My sister got married here, and the service was exceptional. The only thing to note is that if you're planning a wedding, double-check the address, some guests might have been led to the venue or golf course, as the ceremony location is actually right and straight when you exit. Not right and drive what feels like more than a mile down.... To avoid confusion, consider putting up a big sign for your guests as they exit the freeway! The wedding planner was fantastic, she took her time answering all the questions from the bride and groom and was there until nearly the very end. The location of the wedding was beautiful. -However, the service/communication provided by the vendor/coordinator was extrememly poor and disorganized. -The event coordinator was barely on site, the signage for the wedding was not presented at the gate on time and the parking attendent was no where to be seen. We ended up directing traffic/parking-delaying the start of the ceremony and fielding calls from guests who mistakenly drove to the clubhouse. -Luckily the rest of the ceremony went smoothly-no thanks to the staff/coordinator. Apparetnly, they booked another event during the wedding and was busy with the other event at the clubhouse. I can not express enough how this venue made my dreams come true for my wedding. And my husband LOVED everything just as much as I did. I am sad it's over. The people, the food, and the space. Everything was perfect. I looked at a minimum of 40 venues because I wanted to find someplace that doesn't just upcharge at the use of the word "wedding." I did a lot of research on pricing and what gives the most bang for your buck. Fairview Crystal Springs came out on top. Book them!! I can't recommend them enough. This place was amazing!!! My daughter had her wedding there and it was so beautiful. Her wedding was in January 2026 around 3:30pm. You think that it would be cold but the day was so perfect. The sun was out and warmed the day. Lindsey was the coordinator and she did a phenomenal job. She was on point and present from the wedding to the reception. Lindsey made sure that we did not lift a finger and just have a great time. She was on it. From the ceremony to the reception was just the best. Wish the day did not end. Highly recommend. Not everyone will have the same experience but for us it was a great way to start our 2026. You just have to do your research and find whats best for you. This venue 110% BENDS over backwards to accommodate all your needs and requests. I'll be honest: I booked this venue before reading reviews and I was really nervous after reading all the negative ones, but our wedding went off wonderfully! The only negative I could think of was one of the tables was missing a chair, but they got my guest the missing chair right away. Yes, there were hiccups along the way: sometimes they respond a bit slow, but they always get back to you; they told me that I could have 2 carving stations, but it had to be reduced to 1 when my wedding was only 10 days away. They were able to have the meat pre-cut and placed into a chafer and added to the buffet line. My guests could not stop raving about the food and I also thought the food was really amazing!! They do not offer private food tastings, instead they have a bi-annual FREE wedding fair for all future brides. I could not attend because I live across the country, but they let me invite 2 of my bridesmaids + 1 bridesmaid fiance to go in my place instead (I think they offer up to 4-6 tickets per bride). Based on what my bridesmaids said I picked what they said was good and avoided the ones that they said were bad. They were also kind enough to let me bring in a few traditional cultural dishes! This venue is all inclusive, but from the past reviews, I ended up hiring my own DJ, wedding day-of-coordinator, bakery for cake and florist. I also hired my own lighting which included a backdrop on the dancefloor. It was a lot more work, but I think this may have been why I was much more satisfied and happy with this venue. One thing that I recommend to all brides is make sure all your rules/requests are IN your BEO (banquet event order)!! They followed this to the T and I am very happy because I also had some cultural rules in the list. If you're looking to have a multicultural wedding, I would say this place is perfect for it! If you do not plan to hire a wedding planner, Fairview Crystal Springs would be the way to go for your wedding, as they offer all-inclusive packages that you can customize. The views at the ceremony site were what sold this venue to us; just be aware that the ceremony and reception sites are a mile apart, so your guests will have to hop back in their cars after your ceremony. Fairview also has transport options between the 2 sites if you're willing to pay their fees. I'd advise you to really be proactive and over-communicate with your coordinator at Fairview. They're not the most responsive via email and some details were almost lost, likely due to how busy they are. You only have 2 details calls with them to finalize how you'd like everything, so be prepared to be a bit flexible with how they place decor. We scheduled our 1 hour ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding, which was great timing as we were able to drop off all our decor items then as well. Angelique and Lindsay were both so accommodating, especially with the backdrop we brought in ourselves, which made wedding morning a breeze when my husband and his groomsman checked final details in the morning. Everything turned out great; decor was gorgeously placed due to the Fairview team's experience and the food was fairly decent. I'd recommend hiring an external day-of coordinator. While Lindsay and the banquet captain were extremely nice, they weren't very present during our reception, which made cake cutting and some other portions a bit awkward for us. Regardless, we'd still recommend Fairview Crystal Springs for the stunning location, all-inclusive (aka less stressful) planning, and decently priced venue. read more

