The office store has some food, snacks & supplies for sale. We paid $30.00 per night with our Good Sam's discount (which is 10% off their rate) plus $3.00 charge to run our air conditioner and $3.00 for Wifi. I would have given this park 10 stars if the extras were not a $3.00 charge for each. Nice landscaping and they have a diner on the campground which has very limited hours.

The address took us to the Geneva state park marina, so we walked into their main office to inquire about our jet ski reservation. They told us to go to the first dock. Basically the company can't post signs because it is located in a state park, so that just made it a little tricky to find. We were greeted by a really nice man (I can't remember his name!). We took a temporary boating license exam (Ohio law), which only took like 10 minutes and then we were on the jet ski. He explained to us all of the basic things and what to do in certain situations. My boyfriend had rode a jet ski a few times before so he felt prepared. The one thing that we weren't prepared for was the difference between riding a jet ski on a bay compared to a lake with bigger waves. If you have only rode on a bay before, be prepared for the difference. We had an hour on the jet ski and had a great time. We rented the smallest jet ski that could fit three people and it was great but also was a little hard to control. If we came back, we would go for the bigger one that gives you more control. Overall we had an amazing time! Returning customers get a discount, which is great! If we were visiting Geneva for a longer amount of time we would have definitely gone back.

We were all excited and looking forward to a relaxing Sunday playing around of golf. When we came in we signed up to golf nine holes. My son is 13 years old and has only been golfing about a year . When we got to the first hole there was a group of three gentleman that we waited on. We waited about 20 minutes for them to all play the first hole. Once they were finished we were able to start. When we got to the second home we had a dark-haired woman who was working that day come around and tell us that we were going to slow. My husband he tried to explain that they would call first in front of us and we needed to wait on them before we could go to the next hole. She also made a comment about how Sunday is not the day for teaching golf. We rushed through the second hole and I didn't even take my turn. When we got to the third hole once again we were sitting there for about 15 minutes waiting for the gentleman in front of us. I was extremely annoyed that we had rush the second hole and I had lost out on my turn only to sit and wait for the people that were in front of us. I wasn't angry at the people in front of us and I didn't believe it was their fault I was upset with the rude woman who came over and basically yelled at us. around the fifth hole, a different woman came over and commented again That we were going to slow. She also made a comment that I was walking in front of my son before he took his shot. The reason I was walking in front of my son before he took a shot is because I knew he could not hit the ball very far. She stopped my dad to tell him what I was doing wrong and my dad tried to explain the situation to her. And then she came over and me and interrupted my husband shooting to talk to us about it. After the fifth hole I stopped playing. I was annoyed that we were rushed when they were people in front of us going just a slow and we were waiting on them. I was annoyed that our game has been interrupted twice to be scolded by the employees. I had spent $100 on the round of golf between the four of us and all I wanted to do was simply enjoy my Sunday morning. Instead I left annoyed I had played only five holes out of the nine holes, my son was rushed, my husband was extremely upset that his one day off a week was spent at a course like that. My husband and I are members at Quail Hollow country club and we wanted to try I different golf course that was out by my dads house. We had plans to go to the wineries afterwards. I would never in 1 million years recommend anybody to golf at Erie Shores golf course. It had to be the single most annoying round of golf I have ever played. my dad has been playing golf for over 20 years, my husband has been golfing for over 10 years, and I have been golfing for five years so I am very well aware of golf etiquette. And the way we were treated so rudely by the employees there and how we were rushed was unacceptable. I most definitely will never return to that course again and anybody I play golf with in the future I will let know how we were treated and recommend that they never step foot on that golf course either. It was a complete waste of money and of our Sunday morning.

There's plenty of features to check out, space to sit (even shaded or not), and paved paths to help during the festival! It's a nice little spot! Plus, there's an underground parking garage right across the street! I didn't park there, but if I had known it was there that would've been helpful and a quick trip across the street!

I've passed through here many times before but I had never previously sat down on the grass. So on Memorial Day, Monday (25 May 2020), when I had the day off work, I came to lay on the grass and read a book. It was a beautiful day out but very hot. I tried using my light jacket to cover over my head but I was still very hot. I could only manage 20 mins or so before I jetted off to find shade. There are some benches on both sides of the park (or "mall") with trees to provide some shade. The mall (park) is very well maintained with well cut grass. There are dust bins (trash cans) at the ends where some benches are located. I recommend visiting this park especially on a warm spring or summer day. A large park taking up the east side of Cleveland. It has so much to see and you can spend a long…read moretime here. Rockefeller Park has a few areas that come together. Lots of things here to please everyone. There's athletic facilities, and there's cultural aspects as well. Getting to the park is pretty simple because it's kind of hard to miss since it's so big. If you're heading east from downtown there's a good chance you'll go right through it. The park winds around East Boulevard and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, which run parallel to each other. At the bottom it ends near the arts centers. There's the Museum of Art and the Symphony among many things. On this area are some athletic facilities. There's many tennis courts here. After crossing Superior Avenue, there's a whole different area. This is where the Cultural Gardens begin, a tribute to the city's ethnic variety. A separate Yelp entry is specifically for this, so look up that to find out more. Beyond this there's even more of the park. A greenhouse is another attraction. This is a good site for private events and it seems like there's always some wedding. Around here the park almost reaches its top end where it's close to Lake Erie. There's a nature preserve here that has some nice points of view. Again this has another Yelp entry. Look it up to find out more about this. It is probably the largest city park in Cleveland. It's hard to imagine any bigger than it. There's some metro parks that are bigger but it's amazing there's this much going on in a park like this.

I took my toddler son here today and we spent only 20 minutes here because of our busy day. We explored the many rooms of the greenhouse and spent some time roaming the beautiful grounds. There was a family having a photoshoot, which we did not interrupt and few other patrons enjoying the day. It is always a pleasant stop when driving through the Cultural Gardens for a quick free visit.
