Did a great job. Had no problem helping me with my front door lock. Even though that was not what he came to fix.

I had to immediately find a locksmith, when I had my front door refinished and the refinishers were unable to put the old hardware back on. I called Fair and Square and spoke to Sergio and they made it out quickly as promised. I then purchased replacement hardware and the holes were different. The new hardware took 2.5 hours to install, it was clearly different holes and they sent me refurbished apparently so it was missing, keys, it had a broken spring and one pin set wrong. Juan fixed all this. Juan had to really work hard on this situation and replaced the core and cut us keys. It was a challenging job, as he told us...but he got it done and finally our door looks great but it was sure a challenge. I will keep using Fair and Square as they were great to work with!!!!! read more

I was in need of an urgent door unlocking service and they were very quick to get a technician on site. The technician was also very quick at getting the door unlocked, so I have no complaints and was happy with the service itself. However, when I called and asked the person for a quote, he told me it would cost between $50-80, but when the technician collected payment, he told me they had to charge me $125, for two separate fees that were not entirely clear to me. I would have been fine paying this because of how urgently I needed the service, but wish that had been properly communicated to me when I scheduled. It felt a bit deceptive to me and I still don't understand what the additional $50 fee was for and why they wouldn't have quoted me for it to begin with. read more

Some jerk tried to break into my car by jamming a screw driver into the driver door lock. It made that door not lock anymore and also caused the unlock button inside the car to not work for any of the other doors too.
