The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and cordial when checking us in and explained all the responsibilities of having a pet. I believe it was because I had a pet that he put us on the first floor where the rooms all had some sort of tile flooring, but it was a bit slippery because it was wet from the rain. I didn't really like that but I couldn't understand. When I came across the hotel I thought it was cute because of all the colors. And in reading the reviews remember that it was fairly new so I thought I'd give it a try even though it did not have an EV charger, which I will not forgo on my next hotel stay. At first the room was very humid, but I just had to turn the air up to get rid of the humidity. The bad was fairly comfortable and most importantly the water pressure was perfect and the water was hot! I did not like the fact that I didn't have a microwave in my room, but at least I was on the first floor where the microwave was located. The gym looked decent. I have planned to get some steps in on the treadmill but but again I didn't expect to get in so late. The free breakfast goes through some sort of rotation. There's a menu at the front desk that tells you what will be available the next day. It was decent. I had eggs, potatoes and like a bacon crumble. It was enough to fill my stomach and get me on my way. If you just need a place to lay your head for the night and don't want to spend a lot of money, this is the place.

I was able to cast Prime to my TV. I worked while the TV watched me. I had a great nights sleep. I slept so good my back was aching when I woke up. I went down for breakfast. I had a yogurt with raisins and walnuts. A cup of apple juice and a coffee. The selection was okay, turkey sausages, folded eggs, cereal, fruit, muffins, toast and oatmeal. I did see a waffle maker. I'll add Avid to my places in Savannah.

Grounds are nicely manicured, parking is well lit and safe. Clean quiet option if you're flying in and out of the airport or traveling.

Instead, we were handed bleach and expected to clean it ourselves. My husband ended up scrubbing the tub, but the strong smell of the Ecolab Lemon Lift cleaner caused my chest to start hurting, and I was left feeling very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, when I tried calling the front desk several times, the calls were answered by kitchen staff member Adisa, who repeatedly told me I had the wrong number. Later, someone named Izzy from maintenance/garbage disposal answered and said the same thing. When I went downstairs, they didn't realize I was the person who had been calling, and they were laughing and making fun of the situation. That level of unprofessionalism was shocking and completely unacceptable. The only positive part of my experience was the front desk associate. She was clearly overwhelmed but remained kind, respectful, and genuinely tried to help despite the circumstances. I am extremely disappointed by how this situation was handled. No guest should be expected to clean mold in their own hotel room, and no one should be mocked after asking for assistance. I hope management takes this review seriously, addresses the cleanliness issues, and provides additional customer service training to the staff. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've had here, and I hope no other guest has to go through the same thing.

As Hilton Diamond members, we're accustomed to receiving bottled water or occasionally a small welcome gift. Surprisingly, the hotel was completely out of bottled water. Considering how hot it was outside, I was a little disappointed that there wasn't at least a water station set up for guests. That's something many hotels provide and would have been appreciated. Breakfast was extremely busy during our visit. The line for the omelet station was far longer than I was willing to wait for, but I have to give credit to the two cooks working the station. They were absolutely hustling, managing multiple pans at once while keeping up with a steady stream of orders. Bravo to them! I ended up keeping it simple with eggs, potatoes, bacon, coffee, and orange juice. Coffee is non-negotiable for me, and thankfully it hit the spot. The breakfast seating area is spacious, and since my husband was still sleeping, I grabbed a seat at the bar and enjoyed a quiet breakfast by myself. My air conditioner worked well and quietly. I also appreciated a full door on my shower. They include breakfast and I was able to have some over medium eggs. The hotel is pet friendly for a fee and they have on-site parking. Its 15 minutes from the historic district, however, its a big savings over hotels there and the parking overnight fees. We would stay here again.

I think this is wonderful as it helps any sleeping guests in your room hear less noise when someone is showering. We had a great night sleep, both nights. My wife worked from the room two days and had no issues with internet. She did say the wall the desk was against and where the adjoining door is for the large suite next door was, was a little loud. It didn't casue an issue for us, but worth noting. Breakfast was nice, they make fresh omlettes for your, the pancakes are made fresh and not frozen, and there is a variety of other items available. I had an Amazon package delivered here, and that happened with no issues. We enjoyed the staff, the room, and the breakfast. We would stay here again.

They do offer breakfast and have the Twin Spades bar available for drinks and foods particularly breakfast. She was clearly following instructions given to her and treated us with compassion throughout. Unfortunately, everything else about our arrival was handled very poorly. I made and prepaid a two-night reservation several days in advance through Hotels.com. After driving roughly six hours from Florida to attend a concert, we arrived expecting a normal check-in. Instead, we were told the hotel was oversold and we were being relocated to a Best Western. While the room at the Best Western was complimentary, it was nowhere near comparable to what we had booked. The lobby was dark and had a strong unpleasant odor. The elevator was dirty, the room was right next to the elevator with a white noise machine provided to mask the sound. It was a significant downgrade from the Hilton property we selected and paid for. The expectation was that we unpack for one night, repack in the morning, check out by eleven, spend hours without a room, and then return after 3pm to check back into The Bluff. That is an unreasonable inconvenience for any guest. While the room at the Best Western was complimentary, it was nowhere near comparable to what we had booked. The lobby was dark and had a strong unpleasant odor. The elevator was dirty, the room was right next to the elevator with a white noise machine provided to mask the sound. I didn't try the food during my visit, so I can't speak on that experience.
