I continue to have horrible experiences with Kohl's. A couple of years ago I didn't get my…read moreshipment, FedEx returned it. Kohl's refused to refund the purchase because it was a third party. The credit card Capital One refused to refund it because Kohl's wouldn't. I gave both the tracking number which showed the shipment was returned to sender. I ended up with over $400 in fees and interest. Lately, the issues have been just with Kohl's and Kohl's cash. I'm not getting the emails and the cash isn't being uploaded to my app account. Today I was told I have to return everything to get my $25 Kohl's cash back. But the purchase is how I earned it so I won't get it back. I'm at the point of ending my relationship with Kohl's and telling others to stay away. It's too much hassle!!!

This year's Iowa visit turned out to be in late August, which for a summer resort area typically means generous end-of-season sales. This casual sportswear store was no exception, as its "Storewide Clearance" advertised 20%-50% off everything in the store. In other words, we came in even though we weren't really looking for anything in particular. My Son takes a Size 13 shoe of which Brad's had a decent selection. However, the Kid was in a "Don't Tread On Me" mood and he bolted rather than acquiesce to our pleadings to try something on. I then looked around and found a really cool Minnesota Twins hat for 20% Off. The guy running the place was cool throughout.

It's a dead mall, for pretty much all intents and purposes…read more Easily over 75% of the retail spaces in the mall are empty. There's only a handful of actual stores there, and most of the brands/stores they have on the sign outside aren't there anymore. A good chunk of the closed storefronts have signs still up, briefly giving the illusion the mall isn't so vacant. The outlets I did go in really didn't offer much in the way of variety or discounts. I was there mid-day on a weekday and the space with the mall offices was dark with the lights out, they weren't even keeping the mall offices open and staffed apparently. The place is starting to look falling apart and decrepit. There are no real food options at this mall. No food court, no restaurants. . .just a McDonalds next to the mall. I wonder what is even keeping the place open, there's no way that with just a handful of stores this place should still manage to even stay open.
