in this market, but experiences like these, they don't always come by. Despite not having any company, I figured out a way to just embrace every second of this night out solo. Located on the 26th floor, all the views are great, and the bars are excellent with both indoor and outdoor facilities and seating. The food consists of small plates and fast casual pizza ... nice for a bite. Drinks were good, wines had a nice pour. Service was also very good ... attentive and quick. Loads of seating ... tables, couches, bar seats, and ledges around the rim. You get to the rooftop only through the first floor elevators ... this is their way of crowd control. I've been to 360 multiple times, and in my most recent visit they had stunning christmas decor up!! I came on a wednesday night so there was no problem finding a table, but definitely try to reserve seats or come early on the weekend (or expect a wait). It's always a fun time here, I always see large parties hosting events like birthdays or bachelorettes. The view and vibe is hard to beat, and the food is also yummy. My usual combo of the fries, the white sauce pizza (or italian) and drinks is always good! My friend also says good things about their mac n cheese, but it's quite expensive, unsure if they raised their prices recently. This is a solid place to bring a friend when they're visiting stl!
