There is some limited outdoor seating on the sidewalk and indoor seating. Our group enjoyed delicious appetizers, and there were limited happy hour specials from their cocktail menu. I wanted wine and must say that they have really great wine - I enjoyed both the Pinot Noir and the Chardonnay. Also they had the most adorable bathroom with framed high school photos of celebrities (St. Louis is the most high school fixated city in America, IYKYK). The service was friendly but a bit uneven, considering how empty it was when we first arrived. There were some long waits for drinks, and a couple of mix-ups. I believe the main source of confusion was that one big check had been started, but with people coming and going at different times, it had to be split into separate checks on the back side so people could pay before leaving. I do recommend them for happy hour and plan to return.

Great! 2) You have to use your cell phone connected to YouTube to select karaoke songs and there were no electrical outlets in the room. So we had to rotate cellphones based on who had the most battery life left. 3) The furniture has seen better days (leather couch peeling) and the corners of the room were not cleaned well. Of course we brought our own cleaning supplies because that's what we do . Overall we had a great time and I would visit them again.

Based on the party size book a room fitting for everyone, at least an hour. You can reserve for 30 minute allotments after that. I would NOT recommend coming early because you will not be allowed in! Once allowed in, a server throughout your booking will be there to help you and take drink orders. Bringing them directly to your room. I was here for a birthday party, and it was a great time! With a screen to pick songs, large TVs with lyrics, and microphones for singing. Grab some friends and come check it out! You and your besties are sure to have a great evening together.

I love the concept of ordering via QR code, but some of the codes are worn and difficult to pick up with a phone camera.

This popped up as a brunch spot so we decided to try it…read more It recommends reservations so I made them however upon arrival the place was empty so use your best judgement call with that. A few other parties came while we were there but in no way was it packed. Our waitress was super nice. Stopped by appropriately and made sure our drinks were filled up. There was another member of the wait staff who was opening up the hot dishes as you made your way down the line. The layout was not overwhelming. There's a small table with a soup and salad fixings. The hot stuff was in chafing dishes. It had a few breakfast items then some had lunch items. There was an omelet station which my husband enjoyed. There was a small pastry section with a dessert. Pastries were dry. It advertised a jazz or music brunch. The band was having issues setting up so we didn't get to hear them. They offer an unlimited mimosa bar that is an additional cost. The regular menu looked good. Hope to stop by in the future.

There were the usual brunch items: soups, salads, smoked salmon, eggs, bacon, sausage links, herb potatoes, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, French toast and an omelette station. If breakfast didn't fill you up there were lunch entrées too. Chicken creamed spinach, Sunday roast, mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, fresh corn cut off the cob and mashed potatoes. Finally assorted pastries and fresh fruit. Our waitress Lilly was outstanding and it was even her very first brunch service. So friendly and attentive which made our experience that much more enjoyable. Thank you Lilly! We had an early reservation which turned out to be good as by the time we were leaving the crowds showed up. Only thing, just before we left, live entertainment started which was a nice touch. Wish we could have listened longer but they had a 90 minute seating time which I guess was because it was Father's Day. Even though the restaurant is fairly new, it seemed they have their act together. We will be back again.

Pin‑Up Bowl is a small bowling alley with only eight lanes, a big bar, and plenty of seating, and once our leader confirmed the credit card the whole thing kicked into gear with free drinks flowing right away, draft beers and a few cans and bottles and rail liquors, so I grabbed a beer while others went straight for rum and cokes or vodka and cranberry and the like. The food never stopped coming, trays of toasted ravioli and chicken tenders and pizza arriving again and again, and even with ten minutes left in the unlimited window the kitchen was still sending things out, which made the whole setup feel generous rather than timed or stingy. As for the bowling, it worked well enough for a place that has probably been running nonstop for years. Even though I haven't bowled in twenty years I still managed a respectable 125, which felt like a small personal victory. The machinery had the occasional hiccup, nothing dramatic, just the usual quirks you expect in an older alley, like the lane next to us needing to edit their scores a couple of times or a ball getting stuck in the back or a pin landing in the gutter that someone had to kick down manually, all of it adding to the lived‑in charm rather than taking away from the night. It's a neat spot on Delmar, easygoing and unpretentious, and our whole group had a great time, the kind of outing that works because the place doesn't try too hard and instead just lets people relax, bowl a little, eat a lot, and enjoy themselves. The bowling is fun, music is good. The people who frequent it, nice. Many decades of coming to many places in the Loop have always been fun, with my kids, and my mom..A lot of the business owners are dear friends for years.. contemporaries. we've fought for a great cohesive community and nurtured it. This woman had gone from being nice and assuring me I was good, to a Jeckel & Hyde thing out of nowhere, contradicting what she'd just said. Threatened me, menaced me. There was no catalyst. We were far away. I understand that people get tired, have bad days, but this was bizarre and highly inappropriate.
