Everything seemed fine until I opened my door and outside was some party van that looked like an Amazon truck. NO LIMO!!!! I called the woman (apparently the daughter of the owner) and got told to basically pound sand. Sorry never even left her lips. I got attitude and was told it's my fault because I never checked my messages from a few hours ago when she was giving me the heads up!!! Say what!!?? Even if I had checked how the heck could I get another limo in only a couple hours. I also work nights and had very little time to do anything besides get ready before they arrived. But that's not her problem she said. And when I checked my missed calls there was none from this company. Only ProCom Cleaning Services. Well I didn't order cleaning services so even had they called and I seen it I wouldn't of answered a number I don't know. Maybe if this company was more legit they'd have their business attached to their number. I was told I would get no money back and was told I was lucky to get that or I could have gotten nothing and could drive myself!! I have never been more furious at the disgusting customer service. I basically had my money stolen to ride some lame van to my party with my friends. I was told by the driver the owner was in Florida and would contact me and most likely do something for me but that never happened either. For the record this company is the most expensive of all the companies I called! They just had a promo on so I went with them. So please dear lord do yourself a favor and go with another company. Having reached out to a number of Calgary limo providers, Pearl and her team were a delight to deal with. They responded promptly to us, had very clear quotes, and reasonable rates. Most importantly (to me) the various Paramount drivers we dealt with were punctual and pleasant, and their cars were always very well looked after and clean inside and out (and I've dealt with enough limo companies to know that's not always the case). Based on the excellent service we received, I would not hesitate to call Paramount again the next time we're in the city - nor to recommend them to anyone else looking for limo or sedan rental in the Calgary area. Turns out he had us scheduled for the following day so she said come now! Bc we needed him to take us to the airport & he was our ONLY option bc of our current situation. Brett also is a yoga instructor & vegan. He was a fabulous conversationalist for the entire time he got us to the Calgary airport from Kananaskis hotel which took him an hour & ten minutes. Yes he was on it!!! Thank you Brett! We got back to California safely & appreciate you for picking us up in a split second but actually 42 minutes later. We still had time to spare thankfully since our flight wasn't international until the next day. In fact good thing wifey called him first as he got inundated with many calls after that to get people to the airport! Woohoo we lucked out!