My husband and I, both locals, knew we wanted a chill wedding planning process, and Fairview was the answer. And we had absolutely no complaints. We made our own decorations and candy table, and their team was able to accommodate every small detail and idea I had. We felt taken care of during the entire process. However, one piece of advice--I would forewarn your guests that the ceremony and reception sites are a mile apart. We learned this from our rehearsal, fortunately, and was able to sent everyone a heads up to follow the Google Maps (there's a pin for each the ceremony site and the golf club) to a tee. We had our wedding reception here in April this year. First off, it was a pleasure working with Selina! She was so sweet and super helpful throughout the planning process. One of the reasons we booked this venue was because of the upcoming remodel and the all inclusive packages they offered. The remodel really brought new life to the space. We like how the invitations, flower vendor, linens, DJ, open bar and a couple more essentials were included in the package. Also, having the options to opt out or modify things within the package was nice. The DJ, Shawn Storm, was awesome. The bartenders were pretty heavy handed so our guests were happy about that. Coordination planning was good. Emails between the coordination team was good, though at some points I was emailing three coordinators that were replying to me rather than just one go-to. Eventually, towards the end of the planning process, Selina was our main coordinator. She's the best! The only thing that I wasn't expecting was how small the room was going to be for 200 guests, plus a dessert table and a photo booth area. We had a sit down dinner, but had we made it buffet style, I'm not sure how everything would fit so neatly. I kind of felt like it was pretty packed in both the bar area and the main room. It rained on our wedding day, so having a thought out plan B with our coordinator would have been nice too. Upon arrival, I found out that our guests had to go through the pub area and use the room's side door, so the flow of the room that I envisioned was thrown off. (Not much we could do with that though since it was out of our hands. Better than having them in the rain, of course.) I also wish we had a proper food tasting of the items we chose or were considering. We were only able to taste some options during their wedding fairs. The venue has pros and cons, but given the pros, we would still host our wedding here again if we could do it all over. However we learned a few things that can hopefully help out others. Pros + beautiful ceremony site + convenient for SF, South Bay, and SFO + bargain priced for all inclusive things like DJ, day of coordinator, decor set up and take down, etc + decent food, especially people raved about chicken skewers Cons - moved our rehearsal last minute to another date even though guests are flying in Friday - did not set up ceremony site like they promised, and got mad at me when I asked about it that day - didn't open the gate for us on time when we arrived 1 hr before the ceremony - strict start times of only 1 hr access to venue prior - even though we paid for open bar, bartender took down the sign after cocktail hour, leaving guests confused about this. Also bartender didn't seem to know how to mix drinks - DJ didn't stay on schedule for the structure of the event planned, which I guess is fine since we checked in and he convinced us to stay off schedule - ceremony site and reception aren't walkable. You need to get a shuttle since the ceremony site doesn't have enough parking So if you want to go with this venue, get a friend to MC to stay on schedule as well as make announcements about open bar so people aren't confused. Also hire your own day of coordinator. read more

Nikki and Lindsay were wonderful to work with. They were very empathetic and guided us every step of the way. Responses to our questions via email were responded within a few hours of sending. They are experienced and very welcoming / positive in all our interactions, email and in-person. They made our wedding day very easy. I highly recommend them. The ceremony location was beautiful. The view was amazing! Our photographer, Andy, (who was recommended by Fairview) was also wonderful to work with. He knows the location very well and all the best lighting angles. Can't wait to see the photos. DJ Shawn was great during the ceremony and reception. He was a fun and effective MC; he made appropriate impromptu timeline adjustments and honored guests' song requests. He has been very busy so our preparation meeting call with him was very brief. We went with our own vendor for the flowers. Because we had our own vendor for the gazebo spray, Fairview would not bring that to our sweetheart table after the ceremony. We had our friends do that for us. Food was pretty good. Appetizers were awesome, though the hot foods (salmon and short ribs) were a bit dry. We went with the buffet. There was a line because there was a hold up with people waiting for their slice of prime rib to be cut. Maybe they could have two people cutting instead? Our guests had a wonderful time. I honestly felt so calm and relieved whenever I saw either of them the day of bc they know exactly what they are doing! They were very professional and yet felt