If I could give this zero stars, I would. I'm hoping that this helps the next potential customer. I'm a first time customer to this nail salon and I heard great things about this place. I called to make an appointment and explained that I had builder gel on my nails and I wanted it removed. I wanted the builder gel off because it was lifting in certain spots and I generally get light colors and I didn't like the spots showing through. While making the appointment, I was never asked for my name, they said "ok, see you at 5:30!" I arrived around 5:15, 5:20. I was not greeted nor was I ever asked what my name was. I then again explained my wants another employee and she asked if I wanted a pedicure as well. I agreed to the gel pedicure and I was shown to the pedicure seat. A woman named Jenny, never introduced herself (there was a name on her equipment) starts going to town all while having a lollipop in her mouth. She never tried making small talk with me, but she was speaking in her native language with other employees. Every person that walked in, she'd turn around but never greeted them. She put the color on one nail and asked if I liked it and I said "as long as it covers the white spots, that's why I wanted them off". She swears that I didn't say that, but I know for a fact I did, because I had no problem telling the other 3 people that I had spoken to prior! She then proceeds to file off my builder gel and asked me to soak my nails in a small container filled with acetone. The container was smaller than a salsa bowl at a restaurant, and one on the containers had acetone with red flakes in there, as if it was already used or not clean. Once she had the base/foundation of my nails on, she asked how I wanted my French tip to look, at this point, I wanted to hurry up and get out of that place. I told her to leave my nails the way they were because it wasn't getting any better. By the end of the builder gel application, she cut my thumb by "filing" my nail (she used her drill under my nail, by my free edge). The pedicure, which I opted for the deluxe shellac, she "massaged" each leg for a solid 2 minutes. She tried to save the appointment by saying things like "that's a nice color" and "it looks so pretty" but it was too late! My first and last time ever stepping foot in this place. I still paid for whatever services were rendered, but I will have to go and get them fixed elsewhere. read more

Came to Colors for a nice pampering! Got the mani/pedi. Clean location, staff greeted me as I walked in. Nice array of colors and the pedi chairs were all in great condition. Tina was my nail tech and she did a fabulous job. I did get a manicure which is why you do not see a gel overlay. It is my natural nail with color. Cuticles were done very well with no nipping or bleeding. Pedicure was amazing. Great massage and everything was at perfect temperature. Definitely will be back. First time coming here and I can honestly say , this is by far my favorite a spot. I had to wait for a bit since they where quiet busy but other than that the service was good. The lady that did my pedicure was nice and I felt comfortable while getting my feet done . My nails soo in love with them !! The nail tech did a great job , left them clean and beautiful and not thick at all. Normally my nails are left thick and messy but this time not at all . Don't bother making an appt. They'll "forget" and then rush through doing your nails. This is literally the worst refill I've ever got and it was such a waste because i will have to pay someone else to fix the lumps and bumpy paint job. I'm so disappointed. I can definitely tell that I wasn't a value customer. The guy told me to go wash my hands before polishing them, when i came back to my seat he was gone and had already started on someone else. read more

I love coming here for my pedicures it never disappoints but what does is getting my nails done here. I've had about 3 bad experiences with the nail tech. When getting my nails done I rarely ever talk because I love watching them do my nails but when I ask them to fix something or ask them if they can do it differently they get bothered by it or they look annoyed and when they finish they just tell me that I'm done and to go pay. So i have been back and forth with this nail company i went in showed a pic of matte nails i posted below. Was told by 3 ladies they could do them exactly like that..i arhuef with the lady told them it wasnt what i asked for and she arguef with me saying iy is what i asked for i told her no it wasnt and there was gel nail powder all over my fingers and she the lady put a file to my skin to try and scrape it off thrn said itll wash off in a few days.. it took 4 days to come off. I also tolf them i wanted my nails and toenails same color which again i said something to her and she argued it was the same color ... it wasnt... so my husband ended up paying without my approval just so we could get out of there. I contact the business the next day and told them the ignored me for days so i posted all over the favebook page what had happened and they finally said that i should come in and they will fix it... there is nothing to fix cause i didnt want them touching me after the shitty work alreadt done 2 people from the salon admitted on facebook that work there that the nails were not right but wont give a refund. But oggers again to fix them i told her again i didnt want anyine touching me after my experience there then they went on to say i needed to come in mind you we only have one car my husband dont get off till 7 and i live 25 min away they close at 7. So noway yo get there but i showed them all the pics etc they said i vommented on fb too much they needed me to go in and talk to them i tild them why they had pics of all the proof they needed and 2 people including the lady who did them admitt it wasnt right.. so i reported them to the BBB and they fifnt respond, no refund, got stuvk with shitty ass nails that they knew were not right from the get go do they robbed me for 65 bucks knowing the work was unacceptable. Please stay away from this company sincr then i have seen several bad reviews saying how shitty the work is they do there ill be sure to read reviews before hand next time! read more

I got a manicure and pedicure here for the first time with my friend today. My toe is now infected, throbbing and painful to walk on. This is the first time this has EVER happened to me over the past 100+ pedicures I've had in many different establishments over the years.
