A few months ago I had a tire that kept getting low and finally came up flat on a weekend I was watching a friend's baby. I called and made an appointment, got transportation worked out, had to change the appointment time, and then when I finally showed up (with a friend's baby on my hip) and clearly a little flustered, the repair was quick and inexpensive. They have been friendly, generous, and consistently a good experience!

I got booked right away for my appointment on a date and time that was convenient to my schedule. I got emails confirming my appointment and my car was taken back promptly at the scheduled time. The work was completed in a timely manner and my car returned to me as it was placed in the service centers hands. I neglected to mention that when the service technician came to get my car he had plastic for the seats and paper floor mat. My car was sounding the way that I expected with the parts provided and I couldn't be happier. Are you kidding me? I just called Belle Tire, another Midas, and even the Chevy dealer. They all said free. This place is a ripoff. Then the pricing for the repair was almost the same as the dealer. I rarely need to take my car in, but I will never take it here ever again. The Midas in Avon should be ashamed of themselves. And just another note, this seems to be a common theme with the 1 stars for this place. This is all I see out there for this Midas in Avon.

Goodyear had replaced some tpm sensors and they were not working. Took to Midas and Adam discovered…read morethe sensors were programmed to the wrong frequency. Adam reprogrammed and reset the system and now all good. did for no charge. Great Customer service every time I go there.