like friends at the same time! They checked in on me, my wedding party, and my family during the wedding day and were sooo accommodating, supportive, resourceful, and knowledgeable! They answered our emails in a very quick and prompt matter (make sure you hit reply all, there's always someone on the team who replied if it wasn't either of them) and on rehearsal/wedding day of they answered th phone or called back minutes later. The venue staff and team is very reliable. The day before the wedding, we dropped everything off as it was coordinated. The venue then had literally EVERYTHING set up perfectly for us! Party favors, decorations, welcome table, escort cards-- literally everything we dropped off they took care of! All our guests had to do was show up and enjoy the night! There were no hiccups at all during the journey and everything was exactly what we thought it would be as discussed in our meetings with Lindsay and Nikki. I cannot thank them enough for the smooth stress free planning process!! Also, the pictures don't do the ceremony site justice!! It is absolutely beautiful and breath taking!!! Just make sure to let your guests know that the ceremony site is about a 2-3 min drive to the reception site, and to keep that in mind if they plan on using ride share apps! All of our guests loved the drinks/cocktails provided, and were so happy to see bottles of wine on the table (we selected an open bar option and highly recommend that). Our guests also loved the DJ and the cake from Mazettis! Also the florals from Avonne (Rosedale Florals) was perfect. They offer an all inclusive package with these included and it honestly made everything so much easier, especially bc all the vendors were familiar with the venue! The event staff were very attentive and Nikki was perfect on the day of the wedding and helped to manage everything. The staff took care of decorating the table and organizing the escort cards and making sure that all of our requests were taken care of. As the mother of the bride, I sort of expected to be running around fixing things, but this was not necessary. The wedding site was beautiful and our guests enjoyed the setting, open bar and music. The flowers were perfect! They delivered in all areas and make wedding planning easy because of their professional and organized staff. From my first call to the last minutes of our reception, my wedding was a wonderful experience Haley, Lindsay, and Nikki, the 3 coordinators, were an absolute pleasure to work with. They always had positive, professional, and friendly attitudes. Very approachable, quick responses to my requests and concerns, and they were always eager to help. They troubleshooted and problem-solved when necessary, handling every one of our dealings with poise, ease, and a great big smile! With a mere 6 months to plan, they truly took a lot of the stress off my shoulders. Every staff member from the chefs, Alex the banquet manager were outstanding! As a result, they executed my vision. We were initially drawn to the gorgeous setting and the fact that the venue was sort of a one stop shop in the sense that they include so much in the package but with the option to pick and choose to customise everything based on your preferences. We put our deposit down the same day even though this was before the remodel that was done in good faith that they were going to do a great job which they certainly did! Since our wedding was scheduled for only two months after the remodel we were told that some of the final details like the up lights and window dressings wouldn't be completed by then but they actually made it happen so again, we were extremely lucky! After putting down the deposit, the original coordinators we were assigned to suddenly wouldn't reply to our emails/calls for days so we were a bit concerned but they were very helpful when they did finally reply. This went on for several months and one day we found out that they were no longer working there and we were assigned a new coordinator, Francesca.  Again we were a bit concerned at the change and the fact that we weren't warned at all but once we started working with Francesca, we were so happy Fairview made the staff upgrade along with the renovation. We felt very lucky to have been with Fairview after that transition happened. We only kept the florist (Rosedale Flowers, Avonne is wonderful!) from all the vendors they offered in the package...we would have used the DJ but he was terrible at the time we were booking and by the time they got the really good new one we already booked ours but wished we didn't. Francesca was so patient, responsive, and accommodating with all of our requests that the more we worked with her the more lucky we felt to have had her as our new coordinator. Amo and the other girls there (Selena and Simone) we also all terrific and we just couldn't have been happier with their help. We gave the staff what we thought was a tall order on some of our decorations and they set everything up perfectly.  