We had celebrated both of our boys' birthday parties here, and it exceeded all expectations--it was an absolute blast! This indoor playground is a clean, safe, and spacious haven tailored perfectly for families with young children. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made us feel instantly welcome. The facility was immaculate and beautifully supervised, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. A huge thank you to all the staff for their incredible organizational skills in confirming our date and answering all my questions with ease! The birthday party was incredibly well-organized. When we arrived early, we found the party room beautifully decorated with our decorations that we bring, which made set-up a breeze! Our host was fantastic--keeping us on schedule, checking in with our guests, and even assisting with clean-up afterward. The pizza that comes with the birthday party packet they ordered was delicious, further enhancing the perfect party atmosphere. And the juice box and chips. They also had different size of party room, which is a huge help and nice to have for big parties and small parties. Now let's talk about the playground itself--it truly is a wonderland! With a wide array of play structures, including thrilling slides, adventurous mazes, and soft play areas perfect for toddlers, there's something for every age. As parents, we loved the unique opportunity to plunge into the fun and play alongside our children--something we genuinely haven't experienced at other places. It enhanced our family bonding experience in a way that was truly special. One standout feature is the ability to order coffee online from the neighboring café, delivered directly to the counter. This kept us energized as we watched the kids run wild! The smooth waiver process upon arrival also added peace of mind, ensuring a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone. Overall, Go Play is the perfect destination--whether for a fun day out or a fantastic birthday party! Kids can wear themselves out with endless activities, and parents can unwind, even bringing their laptops to work while overseeing their little ones. We had such an amazing time that we will absolutely be back for more fun and unforgettable memories! If you're searching for a clean, enjoyable, and family-friendly atmosphere, Go Play is the place to be. Highly recommended--go play, go play, go have fun! You won't regret it!

This park is a vast well maintained full service state park in the smallest state in the union, Rhode Island! For a small fee, we rented a gorgeous little private shaded spot with two picnic benched and real bathroom facilities. We brought out food and a small grill to cookout. They did come check our permit, which you need to reserve to grill. Dell's lemonade truck is often present, so we treated ourselves to the famous Dell's frozen lemonade-yay! We were there a good 5 or 6 hours and it was a perfectly lovely and enjoyable day for our family to relax and enjoy our rare time to reconnect in person. What an invaluable experience. I can't stress enough having uninterrupted time with those you love. Cell service is non existent, so take this time to disconnect off the grid and just live and love. This place is a true simple gift-a Beautiful way to reconnect and just feed the soul. Take my advice, do it now, while you can. Make a happy plan before life makes other plans! Sometimes it's hard to find out what part of the park you're meant to meet someone in since there are so many sections. You can walk along the long beach or try a woodsy hiking trail. The trails on the right of the beach have either steps or a gradual slope to get up to the top of them, and you can look down over a small cliff to see the water below. The trails on the left of the gazebo are beautiful and give you many options, but people ride horses here, so be mindful of the droppings! This park has fantastic sunsets and multiple picnic areas, plus multi Porta potties that are usually in decent condition to use if needed. The bridge is great to look at, but can get crowded with families doing holiday photo shoots in the fall, so I've become wary of coming here since being stuck on one side of the bridge while a family made us wait to cross until they were done with pictures (ugh). I've come here for walks/hikes and even to wade at multiple times of year and always enjoy a beautiful day and peaceful experience here.

I suspect not many people just happen by the park, it's well hidden and is actually quite a bit larger than it first looks. The park is the home to two nice baseball fields that obviously get a lot of use. The baseball diamonds dominate the park so much that it's easy to miss what's lurking in the other, less used parts. If you go up the hill from the baseball area you will find a basketball court and a cool area that kids have turned into a mini skate park. Just some old steps from some long forgotten something, creative young minds turned it into a great place to test the laws of physics.. The park isn't really large enough for any hiking but a stroll along the perimeter of the park makes for a pleasant walk, especially in the snowy or stormy weather. A hill provides a nice spot that allows some entertaining sledding without being steep enough to kill off the younger generation. One of the small parks that has a lot more than is visible at first glance. I was so busy checking out the baseball fields that I almost walked right by the incredible chuck of quartz that guards the entrance. Like most people I tend to walk fast and want to get to the next place. But as Suetonius said in Divus Augustus, sometimes it is much better to "festina lente". (Hurry slowly).

Parking to enter the trail at this location is behind Horgan Elementary School, near the public tennis courts and skate park. There is also a red caboose to the east of the parking lot that you can explore. A homage to the Hartford, Providence and Fishkill Railroad that once ran along this pathway. Walking or riding to the south and west, the trail leads toward the Coventry Greenway which is often tree covered, passes a couple of ponds, crosses bridges, runs near two historic homes you can tour, at least two cemeteries and a conservation area. This trail ends about six miles before the CT State line in Coventry, RI. Heading to the north and east, leads to downtown West Warwick and offers a more urban excursion. The path often follows the road in this area, crosses some busy streets and is a nice way to access downtown businesses and government offices. Ultimately the north/east direction will lead you into Cranston and further on into downtown Providence. The entire pathway is paved making it an excellent outing for wheelchairs (motorized or otherwise), strollers, walkers, bikes and pedestrians alike. Walk on the left, ride on the right. If you bring your pup, keep it on a leash and take home any 'gifts' they make. There are normally no facilities along the route, but from time to time you will find a port-a-john in a parking area or stop in one of the businesses to buy an ice cream or pop and use their restroom. There are benches placed along the route at uneven intervals and from time to time you'll see old train tracks, a platform, switches and telegraph poles still visible next to the trail. The trails are well maintained with fence repair work and rain mitigation ongoing. The pathways are not cleared of snow and ice and may be closed if the weather has been inclement.
