Horrible customer service. I was told 3 different things from 3 sales people including the GM. The GM quoted me 54,500 and said he would give me 1000$ off. I told him that was not the price and it is listed on autolist for 50,396$. He told me that was a third party site and he had never heard of it and that the price is 54,500$ Nice job GM. It was also listed on fairway ford site for the same and he had no idea. I wanted to purchase this vehicle I was quoted a price by the salesman. Only 400$ off the price but either way the next day I was going to take the deal and the sales manager would not agree to do what the sales guy had offered. Now it is 4 days later and the dealership has change the price of the vehicle 2000$ more. It was 50,396$. Now it is 52,396$. I have pictures and proof from two different sites including fairway Lincoln site. When a dealership will not budge and work with a customer that's a problem. I was also driving almost 5 hours to purchase the vehicle. I suppose they went up on the price so now if someone wants to negotiate they can look like they are really working with you. Later that afternoon, when I looked at the vehicle online again, the price was increased by $1,000 +. My wife's f150 had rodent damage to wire harness. The truck was dropped off on Sep 2 2025 and it wasn't returned to us until April 29 2026. yes 7.5 months. During the process we were lied to about when the wiring harness was ordered, not ordered and ordered at the end they didn't even replace it instead it was repaired and not even repaired good. Half ass work 7.5 months later. We got the truck back on the 29th April and we had to take it back on May 7th. This time it is a lead frame which maybe a recall but they don't know. They are asking us to pay $1577.02 and first said we will be reimbursed by ford but in the same text thread NOW saying they cant guarantee it so they cant get their story straight. Again no straight story. I have 4 Fords, 65 mustang, 95-f150, 2017-f150 and 2019-f350. If I ever buy a ford again I will never buy from this dealership. On a side not DO NOT trade a vehicle there. They will only off 1/3 the value when industry standard is 1/2. I truly wish I had looked at the reviews before purchasing my truck from Fairway Ford in October of 2025! Probably would have saved me thousands of dollars! I called on this particular truck (2015 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali, 91k miles) in early October. I spoke with a man who said that it was awaiting inspection and he would send me more pictures when it was done with the inspection. I never heard back from that man. I reached out to them again and finally got someone (Schylar) who was willing to send me the pictures. We are about 211 miles away from the dealership. So we get the approval on the truck and the inspection is done....supposedly!!!! We make the drive buy the truck and come home. On the way home the radio starts to malfunction. This was mid October. Mid November we take our annual Thanksgiving trip with our camper. We make it a little over an hour from our home when the truck gets stuck in 3rd gear. We pulled over for several minutes to let it cool down and we were able to continue on our trip. We make it literally 1 minute from our destination and the truck completely refused to move. After again, letting it cool, we were able to put it into 4-wheel drive just to get it out of the middle of the road. We also realized on this trip that the heaters in the seats don't work at all. We babied the truck and got it home. I made an appointment with our local GMC dealership. I guess it's a good thing Fairway forced a warranty on us or we would have been in big trouble! The transmission needed to be replaced, the seat heaters need to be replaced, the radio needed to be replaced, and we found out we had an oil leak. All in it needed roughly $11k worth of repairs! I reached out to Schyler and Fairway Ford several times! I finally got a response when I emailed the GM, and Schyler. I have asked for the inspection report on my truck and they refuse to give it to me! The warranty covered the transmission (Thank God) and the oil leak. Fairway did pay for the cheapest repair, which was the radio but left us with the deductible, $700 and the seats $1800. Schyler did say they would help us out with the money to cover the deductible but that didn't happen. I guess I should be happy that they covered the radio. But I feel like if a proper inspection had been done or if I had been told about these issues from the get-go, it would have saved me a lot of money and headache! Purchased my used truck at the end of 2025. First time buying so I was new to the experience, the sales process was simple. But after driving the truck for a couple months, I noticed a lot of things not working the correct was as they should. Anything as little as a door speaker or camera, all the way to the transmission. Luckily, I had the 90 warranty, unluckily, they sold the truck to me with the mileage 6k miles below what the actual odometer read. Yes I should have checked first, but they also should have hence it's their job. Even on the inspection sheet I requested a copy of, they mileage was the online listing (6k over actual) so when I went to get my truck looked at for a few issues, they were hesitant to service me under warranty due to the mileage being over the warranty. After getting paperwork squared away, the total time they had my truck for 2 door speakers and a camera was 15 days. At that point, they brushed off the transmission noise I was hearing but luckily I took the nice foreman on a drive and he noticed the issue immediately. So, I had to drop it back off and the total time they have been working on my truck is about 20 days. Communication throughout the whole process has been extremely poor. Nobody has reached out to me with any updates, I have had to leave several voicemails getting the issue resolved. Even went as far to speak with Nathan, the service manager and I will say he was very kind and respectful. Currently waiting on the issue to get resolved. If I could do it again, I'd buy from somewhere else. read more

