If you're not middle eastern, DON'T go to this store. I'm Bolivian and they looked me up and down like I was some strange creature they'd never seen before. They're very rude... customer service does not exist here. My mom has been going here for years, and she's never had an issue. I assume that's because she's more middle eastern looking. My only concern here is the meat contamination. They use the same blade/machinery and scale for meat and chicken. That just doesn't sit well with it's me considering all the possible contamination. When I went to the salon they told me a different higher price than the original price before. They scammed me for 53 dollars a hair cut for my daughter even though she gave her just a straight cut, and she only trimmed my edges when I asked for layers and charged me overprice. This salon is a scam. Avoid coming here . They are super unprofessional and the owner added an additional 6 dollar charge on top of my overpriced service because I was paying with card and she told me if I didn't want to pay extra 6 dollars I should go home and grab cash or Zelle her. I love bringing my wife here because it gives her a feeling of home and that's something I want to give her because it's not everyday that you leave your home without knowing if you'll ever go back to see your family. The store has the nice feel of a well stocked grocery store in the Middle East. It has a few items I enjoyed while visiting Yemen, also some things that I've found in places in Africa and South Asia. This is the place to shop for Ramadan, we go there and stock up just before the holy month starts. I never really compare the prices to shops like Food Lion or Walmart, but the smile it puts on my wife's face is enough for me to keep coming. Naz and her team do such an amazing job at the Woodbridge location. I come here to get my eyebrows threaded and am never disappointed. I don't let anyone else touch my eyebrows. They also offer a lot of other services here such as hair cuts, facials as well as eye brow tint. I am very happy with Naz and am incredibly proud of how much her business has grown. Naz is amazing. My two daughters and I have been going there for 2 years. She does amazing eyebrows. I had one eyebrow that was accidentally taken off and she has been working to make them look better. They are now at the point where people give me compliments on them. I am leaving town this week for work so checked in today to see what hours she was there and she was off. A couple of hours later she called me and said she was going in to take care of me. So let me start with this: Naz is a brow goddess. I don't know how she did it, but she made my brows look exactly how I've always wanted them to look. I hadn't had my eyebrows done for over FOUR YEARS after a horribly traumatizing experience at a nail salon that made me vow to never let anyone touch my eyebrows ever again. But now, four years later, my brows were back to their naturally bushy state so I hoped that I could find someone I trusted completely to thread my brows. I was super nervous, but I figured I'd give this place a try after seeing the positive reviews about Naz. Naz made me feel completely comfortable by explaining what she was going to do with my brows, and I soon relaxed. She let me hold a mirror up to let me see what she was doing the whole time which gave me an extra boost of assurance that my brows would be ok. I got my brows both threaded and dyed which was a fun experience. The dye is very dark at first, which left me looking like I had sharpie brows but the dye fades down to a normal color after a couple of days so they turned out just fine. If you decide to get yours dyed too, tell Naz to concentrate most of the dye on the end of the brow and fade it into the front. This would be to prevent the dye from giving your brows a harsh, block look and would give them more of a natural gradient effect once the dye is taken off.
