It is costing me nearly $10K to fix the issues this car has including the steering rack, missing bolts to the sub (it had been replaced by the dealer with a cheap ebay knock-off that was actually defective), tie rod ends and more. Throughout the process the sales rep and the sales manager represent the vehicle as having been inspected end to end and as being in excellent condition. Now, to be fair the actual buying experience was very smooth but that just shows what con men they are. Truth is they misrepresented the car and all its issues and they knew it. 2 months after purchase review:…read more DO NOT buy from these scumbags, One month into purchase it was riding a little rough. I went to get tires balanced and rotated hoping it would fix it. The tire shop I went to said 2 tires were completely bald. I looked at the tires and thought they looked fine but apparently the dealer put two "decoy tires" on. They put winter tires that don't even match the brand of the other 2 tires and are fine looking until you reach around the back of the tire and realize they have about 1/10 tread left on the inside even though the visible part of the tire has 8/10 tread. (They told me the tires were new.) Had to get 2 new tires. Currently 2 months after purchase: -A knocking sound in the front, I think it's the struts (wasn't there when I test drove). -Needs and alignment - transmission is jumping around (wasn't there when I test drove) -finding little things they buffed out and painted that weren't visible on the car when I bought that are appearing after a few car washes. (5 or 6 dings and scratches) I mind you this was a $14,000 vehicle with 40,000 miles these shouldn't be issues happening unless they did a quick fix before selling. I would definitely get it inspected before buying. They also try and charge you 500$ on top of the agreed price once they print up the paperwork and sit you down to sign. They haggled me 3 times until finally taking it off. The manager even told a salesman he couldn't discuss the deal in front of me while probably discussing ways they wanted rip me off. And kept telling me someone at their shop "wanted to buy it so I better hurry up". That should've been an obvious sign to not buy. STAY AWAY

The courtesy and work quality I experienced when in last week when my car was repaired with parts arriving in a couple of days and task completed in hours. The staff provided a tour of the facility, smiles and water for my grandkids. This was truly the finest level of customer service I've received in the US and abroad. The car was washed and cleaned as a bonus. Positive vibes all the way. Further, their competition in Fishers (no names) was 6 weeks without return call or any follow up. Fast forward so Hector came out & said he believed that was not the case charged me over 200.00 & he was incorrect its now the motor.....Smdh. yes I paid the fee which ik that he should not have been paid. So me being me still utilized the service, I had him look at my daughter Dodge Challenger which was over heating, him & his daughter came up with a price of 891.00 this was for a radiator/labor....crazy price. I shopped around & found a radiator from Advance Auto for $268.00 & Hector charged me $300.00 for labor in which I paid. Now this is the most disturbing business practice that is unacceptable, how you charge a diagnostic fee, but tells me that fee will not come off of the LABOR! I've dealt with mechanics before Galvin & long as they did the work than that fee is subtracted from the labor fee. I got my car washed there for the first time during the fundraiser, and I was really impressed by how nice my car looked afterward. Unlike other car washes, I didn't have any soapy water spots anywhere on my car when I left--that's because someone hand dries your car after it goes through the wash. I was so surprised by that attention to detail! It's not super close to my house and I don't often get over to that side of town, but I've made a point to go back to Car Wash King for the quality car wash and personal service they offer. I thought the price was really affordable as well, especially for the personal touch of hand drying the car so it doesn't have spots.