This is his work vehicle so he took it to Fishers Garage and they did the work for less than he would have paid the dealership and got it done in a week. The other thing is that we were quoted an interest rate (which I questioned multiple times) only to find out months later that the actual rate was near double what we were quoted and compounded DAILY. I just had my car at Fairway Ford for 2 days and they could not find the problem. They stated they drove it but couldn't recreate the problem. I had to pay $172. I had to make a diagnostic appt even though I told the lady on the phone that Firestone checked it and only saw a low battery. I replaced the battery and the car still lost power 2 weeks later They thought it might be the program control module which only ford dealers can check. I told the lady this and had to wait a month for a diagnostic appt (she said was required) To my knowledge and on the paper receipt, the PCM was not checked. I just picked it up this week and the first time I drove it (July 4) it died 4 times and had to be towed to their dealership. A bit disappointed at this point. I had 3 people tell me 4 different things. you have a Honda, we can't fix it you broke the sensors because you drove on a flat. LIE!!! I came out, saw my tire was flat and it was TOWED to Fairway. we broke the sensors replacing your tires the battery on your sensors needs to be changed - how could he possibly know this without even looking at the sensors I bought my car here 6 years ago. So about 12k mi ago my truck was still in warranty and I took it to Fairway Ford in Greenville, SC to get the cab mounts replaced under warranty. They told me the mounts were fine and wouldn't do the repair. Fast forward to today and the cab mounts are so rotted they are falling out. They booked me an appointment for 8am this morning. After waiting an hour and a half they came back and said "It'll be $3500 to replace the cab mounts and install a new track bar." I'm like: "Seriously?" They explained that the factory cab mount set is $800, that my bumper would have to come completely off and that all the wires and other nonsense (their words) would have to be cut or disconnected. (there's plugs on everything). The labor to do cab mounts is 12 hours and they wanted another thousand to take the bumper off (6 bolts and a couple plugs.) They also denied any assistance due to their incompetence of inspecting it while it was under warranty. I did ask if I did the track bar myself what they would charge to torque the bolt at the frame (450ft-lbs). I inquired about a used truck that had just came through on trade, and since it was new on lot, the sales team didn't want to negotiate on price because it was 'fresh on the lot', in other words, they might be able to get some other person to pay full asking price. I tried negotiating the amount they asked me to put down and see if they could meet me in the middle of the asked down payment, and that was a hard No. They wanted to deduct the full msrp cost for two tires for my trade in, when I know they don't may that for them, even with some mark-up for profit it wouldn't be that high. The salesman states that his sales manager is doing everything he can to make it work but never talking to the sales manager once while in the dealer, I couldn't tell you who he was. Dealers and salesmen service has tremendously gone down since covid. They say they are a family-owned business, but they don't act like it. Just like every other corrupt business, it's all about them and how much money they can get out of you. Customer service is a huge part of a vehicle purchase, and this dealer lacks it on the used side of things. Called to make an appointment for recalls the lady made an appointment and said they needed car for the whole day. I asked if I could get a loaner car while my car was there , she loved me on a hold and came back on and said yea a loner car would be given for the day. Upon arrival for my appointment the man helping Ivan left me waiting for a very long time and had a very rude attitude from the moment he walked up to me. My experience at your Fairway Ford Dealership in Greenville, SC was unpleasant to say the least. I arrived for my appointment at 8 am Friday October 13th to get my recall fixed on my Ford Fusion. I received a letter in the mail notifying me that my brake lines risk leaking and could lead to brake failure. I received the letter in April 2023 and immediately called to see if parts were available considering I no longer felt safe in my car. Called each month until they were finally available in October. Ultimately, I was REFUSED service by your staff because your staff could not figure out how to remove my tires. Apparently if I paid 230 dollars for new lug nuts, they would be able and willing to take my tires off. I shouldn't have to pay anything to have the safety of my car restored. If your professional technicians can't remove a tire, what makes me think their repair on my brakes will be done correctly? If the lug nuts are swollen and hard to remove, sounds like the lug nuts should be recalled as well. However with that many miles, it's the small things that are wearing out or just ending their life cycle...head lights, interior lights, the knob on the manual transmission. Whatever it is they have it....I'm sure I could find it on Amazon for $3 less for the part but Amazon never gives me their helpful insight or tricks for the small repair I might be doing. Or even if it's just for a kind hello and jabbing each other on who won the weekend's football game! You can't get that from a delivery driver but when you go to Fairway that exactly what you get. I had a pretty horrible experience overall at fairway ford this time. I had previously been to this location to have my oil changed and tires replaced and found this location to have very competitive prices for these services. No longer will I be using this location for this service, and even though those prices used to be low, the service is untrustworthy and the sales managers are scheming to make extra money where they can. I came in on Friday 9/15 for an oil change and tire rotation. I set an appointment time and booked this two weeks in advance to make sure the service was performed on time as I had a tight window to do thin. I was told this service would be about 45 minutes. An hour and a half later, the