The buffet turned out to be a really great option and everyone said the food was really good (We didn't actually get to try the food because we were too busy enjoying all the festivities even though we were warned to eat and Francesca offered to bring food besides the appetizers they had for us at the bridal sweet which, by the way, was also a great bonus to the venue). We even requested a Chilean sea bass that isn't usually one of the menu options but the chef did an excellent job preparing it and the prime rib station was also a great hit and very delicious (we did get to try that at the bridal fair!). Besides the endless email exchanges with Francesca, she and Amo were so attentive and helpful during the whole wedding we really couldn't be more grateful! The only suggestion we would make is before you're drafting the seating arrangements figure out how many tables you're planning to have. We ended up having ten people per 60 inch round table and it didn't seem crowded though that's definitely the max you should put. The reason for knowing how many tables you'll have is to ask for an exact layout of the tables prior to selecting the seats. We didn't do that and it was extremely time consuming every time we submitted a table layout we were told that that layout couldn't be arranged based on the space and the fact that we didn't want any tables on the dance floor so we had to go back and forth a bunch before we finally asked for the layout possible based on our take count and then finalized the individual seats. A couple of suggestions to the venue is that 1) the cocktail area could use some better heating because it was very cold at night and many of our guests seated near there and those that were socializing in that space had to wear coats (our wedding was late April so it wasn't even as cold as it can get) 2) we had a few comments from guests that some of the bar tenders were not very friendly and not knowledgeable with basic drink orders. Overall we'd definitely recommend Fairview for your wedding! But consider the size of the reception area well if you're planning on having more than 150 guests because we had 145 and it felt like more would be too much, especially if you're doing buffet style since the buffet at up takes up a good chunk of the space. read more

UPDATE: Dropping from 2 stars to 1 now. Venue still has not responded via phone or e-mail. I was also informed by guests that unfortunately, some got FOOD POISONING. It was most likely from the seafood appetizer that did smell a bit funky or maybe from the salads that had been sitting out. Whatever it was, I feel so bad for the guests that got sick. :-( ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Please be VERY CAUTIOUS when using this venue. We had downsized our wedding from about 200 guests to 55. If it was this bad for 55 guests, I can't imagine how much worse it would have been if it'd been the previous count of 200 guests. Our wedding was memorable, but extremely stressful due to these mistakes. I e-mailed the vendor to provide them feedback after the wedding, but never received a reply. They already have our money, so I doubt they're going to respond. Here is an excerpt from my e-mail to the vendor: I am also e-mailing to provide feedback on our wedding that was held on Sunday, July 25. Our wedding was memorable, but there were some things that could have been improved. I think the change of wedding coordinator/director from Emanoel to Angelique a month prior to our wedding definitely played a role because things we had discussed with him may not have been written in our wedding notes, thus causing the confusion. 1) The welcome table at the ceremony--It just wasn't there and caused some major confusion and delay. Guests started arriving and nothing was set up. We called the venue and NOBODY picked up. When we finally got a folding table, there were no linens for it. 2) The tables at the reception were rearranged without our knowledge. This made it difficult to seat our guests. 3) The flower color for food at the reception that was discussed, e-mailed, and printed out was not followed. The catering staff dealt with a language barrier and some of the guests received the incorrect meals, causing allergic reactions--and some guests ended up choosing not to eat (like my own parents). I didn't even know this until days AFTER the wedding. 4) Some guests didn't receive the kids meals that we had paid for. I'm not sure how there was an incorrect count and no back-ups. 5) The itinerary that we discussed (and changed during our last wedding meeting) was not updated for the DJ. It seems like he had an outdated itinerary. I had also met with Storm ahead of time and we discussed the changes, but they weren't implemented. When the catering staff began serving food right in the middle of the best man's speech, we found that extremely rude. I understand that the food needed to be served, but food should have been ready before the speeches, or served in between speeches. I'm not sure if it was due to the DJ having an outdated itinerary or the kitchen having a food delay/not knowing the schedule. (The DJ was also falling asleep!) 6) Because the itinerary wasn't followed, some guests had to leave early. We still had guests mingling with us, but tables were already being cleared as early as 10PM! We paid for the venue until 11PM. Some of my guests' items were moved as well without their permission during this early clean-up. (They were signing our guest book away from their table.) Our sweetheart table was cleared and we didn't even get to take our champagne flutes. 7) I had no idea who our contact person for the day was. I think things would have run much better if we knew who was in charge ahead of time or knew who the contact person was for the different parts of the day. I didn't see any of the wedding coordinators that we had met prior to our wedding. It wasn't communicated at we would be on our own. Our wedding was 2.5 years in the planning and we knew there would be some hiccups along the way. We didn't expect these major hiccups. read more

