I recently moved to East Dayton and decided to ditch Kettering Health Network and support something smaller. Boy did I make a mistake. This place will see you only to make you reschedule to do blood work. I've been 3 times now and if they had their way they would have seen me at least 6 times. At $90 a visit (after Cigna pays their part) Even once is too much. Had to a see a doc who wasn't my primary one, today for an emergency. She would not speak to me about anything but the emergency (wanted her to order a blood test) and was just flat out rude. To the point I commented "someone is extra friendly today" Her response was asking me if I wanted to leave...NO i just waited 40+ minutes and that was our first 5 minutes of interaction. The office visit lasted only 10 min and I was prescribed some antibiotics. I would not even crawl in here if I had just broken both legs and happened to be right in front of this building. Kettering I am coming back!

I called twice today to make an appointment and was hung up on both times! The first time the lady answered, without even saying hello, she said " Your phone is too staticky you're gonna have to call me back" lol staticky?! Then I call back and someone just picks up and hangs up! Wow! So i drive there to make my appointment and the lady at the front desk has a attitude, imagine that. She tells me with a nasty look on her face, I need to call and schedule my appointment. I tried to tell her I was hung up on twice but she didn't want to hear it, probably bc she was the one who hung up on me. Anyway I just want everyone to know how poorly this place is ran! Thanks

I am so mad right now, I just got my bill from this provider for EKG and labs for my son totaling…read more$1459 and I owe $1429 of it because they only allow a crummy 2% discount!! Seriously?! What's the point of having insurance if the provider is not going to negotiate with their networks to allow more of a discount than that, I'm practically paying these as if I had no insurance, how do they get away with this? And to top it off, because they didn't bill the address shown on my actual insurance card until now, I'm looking at eobs I got yesterday for services from July 2017. If they had gotten the billing right and filed it correctly and timely I would have known much faster and stopped taking him there for his testing and labs. We all know these facilities make plenty of money and can afford to actually negotiate with provider networks to give much better discounts than this, this is the provider's fault because they are the ones who decide what networks they will participate in (if at all) and what discounts they will accept in exchange for being in the network, so this is not an insurance issue, it's either the provider's greed or lack of empathy for the families they take care of or both. Like I said, I am SO MAD right now. I wish this had been made know to me before I took my son for the past 6 months.

They are some of the kindest health care professionals I've ever met. Ive almost never had insurance during the last 10 years and they never cease to give me good advice about my health care when I do make a visit. I pay literally 1/3rd of the cost for my pills here than I would if I went to a family doctor WITH insurance and I'm able to get multiple packages at once. I always also get my monthly screening here and this is also a fraction of the cost in comparison to a family doctor. If it weren't for Planned Parenthood, I literally would have no affordable woman's health option available to me and I am very grateful for their services. Thank you so much!!!