sales manager came out of the office and told me that the technicians had just started on my tire rotation and couldn't perform this because the lug nuts were broken and falling apart. This is of course, right after I watched the same sales manager come out and tell another woman in the waiting room the same thing. He said that these needed to be replaced and it would be $130 for this service. Now let me start by saying, Fairway ford is the only place I have allowed to touch my tires. I had my tires replaced at this location and have had one oil change in between at another location due to convenience of time and urgency. I did not have my tires rotated at this other location because I did not trust them to not over-tighten my tires and lugs. I am a self-sufficient person who is more than capable of doing basic maintenance on my car and the daughter of a tenured auto mechanic, so I understand the possible problems that could result from having these overtightened. Fairway Ford looked at my records and saw where I had had my tires replaced 15K miles ago. When I brought this to the attention of the team at fairway ford, the sales technician conferred with his manager and was able to offer me only to waive the cost of labor, even though their team was the last one to touch my tires and were the ones to overtighten these bolts and cause this damage. After declining to still pay $100 for the error the technicians caused in overtightening my tires the last time I was there, the sales manager I spoke with let me know that it would be another couple of minutes until the car was ready. When I got my bill, the bill stated that the technicians were unable to take off any of my tires because of the lug nuts. If that's true that they couldn't take them off for fear of them breaking, then I only have one question... who's lug nuts did the sales manager show me in the waiting room when he pointed out the issue? If the lug nuts were too damaged to take off, then how were they shown to me in the waiting room? The icing on the cake for this visit? After I get my car back, I open the door and the technicians who had moved my car had not put down any floor liners, I had a nice pair of boot prints in my car from their mess along with now more issues to inquire about and had an additional hour and a half out of my day for my "scheduled service" read more

Was not informed of a warranty extension that would have saved us thousands of dollars until after we no longer qualified for coverage, and they had the nerve to propose $3,500 of repairs for problems previously undetected despite several rounds of inspections and maintenance. To make matters worse, although I was the name on the service account and the owner of the car, they directed their communications primarily to my husband as I tried to express my dissatisfaction. I went in to buy a 2022 F150 it was 48,000 I was trading in my 2020 ranger and they were giving me 2000.00 for it , my payment were 718.00 a month for 84 months , way to much for me so I went to D&D Ford they had an F150 that was 46,000 and gave me 1000.00 for my ranger and got my payments down to 540.00 for 84 months. Don't go here! After buying a car from them back in Feb, I gave them another try when I needed something bigger. After weeks of looking for something to fit our budget, we found one. Every other day the "down payment" amount changed, until we put down thousands. Was told my car I traded would be sold at an auction for X amount so thats why I was only given so much, then listed it for 7k more. The best part, they opened a loan in mine and my husbands name, and signed documents for us. Not only on a totally different car, but also forged our signatures on documents I had previously signed. After asking time and time again who provided authorization to Fairway to sign documents in mine and my husbands name, I was told the sales person told finance I gave permission, which text message proof shows no communication regarding them signing documents for us. They are just now "fixing" the issue of a second loan being opened in our name, a month later. People are just money to them. Emailing the owners also gets you nowhere as they just "forward" your email, and don't actually address the concerns, they send it back to the person you had an issue with. Unless you want your signature forged & loans opened in your name you didn't sign for, don't go here. read more

Took my 2013 Ford Edge this April 2020 for a recall on the driver side doors showing "ajar". They only fixed one since that's all the manufacturer set the recall for, which is fine, however I informed Gordon (service advisor) there was a coolant leak and asked him to run a diagnostic check on the vehicle for $123. I was under the impression a diagnostic of the vehicle would tell you a summary of any underlying issues on top of the leaking coolant. Gordon notified me that's all the check up was and that they topped it off with water because it was low 1 gallon. So I was a left with a feeling lacking peace of mind. If I'm paying for an additional service an advisor should explain what services are offered or come with it. On the other hand I should have done more research on my part to see if other mechanics in the area offer what I wanted done. What upset me the most was that after my vehicle was done I asked if my car could be delivered back to me as it mentions on the Fairway Ford website and Gordon said no. I took the vehicle myself and I told him I needed his help with this because I was home sick. I attempted to schedule it to give them an opportunity to make arrangements on their side and he told me this service was only for Lincoln's. As you can see from the pic I snapped off their site that's not the case. Anyways I called back and explained the situation to someone at 855-313-9189 and they must have spoken with Gordon because then my car was scheduled for delivery. I hope this doesn't happen to others who may be trying to stay safe during this trying time. Definitely felt taking my car was a burden to Fairway Ford. Yesterday, noticed a headlight was out, took it to my local mechanic for a bulb replacement and he said the bulb is fine, it's loose or faulty wiring and needs to be checked out at a Ford dealership.