We just had our sons baptism lunch reception at this facility and it was everything I asked for and more. The planning process was smooth, the entire team, most especially Laura, was amazing. Laura was incredibly helpful, informative, and so willing to work with my requests and my budget! I really appreciated her responsiveness, understanding, and kindness. The space is newly remodeled and gorgeous. My family and friends were blown away and they thoroughly enjoyed the event location. We opted for the lunch buffet and the food was delicious! Everything was just so EASY EASY EASY! As a mom of two little ones with little time to plan, Fairview was just what I was needing and they far exceeded my expectations in everything. I've debated for a long time if I wanted to write this review and what I wanted to say. We got married there in May this year and I have had some time to think about the day, the experience leading up to it and we have gotten feedback from many guests. Before the wedding: My (now) husband and my Mom fell in love with the ceremony site on our first visit. I was unsure initially because of a couple things, such as the poor bathroom option at the ceremony site and the lack of nice bridal and groom suites, which we needed due to an outfit change. Ultimately we decided these things were not as important and decided to move forward with the venue, and we were told the renovations would be done in time for our wedding. The coordinator with whom we signed the contract with left briefly after, and then we were assigned someone else. We had our planning meeting with Simone, who told us she would be our coordinator this point forward and the day of (we had paid extra for this). I was happy with Simone, she found some errors in our initial contract, she was pragmatic and understood the unique nature of our event (2 weddings+reception and various dietary restrictions). However, after this meeting everything went downhill very quickly. Simone left the country unexpectedly (did not tell us she was leaving the next day), and then it was extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone in the office, and when I did, they would not have any answers to my questions. Vendors such as my florist needed dimensions of things etc and this just created so much unnecessary stress. The other coordinator we were working with while Simone was gone ALSO LEFT, and now we were in limbo about 5 weeks away from our wedding and I was very very upset. This was now the 4th person we were supposed to trust with our already complicated wedding timeline/day. On the rehearsal day, it was very hard to get a hold of Simone and anyone in the office to come to the ceremony site. We wasted close to half an hour for this. Yes we were late, but nobody was in the office and our multiple calls went to voicemail. We went through the rehearsal to the best we could and I left feeling more anxious. Simone assured me things would go well and to enjoy the time, which I tried my best to. The day of: Our wedding day went relatively smoothly, but things were not what they were planned to be. I arrived to the ceremony site to take family portraits and noticed the chairs were set up wrong, the florist had placed flower petals in the wrong place- all things Simone should have been present to correct and oversee. At this point, the manager was rearranging the chairs and fixing it. The rest of the day and timeline went ok. Tips for future brides: Hire your own day of the event coordinator that is not associated with this venue to ensure better outcomes. Hire your own DJ. Our guests said they loved the view from the ceremony site, which was the reason we picked this venue. The updated reception space is nice and ideal for a wedding of 100-140. The venue is flexible with dietary needs which we appreciated. Overall this is a good venue for the price+view, but at the cost of a lot of anxiety.... read more

My brother and sis-in-law had their ceremony here over the past weekend and I admit it had a wonderful view. The weather was nice and all, but while my friends and I were setting up, a golf ball flew over. Imagine if that had happen during the ceremony...it could've hurt someone. The ceremony site said they would provide reserve signs for the first 2 rows, which was not given. We called prior to ask if there would be a coordinator to help the bridal party walk, the representative said the owner/coordinator would be there to help - no one showed up. The bridal party walked themselves, which is fine, but after giving instructions to the DJ, the DJ onsite did not even play the music on time until the Brides mom and brother was already half way down the aisle. Beautiful views but the condition of the golf course and clubhouse was disappointing to say the least. We came here recently for a friend's event earlier in the summer. Part of the event was outdoors and the only washroom facility was a psuedo port-a-potty toilet that looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Cobwebs, an array of insects, and a hand sanitizer that was empty rounded out the experience. The lack of the latter meant that there was no way to cleanse your hands after potentially touching other people's feces/germs/etc. Fast forward to the dinner in the clubhouse. I won't comment on the food as I'm fairly hard to please in that arena but the condition of the room and bathrooms were (to be brutally honest) atrocious. The plates, glasses, and tableware were all covered in a layer of grime and dirt. The bathrooms were a mess with one stall that didn't lock so others constantly were opening doors to reveal someone in the middle of what one could say is our most private affair of relieving themselves. There were only three stalls total so only a third were usable. The stalls were dirty and were not restocked with toilet paper regularly. On a positive note, the person working at the bar was a pleasure to deal with and made everyone feel welcome. The bar also had many interesting and uncommon liquors (especially for an open bar) and even when there was a queue, the wait was minimal since the staff there were quick to fill guests' orders. read more

