So I got a call from the manager from Plainfield In and she was rude talking over me telling me…read morethat corporate called her and told her to tell me that even though the mechanic lied and cheated me charging me for services they never performed that they weren't going to honor or pay me for a service they never did . They charged me for sway bars that they never replaced and the dealership where I took to get repaired told me we could have had a major accident causing major injuries if they broke driving down the road that's how bad they were . The manager was over talking me , or trying , and now they have cheated me lied about two repairs that cost me over 1000.00 dollars and only refunded me for one repair and not the full amount . The shop that did the work is on Rockville road across from the Kroger . I charged the repairs and was charged 30 % interest for the money borrowed. This is three times in a row I have gotten fantastic service with Tire Central. A few months ago I had a tire that kept getting low and finally came up flat on a weekend I was watching a friend's baby. I called and made an appointment, got transportation worked out, had to change the appointment time, and then when I finally showed up (with a friend's baby on my hip) and clearly a little flustered, the repair was quick and inexpensive. They have been friendly, generous, and consistently a good experience!

Turns out, the last shop that did our oil change didn't properly seal the oil filter housing cap, which caused oil to leak all over the engine. Jesse diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, cleaned up the spilled oil, and topped us off with new oil. All at a very fair price. If he hadn't caught it when he did, our engine could've locked up. They've definitely earned our trust, and we'll be coming back for all our future auto needs. Highly recommend!
