03/24/2026 A crown fell off my back jaw tooth. I went to see Dr. Fabian with the intent of having…read morethe crown reseated. Unfortunately, most of the tooth had came out with the crown. This meant there was nothing to attach a new crown to, so I had to have that tooth removed. Dr. Fabian was so gentle pulling the remainder of the tooth and below the gum tooth and roots. He made sure to give me enough shots to totally numb the area. Usually when I had a tooth removed in the past, there was a great deal of pressure used. Dr. Fabian just gently used a side to side loosening then pulling method. It took awhile, not long, but a lot less pressure, than a straight pull, pull, pull out method. He was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. His staff is the best. The entire office so nice, friendly and caring. I drive 27 miles one way to get any of my dental services done by this office.

So, I decided to give them a call and the front desk was pleasant and helpful with getting me set up for a cleaning and getting my dental health back in order. I was booked in a timely manner and seen very quickly after my call. Once I made the appointment, I received texts and emails to confirm my appointment and also sending my paperwork paperless which was great to fill out which gave the option to put all my card information in so that it could be checked prior to me coming in. I promptly filled out the information and sent it back to the office and confirmed my appointment so there would be no issues. On the day on my appointment I came in the office it is very nice and clean. Front desk staff was very very nice as well, and greeted me before the door was even closed. I then was called back very quickly and started my appointment. Everything went very smoothly from the xrays to the cleaning. Tina was my hygienist and made me very comfortable as I have a huge fear of all thing's dentist related. So much that she made sure I had warm water for my gums as they are sensitive to cold water. She made great small talk with me to take my mind off the things being done to put my mind at ease. When I saw Dr. Lauren Holloway she was just the most pleseant dentist I have ever had. She made me feel right at home and never uncomfortable. I can honestly say for once I am not dreading my next 6 month check up after this wonderful time I had. But let's take a trip down memory lane and revisit just how awful Landmark Dental has been. In 2020 and 2021, I had dental work done here. My dentist, Kevin, upgraded my composite tooth to a porcelain one WITHOUT my consent. At the time, there was no way I could have afforded a $2,000 tooth--I specifically selected the cheapest option. When I arrived to get the crown, Kevin casually informed me it was a "wedding present" since I had recently gotten engaged. Fast forward to when I tried to schedule a cleaning before my wedding, and suddenly, Landmark decided I owed them for that porcelain tooth I never agreed to. I asked if they had even bothered to file a claim with my excellent dental insurance--of course, they hadn't. They assured me they would, but for six months, I had to battle with their utterly incompetent employee, Dee, because my insurance never received the claim. Landmark eventually stopped answering my calls entirely, leaving me to move on with my life. Now, four years later, here we are again--Landmark harassing me, ignoring all logic, and making my life difficult. And the cherry on top? I even paid for the porcelain tooth I never authorized, yet I'm STILL being hounded for money. This place is a joke. STAY AWAY! Worst dentist office ever. Extremely rude "dentist". Horrible bedside manner. Went in…read morefor appt and waited about 20 min. Got X-rays as soon as I got to the exam room. Then about an hour goes by after X-rays. A different lady comes in. I was told by her that he would be 10 more min. Asked for the tv to be turned on and it wouldnt work so I had to download a free app for their tv to fix it. I noticed a little camera right above the tv. I thought that was odd. About 35min goes by and still no dentist. So I have now waited almost an hour and a half after X-rays. They didn't even start my cleaning. Finally I hear him talking to the person in the next room. He was in there maybe 5 min. He comes into my exam room and asks if I had any concerns. I started telling him about the "zingers" I have on the bottom left. He asked when like brushing my teeth? And I did no, it's only with the instruments and toothpicks and such. He says how about you let me do my job. I said wait, you just asked me if I had any issues and I'm telling you. I sat up in the chair and asked what's going on. He ripped off his gloves and says how about this, we will cancel this appt and won't charge you. I was shocked! Such bizarre treatment. Who does this! The lady in the back was like I don't know what's wrong. I was leaving and asked about the camera in the room. They said it's all recorded. So I asked for a copy of what just happened. She came back and said he told her it was not working. How insane?! Such a weird visit! Of course the camera isn't working. When leaving I started asking the ladies upfront if he was ok if he just got bad news or what. They laughed and just said you better leave now. I told the ladies upfront that they were nice while I was leaving. He came around the corner and started in on me about me telling him how to do his job while he stood out of site. I have no idea what his issue was. I said today this just cost you guy 3 new patients. The brown haired lady laughed. She said were doing just fine. I said well word of mouth works too I will let others know how he acted towards me. There were no other patients waiting in the waiting room when I was checking out. I can't imagine how they stay in business with this treatment of patients. I noticed when sitting in the parking lot that he stormed out and got into his silver Buick and raced off. He wasn't even in the office maybe 10min or less. Also, they want you to leave a credit card on file so they can charge you for missed appointments and cancelations. I kept my ppwk and didn't fill it out.

The "tooth" was attached to the implant and it fit perfectly, no adjustment needed. That makes me a big fan of the digital scan they do versus the old way with those trays Dentists stuck in your mouth that were full of that sloppy goo that had to form "impressions".