4.5 stars! We had our wedding here recently and it was a great experience. We were sold on booking this venue after attending the wedding fair they hosted last year. We got a tour of the ceremony site and reception after the renovations. It was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. It was also within our budget and they offered all inclusive packages. Our wedding coordinator was Selina and it was an absolute pleasure working with her. She was very friendly, experienced, and did her best to accommodate all of our requests. Selina was also responsive and answered all of our questions. She really helped us throughout the whole planning process from beginning to end. She met all our expectations. We really appreciated our phone consultation with him a week prior to the wedding just to make sure we were set to play the songs requested at the ceremony and reception. He was engaging, funny, and our guests loved him. We highly recommend DJ, Shawn Storm. We were so thankful for our florist, Rosedale Flowers, Avonne. We realized we couldn't do the flower arrangements ourselves and needed her help with the centerpieces and gazebo flowers. We felt so bad giving her such a late notice but she was very understanding and was able to accommodate us. The flowers were beautiful! The food was delicious especially the short ribs (highly recommend) and roasted potatoes. Some of the guests said they ran out of prime rib and salmon. We wish they came out with more. Hubby and I attended a wedding here yesterday....we're not family so this is a review from the guest's point of view. We arrived about 5:30pm for a 6pm wedding and the venue was clearly marked as the wedding site on the gate as we were about to drive to the clubhouse. So we pulled ourselves into the lot and proceeded to the ceremony site. What a gorgeous site. Spectacular background, perfect little gazebo, and simple setup for seating. The day couldn't have been more beautiful - clear and warm. The ceremony started right on time and was over within 25 minutes (hallelujah - it was perfect!). During the ceremony, small little wisps of fog drifted over the reservoir, making the ideal scenery even more romantic. After the ceremony we drove the short distance (~1 mile) to the clubhouse. The line for drink was getting long already so we got in line...but we needn't have worried. A) the bartenders are pretty speedy; and B) waiters were asking those in line if they wanted beer or wine, and if they did, they went and got it for them and brought it to them in line. Smart. Also, the drinks were properly strong. You can mingle with your drinks in the covered patio in the back, or the walkway in the front, or the dining area, or the area where the bar was set up. When it was time to go inside, the large round tables easily sat 9 people. When it was time for the buffet, you wait for them to tell you when it's your table's turn. We had the BEST TABLE EVER. Somehow we ended up with the bride's cousins from both sides of her family, even though we were friends with the groom. So one of the bride's uncles got to go to the buffet first, as he was at the family table, and kept coming back and giving his (adult) kids (and the rest of the table) rolls to tide us over until it was our turn. Thank you Uncle whoever. Once we got to the buffet I was pretty happy with the food. They had caesar salad and a spinach salad, pasta, potatoes, salmon, some other meat, and a carving station. The caesar, salmon, potatoes, and pasta that I had were good. There was also wedding cake and a dessert bar, but I'd filled up on wine and dinner so didn't have those. There's a small dance floor that was surprisingly big enough for quite a few people to dance without feeling crowded. The venue is easy on and off the freeway, so only took us 45 minutes to get there from Oakland. I'd definitely recommend that you check this place out if you have a wedding to plan. read more

First of all, let's start with the week prior to the wedding. We get a call from the DJ who was surprised that we didn't submit our playlist and the pre-wedding form online. We were surprised too because no one had informed us of anything or procedure to follow for this and were anxiously waiting with no info. The DJ was surprised and expressed how he was going to give management a call to investigate. On to the wedding. I, the groom get to the ceremony site and the gate is BROKEN! There was a maintenance crew servicing the gate so I call the venue's event coordinators (Angelique Taylor & Lindsay Ohira) at the number provided and nobody picked up my numerous calls. Literally no one. Not one person answered. The mechanics working on the gate blocked off the entrance to the ceremony and we had to talk to them to let us in while they worked on the gate. So I, the groom, get to the gazebo where my wife and I were going to say (I do) and it was NOT cleaned up from the event prior. How do I know this? Because I was there the day prior for the rehearsal and it still looked the same from whatever event occurred before. There were tons of zipties ALL over the gazebo and I had to clean it up myself in my tuxedo to give our venue a modicum of cleanliness for our guests and pictures. In addition, the chair set up were unusually far from the gazebo (even the DJ commented on how unusual that was, and he's been with the venue for years). Likewise, there were more chairs than expected (+10 more) even though our guests were less than 35 and Fairview crystal springs were aware of the final guest count days before