My boyfriend and I walked into the store and browsed for 10 minutes and not once were we acknowledged by the woman working. On our way out, I said "thank you" three times before the employee even acknowledged our presence - she was incredibly rude and dismissive. I couldn't believe that the first time she acknowledged us was as we were walking out. Will never return.

There are two floors, both sprawling. I could get lost in here for hours. My toddler went wild for the vintage Hot Wheels and other cars (back when they were solidly constructed of weighty, real metal) so of course we had to buy a few. We were there just as the winter holidays were gearing up, and the owner was so nice and didn't charge us for the Christmas ornament. We started a tradition of each family member having a special ornament every year and this was the kiddo's.

I like the idea of the free items toward the back. You never know what you can use and if it's free it makes it that much more special. Today I went in hopes to find a pair of jeans. I saw that their jeans were $10, thought a bit high for old jeans but was excited when they were marked 50% off blue tag. But, I was charged the full $10. I also grabbed two jackets one was purple tag and one yellow. My total was way more than I added up prior heading to register. Should have been a total of $20 I was charged almost double. I was too embarrassed to speak up. I feel they make their own prices according to the customers appearance. Maybe I didn't look in need-because I always take pride in how I dress but I didn't have much to spend on old used clothes. I will do without for now as I spent more than I had until my next paycheck.

The owner was so delightful I actually shopped here twice while visiting the area - she was warm and welcoming, and provided thoughtful assistance with a dress I ended up purchasing!
