I've been to this place a total of 3 times. The first time I went with Tommy. I loved my nails. Second time I went with a lady (didn't get her name), they were just 'okay'. I decided to give them another try, went with Tommy again this time, let's just he's good at his job! I wasn't sure what to get. I gave him the color I wanted and trusted him to figure out the rest. I went in to get my lip waxed but the limit to pay with card is $10. Getting your lip waxed is $6, so I ended up getting my fake nails off for $10. I'm so happy they take off acrylic by sanding it down and using acetone. I know many places that use a nail. The lady also fixed my original nail by filing it and putting oil. Went for a pedicure and I was seen within 5 minutes and the lady took her time on my feet.

Went in for a full set and I kept telling the lady I wanted them shorter than she cut them and she kept telling me she'd fix it but she never did. Every single nail is a different shape and some are a lot thicker than others. When I asked her to fix it she had an attitude and just started filing my right thumb like crazy and at that point I was just ready to be out of there because what she had done before I asked her to fix it took 2 hours. That thumb she was filing so hard broke not even an hour later. Won't be going back and definitely would not recommend going here. read more

Worst experience ever...I went in to get French tip dip nails and left with white powder on jacket and dusty looking nails. I spoke with the manager who said they would fix it. The lady that completed the nail job had already started on someone else. Then when I asked for the owner I was told that she spoke no English. I explained that I would have an translator available to speak with her. The manager then told me that the owner was not in the US. I left with dusty nails. Don't go there.... I've never bragged about my nails but Tommy did an amazing job! He also did my friend's nails (which I don't have a picture of) and it's spectacular. He's pretty informative as far as certain shades going well with others. I ended up having an air bubble towards the end during check out and he was more than happy to fix it for me. Went here with my cousin on a Saturday around 1, we had to wait a little bit (I think around 30 minutes) before we got started. I got a spa pedicure, shellac nails done, as well as my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. The pedicure was great and the manicure was fine also! What I really loved was the eyebrow waxing. My eyebrows have been uneven for forever, and the lady who did mine here did SO GOOD and they are finally straight and even after almost a year of trying to fix them. This place was amazing! Came in on a Sunday around 1:30. Was told there would be a 15 minute wait and it was around that time maybe 5 minutes over which is ok. They did a beautiful job on my nails and gave me exactly what I asked for. The came my pedicure which was amazing as well! Water was perfect and she brought me a mimosa and warm neck roll. I picked the Deluxe Pedicure which is $30! All in all everything was great! Place looks super clean and tools used were new. read more

I have been a regular here for the past 2 years. I will not get my pedicures done elsewhere. The wait is never long and you don't need an appt which helps because I don't like being restricted to appts. Even when they're packed, the wait isn't long nexus we there are plenty of employees and plenty of pedicure chairs to use. The prices are the best compared to other places in the area. They will be moving to a bigger place in the next few months which I'm sure will be even better! read more

I really wanted this to be my new nail place I have yet to find one! I visited this location 3 times and all 3 times they have let me down! First time I went there was a long wait I didn't get a chance to try them.. 2nd time again a long wait I left after waiting 1 hour... 3 rd time I got a pedicure and my polish is chipping and I was very underwhelmed nothing special... there is not a lot of staff and they are not nice or welcoming. I notice to their regulars they are very nice and focused on them. The 3 times I walked in I didn't get a hi or welcome just what would you like? Not sure how they can build business ? Although I can't complain about the quality of their service (pedicures), the wait time to be seen is ridiculous. Even WITH an appointment, the wait time is a minimum of 45 minutes. Over the weekend I went to Houston for a family event and really needed to get my nails done. I looked on yelp to see what was near the hotel I was staying at and found this shop. I was a bit nervous because this was a new place I've never been to but after reading all the great reviews I felt more at ease. I loved the environment they have. It's very clean and professional. The lady who helped me was a relative of the owners and she was awesome! So I give this place a 2-thumbs up. Will totally go back again when I am in town and in need. LOL read more

It depends on who you get. I got a pedicure done (clean), but she did not clean or put my polish on right. I had bubbles, polish on skin, and it did not last. She did not care or take pride in her work. At the same time, I had another lady changing my polish on my hand nails. Shellac. She looked stressed out and wanted to hurry up with me. I was disappointed in the service that I received that day. I would come back, but I would ask for someone else to help me. read more

I went in without an appointment with my mom and sister for a pedicure and they immediately took us in. My experience was good, I had Susan and she was nice and took her time but I got the pedicure yesterday and my toenails are already chipped! The lady who attended my sister was on her phone and then randomly started cutting her own nails during the pedicure. Would probably go back to try out their manicures but would probably explore different options for a pedicure. read more

I had to give them three stars because out of the two times I've been, the last time was not a very good experience. My first time there about a month ago I received good service, but when I went back for a fill on my toes I experienced attitude because apparently the nail tech did not want to deal with acrylic on the toe. My question is this: Then why do you offer the service if none of the techs want to do it? I was not happy at all, I just turned right back out of the salon. They did a good job the first time, but I will not be going back. If I am going to pay 45.00 dollars+tip, the last thing I want is a nail tech with a bad attitude! read more