the wedding. I had to tell our guests personally to all move up a row just so it would look decent when my wife walked down the isle and in pictures, a task Fairview should be doing not me. Likewise, this is the worst part of this whole ordeal. There was ZERO communication or availability from the event directors (Angelique Taylor & Lindsay Ohira) to myself regarding the things aforementioned above. I called the event director(s) +14 times, and they NEVER picked up the phone not once, just sent me to voicemail EVERY SINGLE TIME even though I know they were in the office because it was around 3.15 pm and that was around the time my wife was in the bridal suite and she saw / heard them talking amongst themselves and laughing while I was freaking out at the ceremony site because things were not how they were supposed to be. I literally did not speak to ANY of the event coordinators the day of the wedding, not one person, I did not even see them at ALL. But they sure found a way to contact us when it was time to get our money though leading up to the wedding date. On to the food. The food was so incredibly salty we couldn't even eat at our own wedding. The chicken piccata which we tasted at the wedding fair months prior was so salty a small bite of it had to be immediately followed by a drink of water every time. The carved beef was the same. We had to go check on our guests and EVERY single table had the same sentiment on the food--TOO MUCH SALT!! The ONLY decent thing worth eating was the bread rolls and the wedge-cut roasted (RED) potatoes (which were neither wedge-cut nor red). The salad had cubed ham, which was an issue because this was not in the ingredients of the menu we picked for our wedding dinner at all! Why?? BECAUSE MY WIFE IS OF MUSLIM ORIGIN AND DOES NOT EAT PORK! We had vegetarian guests and we specifically picked food with ingredients they would like so they would be able to enjoy dinner. But thanks to Fairview crystal springs' negligence on our big day, some of our guests had to go hungry and only ate bread and some fruits. Likewise, we told Fairview event coordinators (Angelique Taylor & Lindsay Ohira) that during the toast we wanted our drinks served in our customs flutes. We were served in different flutes and ours were left empty at our table until we spoke up. Your big day should be perfect and most of all stress FREE! That is why you go to a venue that's supposed to "handle it all for you", this is NOT one of them. We practically had to do a lot of things for our wedding ourselves. We went with an outside vendor for our floral arrangement because Fairview's own vendor was super uncooperative and a headache to deal with (Rosedale Floral Design // Avonne Lee). We were on top of the bakery that was making our cake and sent them detailed instructions of how we wanted our wedding cake to be because during the SCHEDULED cake tasting they gave us samples to take home and taste with NO descriptions of what kinds of cakes we were sampling for our potential wedding cake, we had to drive back to ask for them. Fairview should be the ones doing these things not us that's what they were paid for, they did nothing in regards to this, they just told us to reach out to those parties and work with them ourselves. Amanoel was our venue coordinator and he went above and beyond for us. We know that times are difficult right now, but Amanoel was able to make our wedding happen! I had my wedding at this location in November. This venue truly goes beyond whats expected. We had the pleasure of working with Anne Marie, as our wedding planner. She was very accommodating & was on top of everything that needed to be done. She was very prompt in answering any questions that we had, and helped the wedding planning seem way less stressful. She walked us through every step, and was very patient, and considerate. The staff truly care about your needs, and expectations. Booking with this company made it so stress free, especially with the packages. That's one thing I really liked about the Wedgewood/Fairview companies. They have all of the planning connections, such as wedding Cake Shops, DJ's, Photography, Linen, Photo Booth, Limo Services, Lighting etc. inside of their packaging, and references. It was just a few emails to those companies, and everything was planned. It was all within our budget, and way cheaper than other venues (might I add.) They have great prices. I searched for months trying to find the perfect venue and reception spot. I really lucked out by finding Crystal Springs location. Not only are they way more competitive in pricing, they absolutely have a drop dead gorgeous ceremony site. It's a beautiful gazebo with a view overlooking the reservoir. I was so blessed to say that on my 11:00AM -4:30PM wedding day the weather was perfect, and the outside wedding in November couldn't have been better. The pictures turned out to look beautiful as well, especially with the view. I had 90 guests at my wedding, and it all went so smoothly, the food was delicious, and the open bar was great. Inside the reception area we had plenty of room for the dance floor, slideshow, buffet bar, and photo booth station. I have heard so many horror stories from my friends who recently got married. I'm lucky enough to say I had the best experience with Fairview Crystal Springs. My guests all commented to me that it was the best wedding that they've ever been to. It couldn't have gone smoother. A memory my husband and I will forever hold onto! A tip I have is check out their Instagram Page, that's how I was able to plan some of my decorating. We had our wedding on November 10, 2018. This was around the time when the wildfires smokes began to