Honest Review from a Loyal Customer I've been coming to this car wash for a long time ever since the original owner. They were always polite, professional, and did absolutely amazing work. Even after the new owner took over, I stayed loyal because of the quality of their job. But today really pissed me off. They have a big sign that says "$50 Regular Wash." That's what I always get. Every time I come, there's this one guy Hispanic, kind of a big build super polite, always charges me what's posted: $50. No problem at all. Then there's this other guy, I think he's the new owner long curly hair, always wears a hat and every time it's him, he charges me $60 instead of $50. I let it slide before because their team does a great job, but today was the last straw. When I pulled up, I parked at the entrance and started getting ready. He was in front of me waving me forward, but his attitude was just plain rude like he didn't even want me there. That already ticked me off. Then when he came to my window, I told him I wanted the regular $50 wash, and he goes, "Oh, it's actually $60." I told him, "Last time I was here, the guy charged me $50. If it's $60, you should change your sign, bro." Then he says, "It's $60 for a Model Y." That's when I asked for my key back and left. I'm not a cheap person -- I've always tipped $10 on top of the wash because they really do an amazing job. That's $60 total, and I've been happy to pay it. But it's not okay for someone to change prices depending on who shows up or what car you drive. That's just unprofessional and taking advantage of loyal customers. If this guy really is the owner, he should not be treating people this way. Just giving everyone a heads-up -- watch out for the price sign and make sure you're not getting overcharged. read more

They do a good job. I recalled the last visit it was $50 for a basic cleaning. This visit, when I reiterated what was on their sign, I was told it was $60, because I had a small SUV. I only had sixty something bucks with me, expecting to tip upwards of 10 bucks depending on the outcome. This was annoying as my memory was clear, I decided to go ahead and pay it, using the tip money. They did a good job overall, I went to pay when they were done. I was paying cash and asked for a receipt, the guy wrote me a receipt for "$50", I asked him to correct it to show I paid $60, he already had my $67 in his hand.I also tipped $7 as I felt they did a good job. I don't like shady stuff like that, was he gonna give me the $50 rate or was it something else? As I said, I had already handed him the $67 cash. The company does a nice job with the clean. For about $50, hand wash and detail including interior and tires. Takes about 60-90 mins depending on time of day. Normally a 5 star review, but the employees damaged my license plate surround. It was clear as day when I opened my trunk to load my backpack into the trunk. Im guessing a towel got caught during the drying process. In addition, they forgot to put back in my trunks weather mat, had to drive back to pick it up. Told Joseph the manager about my exposure and he acknowledged the mistakes, however, did nothing about it. I may go again, but will think twice. read more

I bought this Fiat for my daughter and although the person took great care in maintaining the engine, it was obvious it.hadn't been washed in a long time. It had layers of dirt and water stains from sprinklers that we couldn't get off. The paint looked dull and the windows had water spots all over. I called and Joseph answered. I've never had a car detailed before so i really didn't know what I needed. I told Joseph my issue with the dirt and water stains and he took the time to explain what needed to be done....with ceramic tint all around and paint correction, it came out to $750. Worth every penny. My daughter is super happy and it's so nice to be able to look out a window without seeing water spots. I know I had 4 rubber mats in front and back. They don't just get up and walk away. When my car was ready, the two back rubber mats were nowhere to be found. Brought in a $150K Porsche 911 for a $300 mini-detail as it had been a year since I had it clapboard and waxed and carpets washed. Only reason I chose this place was because it was close to my home. Had a poor experience with a wrap they had done but their $50 washes were decent on my Lucid. Picked up my 911 a few hours later, gave the guy a $50 tip. Drove away and noticed my steering wheel was greasy to the touch. I look at my dash and it is completely covered in glossy armor-all. My seats - Armor-all. You NEVER put Armor-all on leather. I just picked up my vehicle from this "Auto spa" I did not review their work carefully and i am missing a button from my rear AC controls and another small piece of the vehicles outline. The roof of the vehicle was the reason why I took it in and it was not cleaned my seats are soaking wet and per the dealership my front seats are not supposed to get wet due to them having sensors on the actual seat. It's a self healing protection film to protect from rock chips and sorts. Definitely recommend it. He answered back promptly and was very professional and friendly. Great price as well! They're still open during the safer-at-home order. I brought the car in and Fernando was able to provide me more information about the application. They even washed my car! Was not expecting that. I really appreciated the extra mile that they went for doing the clear bra as I was planning on washing it myself after. They got these little spots on my windshield out that's been bothering me and really took care of my car during the wash. I went in there for just regular wash which was $50, maybe I should've paid attention upon leaving. But when I got home, I noticed that there was a big scratch on the back side of the car on the driver side. Which was not there before, the car is still super dirty, there's spots and splotches everywhere, on the outside there's black, stains and white stains all around it, so in essence, the car didn't get washed it just got rinsed. Ceramic coating takes 3-5 days depending on how busy it can be; but Fernando takes his time to get it done correctly the first time. I took my car in to get cleaned and was blown away by the job that these guys did. All around me were Porsches and high end cars, but they have just as much attention and detail to my 99 Explorer. I asked where's my small add on mirror and they answered they don't know. So I asked see the security camera, but they say they don't have the authority and ask me to come back another time. Through it all their attitude was very bad, unfriendly, unprofessional, and unapologetic about broken my small rare mirror, (they even questioned if the mirror exists) I was very angry, This is my first time to wash a car here. I'm a first time customer and I'm so happy with my clean car. I have paid for lux washes, paid top dollar for pros to come to my home but 3G did the best job especially for the cost. I'm detail oriented and also suffer from allergies so details such as dust removal are important to me. I didn't have to say anything because I noticed that they cared for the details too.
