This is my third time coming here. I am now here for my third vehicle because I am a loyal customer and I like their service. Had the pleasure of having these folks install bags on my car, here's the breakdown of my experience Called just asking for a quote based on someone else referral on bagging my car person that referred me had his Lexus IS series bagged here and he stated they do good work. Called got a voicemail about 15 minutes later Paul called me and walked me through the process and the quoted price. Paul provided me with draft of everything I will need for the setup, air management, tank, bags, and install cost and of course anything else I would like to add like a detail or wrap power coating for items being installed. He did mention to me that going with the airlift 3p system all the newer installs have a 2/3 year warranty and the older used one if they are available have the lifetime warranty on parts. Of course I went with the used lifetime warranty unit mainly for piece of mind Paul did mention I can go with my stock springs/struts or get a whole new set, opted to stick with what I currently had to save on cost and down the line if I wanted to upgrade the struts they could do that for me. Quote was emailed to me with all the options offered, well drafted, and if I had any questions I would just text them directly and they would respond quickly They sent pictures of the install process during the whole process, I did request this, good to see what was going in and what was being removed, during the install seems one of the compressors was not functioning to their liking so they ordered me a new one no extra charge. They did ask if I would like to do a detail or anything else on the car, their detail packages range started at $160 if you go with premium I think it was $999 on special usually cost $1299, did also request for quote on wrapping tank or powder coating tank to a specific color they said it can be done powder coating will take more time but the wrap will be faster they just need to order the wrap In all process took some time since they had to order new compressors, they did message me on where I would like the placement of the tank and did do suggestions of where it could be put, I requested for a clean setup not really blocking anything so I could still use my trunk for storage. We agreed on top of the trunk fastened down to the current locked down box I have with subs to make space usable for groceries and or other items After some testing they had me come in and test the unit and walked me through all the features it had, if I had any questions they stated to call them, happy with the install. They will follow up with me in a few weeks to see how comfortable I am with the new system installed again if I had questions they said to call them install ***** clean install, practical and functional price $-$$$ depends on what you are getting done but they do give you suggestions on anything you want installed service ***** helpful, responsive ambiance ***** finding the place per the gps you will pass this place, it is behind a liquor store, but the building is fairly large, clean kudos again to Paul and his team for the custom install read more

I have a 2016 Lexus that had slight damage due to sitting outside in the hot sun and I had a car cover on it (thinking I was protecting the vehicle), when in actuality it did more damage. I'm not embarrassed to admit I used AI to gather information regarding the type of body shop I needed to do a ceramic coating, as well as red flags to watch out for. I was doing my search on Sunday, and ended up on Yelp to look for a reputable site. I sent a text message to VK and to my absolute surprise I received an answer shortly after sending the text. I didn't expect to receive a response so soon, especially on a Sunday. So I was doing double- duty... texting Paul from VK while making inquiries on AI to see what questions I should ask. AI told me Paul was giving me A-plus superior service and providing accurate and honest answers, so I took the deep dive and made an appointment. When I arrived at the shop I felt like I was meeting old friends. The guy who initially greeted me was incredibly kind and gave me honest answers about other questions I had. Paul arrived about five minutes later and he was so incredibly friendly. As a woman going into any business, especially where I am spending a large amount of money, the way I am treated speaks volumes about their customer service. When I returned several days later, Paul showed me the vehicle and I hugged him. My car looked amazing and I was so pleased with the work these guys did. I met the guy who did the ceramic coating and it was obvious these guys take tremendous pride in the work they do. Per my request Paul also sent me links to the products I could purchase to maintain the integrity of the work they did. So I came in to get my daughters car serviced, with some ceramic coating window tint and also got a vinyl roof wrap since her car is damaged from years of cooking out in the sun. I called VK's garage several times and cannot even get a return call, which has me a little perplexed since they have a 5 star rating??? I'm thinking that the service I'm interested in isn't expensive enough for them. I stopped in about a month ago and the guy was so nice. I was excited because I have a Jeep Wrangler and was looking for a place I could trust with some of the upgrades I have in mind. I guess God is ordering my steps in a different direction. I have a 2021 Toyota Camry SE Hybrid and got XSE clear tail lights. The inner ones were not a direct fit, as I needed to get a harness for it but it wasn't fully plug and play. As a tryout for further work, I asked them to take my brake calipers to the next level by doing them in red. My car was not as polished as those they were showing in their ads. There are bubbles in the PPF and the dash cam was moved in the wrong position. When I set up an appointment to correct it their shop was closed and nobody is picking up my calls or answering my text messages. I waited for 30 minutes but nobody show up. My story Set-up: I took my 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT to VK Garage to have them install a 3/5 Drop Kit early February 2025. I must preface this review with the fact that GM makes this truck difficult to drop due to the mono-leaf springs and the unconventional shackles. So my conversion from a truck with a rake from front to rear and a ride height that didn't look good to a very ascetically pleasing ride height, although It took a bit longer than I thought. However, the workmanship was very good. Although they had to buy and install multi-leafs springs in order to complete the drop, it came out great. I have to say they charged me a little less than I expected considering the man hours spent and the extra parts required. Amazing! I won't reveal pricing because every case is different and I don't want to create false expectation for the readers of this review. Customer service: I was kept informed of the progress the whole time and Paul, the owner, personally was available to me for questions via text anytime. They even sent me pictures and short videos of the work while it was being done. The customer service was world class! Paul and his crew not only did a superb job on the install, the customer service exceeded my expectations before, during, and after the install. After the work was completed: What's more is I took my truck to the dealers service department and asked them to look at the work VK Garage completed. GMC Service Department says they did a great job! I could not be happier with the work. I needed a few extra days because the weather was wet and nasty immediately after the install but since it cleared up I have tested it on very bumpy roads. It has passed the test in flying colors. No squeaks, grinding, rubbing, knocks, or other foul noises. Great Job VK Garage. You guys are awesome! Summary and my overall experience: In summary VK Garage provided quality customer service, workmanship, and after transaction customer care. They asked me to drive it and assess the ride and work done and bring it back if not satisfied. Often today you won't find companies that try this hard to please the customer. My assessment of this custom motor works garage is they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. They earned my trust because everything they said would happen, did. Really bad customer service, made me drive my truck down so they can give me a quote for air suspension and they didn't even look at anything, I called back the next day and asked if they had a quote ready and they said to bring my truck down again, then they said they had a quote ready and that they'll send it through email, 2 days pass and didn't get anything so I end up calling them and they apologized and said they'll said it in a few minutes, spent another day waiting and I gave them a call and text and they just ignored me, this place is a joke read more

Staff is really cool and very knowledgeable with their craft in automotive. I was there with a friend getting work done with his van and one of the guys said to come on in and bring my vehicle inside so it doesn't get hot since it was a really hot day during that time. Very informative and kept the customer (my friend) up to date with progress when able. There were a few obstacles with the process since the previous prime was not sticking to the vinyl but Paul was able to facilitate arranging it to be taken to get reprimed. Paul and staff at Fairfield were expressive about getting it right to my liking and specifications. Considering this type of body is difficult to wrap, they made it happen nonetheless. I remember back in the mid-2000s when I would look to Paul for advice on mod-friendly shops to take my cars to. I eventually sold the cars off by 2013-2014 and the cars I bought to replace them remained bone stock since I was getting old :) I took advantage of the current seller's market and traded them in for brand new 2022 vehicles. The Lexus UX250h F Sport and Corolla Hatchback don't look too bad in stock form, but the mod bug bit me pretty hard, so I took them to VK Garage where Norwin expertly installed lowering springs on both of them and also an OEM spoiler on the hatchback.
