When I asked the woman to repeat prices for me on the phone she preceded to yell at me and say "what are the prices to high?!!" I said "ummm no. I'm hard hearing. I'm trying to make sure I actually heard what you said." As a disabled person that can hardly hear, that was extremely disrespectful. I've been told they are closing hours early just so I can't get in and the prices I'm quoted they said are "just for me". I have been searching for a new place for my 3 babies and this is DEFINITELY NOT IT. This woman answering has no manners or etiquette. I wonder how they treat animals if they are so awful to the humans trying to give them business. I am also being sent private messages on Facebook by someone in the McCrary family.
