I talked to my Izzy and she kissed my hand to let me know it was Okay !! They all were so nice and they put her in a nice bag and gave me a rose in a vase !! I was told not to go there because he would kill my animal !! My Izzy was so sick I knew she was not going to make it. He didn't kill her !!! Thank You Dr.Olson and staff !! I have been to other Vet in Enid one gave a shot that had been pulled but he continued to use it !! The out come it caused CANCER, he responded so what !! Our other dog died from it with lumps on her just like Izzy !! I don't like when a Vet. takes my dog in the back and calls you when he's done!! I don't trust them!! So we all have reasons why we don't like a certain Vet !!! ‍

Though small and kind of hard to park to get into, it is worth the eventual visit…read more My parents needed to have their little dog checked out because she was itching, scratching, biting, gnawing, etc. This will create a hairless dog eventually. I had a hunch, but I let the vet confirm my suspicions. Fleas! This dog is a Pomeranian, so fleas have an excellent source of thick hair in which to hide. Once the diagnosis was established, we discussed treatment options. Flea collar? Powder? Little squeeze tubes of flea death down the shoulders and back? Mom selected the 3rd option. The desk clerk settled the bill with mom, then we went home to "dope the dog". Everything went well. The vet was friendly and information was offered with no pressure toward selection or sales. He thoroughly examined the dog to verify flea activity. The woman at the counter was friendly, thorough and swift in collecting the money... Lol! She was informative as to types of flea killer options. She, too, didn't push sales, simply gave info and allowed us to decide plan of action based on information given. I enjoyed the experience here. Not so sure the dog did, but mom said she has had nails trimmed and shots here before, so she is wary. I highly recommend this vet.

I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service and basic compassion at this clinic…read more I had an appointment scheduled for 4:30 PM for my dog who needed urgent care. Because I live 30 minutes away and had to rush home to get my dog during peak rush hour traffic, I proactively called ahead to let them know I was running late. Instead of showing any understanding for a working person trying to get medical attention for their pet, they were completely rigid. They strictly enforced a "grace window" policy, entirely dismissing the fact that they still had a full hour left before closing at 6:00 PM. To make matters worse, when we called to ask about payment options, the staff treated my wife with an absolute lack of respect. Their only solutions were entirely unrealistic for the average working person. They flippantly told me to just "reschedule" (which isn't easy when you work until 5:30 PM every day) or suggested I drop my dog off at 7:30 AM and leave her there until 6:00 PM. Why would I trust an establishment to watch my dog all day when they've already made it clear they don't care enough to do what they can to see her? This place operates like a rigid corporate machine, not a veterinary clinic that cares about animals or the people who love them. If you work a regular job or expect to be treated with basic respect and empathy during a stressful time with your pet, look elsewhere. They clearly do not care.