fill the air but my main concern was how it was pitched black when it reached 530 due to daylight savings time, which was also our ceremony time. Selina, the day coordinator, said it would be OK if we decide to have a ceremony earlier due to the time change, which we didn't get to do because the veil was left at the hotel! Yikes! The ceremony was more dramatic than I envisioned. The coordinators had tea lights on the aisle and it added that extra umph that I didn't think of. Selina was able to guide the bridal party and my brother who walked me half way down the aisle. The vendors that i went through with Fairview Crystal Springs are the food, DJ/MC SHAWN STORM, and the photo booth. The food was amazing. Everyone raved about it!!!! They loved the tri tip, salmon and beef sirloin. Some people said they ran out of salmon, but it wasn't significant enough for me to feel like my wedding was ruined. Shawn was awesome!!!!!! He would be the only thing I wouldn't change. You can be in a different place and it would still be crackin'. He engages with your guests and he's funny and FUN. The photo booth was great! But the placement was too tight. I didn't get to spend a lot of time with the photo booth and he waited for me to take pictures. I thought it was so thoughtful of him. But it wasn't enough time! I wished I booked with for a longer time. And they didn't reach out so we could choose what font or picture we want on our print outs. So if your booking with them make sure you reach out. Otherwise they'll just choose it for you. FOR THE DIY / $$ CONSCIOUS BRIDES (couple lol!!!!!) I had my girls that were down with what I wanted! We did our own centerpieces. Ordered our own table runners. 2 backdrops! Our own sweet bar. And all decor! They only give you 1hr to put everything up. YES THEY DO HELP YOU, but not with the backdrop (but I was told they will help with it and just provide the sticky tape to hold it up). Well anyway, you and your bridal party knows your vision! Wished they had more time because like I mentioned earlier the placement of the photo booth was too tight. Then a backdrop I had, there was a table in front of it (the vision was to be able to take pics in-front of it)! Oh yea the dimensions of the table arrangement will look different in person Basically, if we had that extra cushion i would've hired someone or had other fam and friends to set up and not the bridal party! We had a dragon dance which they were great enough to accommodate! At the end of the day! Everything went well. I am now married to my best friend. We didn't let the little things bother us! We had a blast! Also, they'll accommodate us once again to use the gazebo for pictures since we weren't able to on our wedding day! Will see them next year! Lol. Also choose Selina!!!!!!!!! My husband and I got married here last weekend and can't speak highly enough of Fairview Crystal Springs and the staff! We booked with them early on when we got engaged in 2019 and had to postpone our wedding due to COVID last summer. Fairview let us move dates without any penalties which was very much appreciated. They followed all CDC guidelines to keep their guests safe as well. One of the main reasons we picked Fairview (other than the stunning ceremony site and modern, classy reception area), was the convenience of booking with them. They are a great venue for a busy couple because they have many vendors that they contract with regularly. With the elite package, our cake, floral, DJ, invitations, food and open bar were all included in our cost. It made for a stress-free wedding because the vendors are so used to working with Fairview. Not to mention the food, alcohol, dessert, etc were all wonderful. We also can't speak highly enough of Angelique! She was our wonderful wedding coordinator who answered all of our questions and helped us create our dream wedding. read more

I am so glad that I enlisted the help of this great all inclusive venue! Wedding planning is inherently stressful, but a lot of my stress was alleviated by utilizing this venue. My November 2nd wedding was breathtaking, and I received many compliments from my guests. Laura and Amanoel were very supportive and attentive to all of my requests. The entire bridal party made it down the aisle gracefully. The ceremony site with the gazebo was beautifully decorated and the weather was ideal for a wedding photo shoot. We had our reception at Fairview Crystal Springs on February 23, 2019. We booked our reception last year with them. From the start the staff was amazing and very helpful. They worked with us Through the whole process and made everything very easy. We had a few planning meetings throughout the year. they made everything so easy I never stressed I never have to worry about anything they had to do with the reception. They have all inclusive packages our package included everything but our photographer. Our wedding day when we walked into the reception it was more beautiful than I could ever imagine. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our guest and my husband and I were happy satisfied throughout the night. The food that they provided us was wonderful and tasted really good. If you're looking to have a wedding or reception I would definitely recommend this place because the staff is wonderful and the food is great. Angelique and Lindsay were the two we interacted with the most and they were both AMAZING. Brittany took over the dinner service and she was fantastic as well. On top of being hard pressed to find a more picturesque location for a wedding ceremony that is also relatively convenient (aka no helicopter rides or super long drives along windy roads) the service was phenomenal.
