After speaking with Simone on several occasions to request a quote she would always tell me she would return my call and never would. Today, after a brief conversation i was told they cannot take on more customers. What is that? Were they full in August when i called? Or in October when i called? Or in November when i called? TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. He needs to get someone reliable to manage the phone. I would NEVER have expected this from this company. definately NOT reliable.

Sounds just fine however as November drew to a close and no one had shown up I reached out and was informed that they'd be out soon. Well Winter came and went and the pile of leaves and grass clippings they left in September was and is still in the same place. It's now mid May 2023 and I've not heard anything from them since October 2022. Oh yeah, I've already sent them an email about two weeks ago telling them to never mind. What a sad way of doing business. Who knows maybe they're out of business but the way they deal with customers is pitiful and they should be.

I know there are a lot of landscaping companies out there but I know for a fact this guy is at the top of the list. Spring, summer, fall and winter, him and his crew dominate the competition. They work extremely hard and put in long hours. I've only seen one other company work as hard as this one does.
