They have wonderful antique stores, a fabulous coffee shop and a little bakery with some of the best treats. It's really a nice little escape from the hustle and bustle of every day life

We knew when booking that the hotel was undergoing renovation, but we were okay with that since it was only for one night. And upon arrival, it was clear that this renovation was LONG overdue. Our issue was the cleanliness, or lack thereof, in the common areas. The floors in the breakfast area and elevators were sticky and nasty. The carpets in the hallways were stained and filthy. I get that they need to renovate, but they don't need to sacrifice cleanliness.
