A few months ago I had a tire that kept getting low and finally came up flat on a weekend I was watching a friend's baby. I called and made an appointment, got transportation worked out, had to change the appointment time, and then when I finally showed up (with a friend's baby on my hip) and clearly a little flustered, the repair was quick and inexpensive. They have been friendly, generous, and consistently a good experience!

The work was completed in a timely manner and my car returned to me as it was placed in the service centers hands. My car was sounding the way that I expected with the parts provided and I couldn't be happier. Are you kidding me? I just called Belle Tire, another Midas, and even the Chevy dealer. They all said free. This place is a ripoff. Then the pricing for the repair was almost the same as the dealer. I rarely need to take my car in, but I will never take it here ever again. The Midas in Avon should be ashamed of themselves. And just another note, this seems to be a common theme with the 1 stars for this place. This is all I see out there for this Midas in Avon.

We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Thank you so much, I feel better knowing my son's car is working -- and that he can call you if he runs into any other problems. :)
