Go Play is an A+ in my book! Visited twice with my 15-month old during our last trip to RI and can't wait to return. A perfect escape from the summer heat, and big bonus that the coffee shop next door delivers until late afternoon. My daughter had a blast toddling around, checking out all the activities and watching the bigger kids. So many cool things to explore. While during one visit it was quite busy due to camps and parties, everything remained clean, safe, and secure. Loved the themes of the different areas and that age recommendations were provided. When it's busy, you pay for 2-hours per child, with 2 adults free per child. It's a very affordable experience. If it's not busy, you can stay as long as you'd like. You're welcome to bring outside food (I saw many families bring pizza for Friday not dinner, great idea imo) and they have some food and drink available for purchase on-side in addition to the adjacent coffeeshop. If I could leave more stars, this place is 1 million stars cause that's how they treat their guests. Where do I even begin? Our experience at Go Play was absolutely phenomenal! We had celebrated both of our boys' birthday parties here, and it exceeded all expectations--it was an absolute blast! This indoor playground is a clean, safe, and spacious haven tailored perfectly for families with young children. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made us feel instantly welcome. The facility was immaculate and beautifully supervised, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. A huge thank you to all the staff for their incredible organizational skills in confirming our date and answering all my questions with ease! The birthday party was incredibly well-organized. When we arrived early, we found the party room beautifully decorated with our decorations that we bring, which made set-up a breeze! Our host was fantastic--keeping us on schedule, checking in with our guests, and even assisting with clean-up afterward. The pizza that comes with the birthday party packet they ordered was delicious, further enhancing the perfect party atmosphere. And the juice box and chips. They also had different size of party room, which is a huge help and nice to have for big parties and small parties. Now let's talk about the playground itself--it truly is a wonderland! With a wide array of play structures, including thrilling slides, adventurous mazes, and soft play areas perfect for toddlers, there's something for every age. As parents, we loved the unique opportunity to plunge into the fun and play alongside our children--something we genuinely haven't experienced at other places. It enhanced our family bonding experience in a way that was truly special. One standout feature is the ability to order coffee online from the neighboring café, delivered directly to the counter. This kept us energized as we watched the kids run wild! The smooth waiver process upon arrival also added peace of mind, ensuring a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone. Overall, Go Play is the perfect destination--whether for a fun day out or a fantastic birthday party! Kids can wear themselves out with endless activities, and parents can unwind, even bringing their laptops to work while overseeing their little ones. We love Go Play! My son has been quite a few times for birthday parties and just to play with friends. It's loud in there, but what else would you expect for a kid's play space?! I think they have a solid variety of play structures and my son stays bust for hours. Bonus they have a pickup counter for Drip coffee bar and great wifi. My son't school was closed for weather that never happened, so we recently went there and I was able to sit and work with my coffee, while he ran around happily with friends. read more

Love this place. Clean and safe for eveyone. Staff are fantastic and very helpful. Great cafe next door for coffee and food. They let you bring your own food as well. Great place for a long morning or afternoon for the kids to burn some energy and not break the bank. read more

Great space. Great team members. Clean. Women's bathroom isn't kid friendly. For all the toddlers in potty training & washing hands. Must wear socks. Good idea. However walking in the bathroom w socks & then playing. Yikes! Very expensive for large party. Food: burnt pizza, full size Sliced. So you have all the 1- 4 year olds w full slices. They should've been cut up or strips. Chips. Juice boxes. Applesauce. NO FRUIT OR VEGGIES. That's what I brought in. Definitely need to make the time to eat longer & not have pizza 30 mins before party ends. Awful... overall everyone had a great time. Especially the Birthday boy. Once the 2 hr party is over, you must leave. No hanging out & play after. Word of mouth is the best. For this is my opinion. read more

This is such a find! I took my 2.5 year old on a rainy Saturday morning. I made a reservation and filled out the waiver online before arriving. My son loved it here, it wore him out (which was the idea behind going) and he was asleep before his normal nap time. I'd say it's good for any toddlers able to walk on there own. Where was this place 40 years ago when I was a youngsta!!!??? Omg this place is awesome!!! Our daughter is 14 months and she loved it! But she will absolutely be obsessed when she is a little older! Place is NUTS! Sooooo many fun things for the kids to climb up, slide down and run through!!! You can even do your work there on the computers while the kids play and have no worries bout them! You can order food and drinks for. The next door coffee shop called DRIP too! This place absolutely AMAZES US! Can't wait to go back!! read more

My 2.5 year old did not stop running around for two solid hours. She was having the greatest time. I was able to climb around with her easily thanks to the well thought out design. This is exactly the type of place RI needed! Perfect place to work into a fun routine for kiddos. read more

TLDR: Made up "policy" to cover up carelessness? When my family and I visited GoPlay, we accidentally left some items behind. When I reached out the next day, GoPlay staff assured me they had my items and would hold them until I could pick them up. I wrote back confirming that I would come collect them. When I returned - one week after my original visit - none of the staff on site could locate my items. They encouraged me to come back again and assured me that I would be able to reclaim my items. Not wanting to make a second trip in vain, I spent the next week attempting to get GoPlay to re-confirm that they had my items. After several days of no response, and a few days of being given the runaround by several staff ("I've definitely seen them, I just have to ask XYZ where they are"), I finally heard from the owner who informed me that GoPlay's "policy" is to only hold lost and found items for 48 hours and that my items had been donated. This practice was never mentioned to me by any of the staff I spoke to; it's not on the website; and it is, in fact, *contradicted* by the waiver, which says that items are held for a month. If I had been informed that I only had 48 hours, I would have made arrangements to pick up my items within that timeframe. But, what seems more likely is that my items were accidentally donated and instead of owning up for their error, GoPlay is claiming that this is their "policy" and that the fault was mine.  Even if this were my child's absolute favorite place (which, thankfully, it's not), our treatment in this case ensures that we will never return. read more
