I take this train weekly. It is a bit on the pricier size but it is a convenient option to get to the city. The train is clean and safe. There are bathrooms onboard. It is a quiet ride early mornings. The parking lot is free on the weekends, but paid during the week. Recently. A pedestrian walkway was added since people drive like maniacs to catch the train. There are no bathrooms at the station. There is a coffee shop near the train station that opens 6am to 6pm. Overall, I enjoy the convenience of this station. The first time I used it I was confused by the ticketing machine. Now I use the MTA train time app which is more convenient and easier to use. It provides live updates regarding delays and track changes.

The train station has plenty of covered waiting stations so even if it is cold, rainy or snowing you are protected from the elements. If you are picking up or dropping off passengers they have drop off areas where you can park and let out your passengers and it makes itt so easy to pickup or drop off. The train station is very clean, well lit and seems to be very safe.

The cost was reasonable $36.79 for a 4:30AM pickup on a Thursday. I tipped my driver 25%. My second Uber booking was ultimately a FAILURE. This was my return trip from the airport to my home, two days later on Saturday evening. Landing at 9:30/PM, retrieving baggage and contacting Uber at 10:00/PM. The least expensive Uber was $136.00 and the prices went up according to vehicle. That is "quadruple" what I paid two days earlier. This fee is/was, nothing but a scam and a ripoff. Totally taking advantage of weary travelers who want to get home. I would not pay the fee. I did not book an Uber. I took a taxi for $77.00 which is also expensive - but I had little choice, I paid. I will find other alternatives in the future, like hiring a neighbor.

The car was roomy, comfortable, and clean. As our granddaughter would say: ALL QUEST LIMOUSINE made this experience EASY PEASY. Not only was he was an excellent driver and very professional, but he went above and beyond helping us track down our lost bags from a different terminal at JFK and even returned a left behind passport to us after the trip. A few hours later, we took the train to Fairfield Metro which is one stop away from their headquarters. We called for a cab and were told that the taxi would be there soon (so we assumed about 20 minutes). Twenty minutes later, we called back and were told "yeah, we know you're there. Cab's coming." In all, we waited 1 hr and 15 minutes, with the train station security guard seriously concerned that we were just loitering and about to cause trouble. It was poor Carlos who finally picked us up and told us he was shocked to hear that we had been waiting so long, that he didn't get the call until 10 minutes earlier to come get us.

The dispatcher asked "What's the address?" "I'm sorry I don't know. Can't you look it up?" I asked. "No, ask the waitress." (Her tone was so salty I thought she might be joking.) "I'm sorry. Are you kidding?" "No, ask your mother if I am kidding!" Then she hung up. Don't bother with these people. They are wasting your time and, even more confusing, their own. Eventually there will be a legitimate cab company in Fairfield, but this is not it.

You get what you pay for. STAY AWAY…read more Two of the worst driver experiences ever. For the trip to the airport, Lawrence E. showed up early and was rushing us the whole time. When we got to the car, instead of saying hi or being professional, he rudely told us we were making him late because he had to go to Smithtown after us. Then, he drove us to the WRONG AIRPORT. For the trip back, I got a text from Damian Smith when we landed, telling us he was running late. I appreciated the heads-up. He said it would be about 35 minutes, which would have been only a short wait for us after getting our bags, but it ended up being over an hour and 40 minutes. We kept checking in with phone calls and texts and he always said he was very close and would be there soon. At one point he said he had stopped to get gas. Then he said he was very close and that we should come outside. So we waited another ten minutes in the cold with our newborn baby after a 2 hour flight and he still wasn't there. I called him and demanded to know where he was, explaining that my newborn was cold and hungry and he hung up on me. Not knowing what else to do, I called the company to complain and cancel the ride. Just as he was pulling up, the company hung up on me. Damian now wants to talk to me "man to man". He said the safety of his passengers is his number one priority and that he had to get his wheel fixed, as if I should have both known that was what was really going on, and that I should have been grateful that was the reason he was late, instead of doing the right thing and letting us and the company know so other arrangements could be made. He denied hanging up on me. And felt he had to explain that he was in the right because the wheel needed to be fixed. He also told us he had to drive to Canada the next day. When he got us home, he said "See? You're home safe." As if he was a hero. Worst experience ever.

Why would I be alone in a car with someone for over an hour if they were associated with a manager that unstable? Why would someone at dispatch answer the phone by screaming loudly in someone's ear? I was so surprised that I instantly hung up without so much as uttering, "wtf....?" Scary. Going to schedule an Uber and a Lyft and hope for the best even though it's a 3 am pickup.
