Text Chad on Monday and he stated he was in Arizona that Will is in charge till he returned , so I then spoke with Will he stated he was going to go over our information and give me a call back . He never did. Bottom line is these people are un professional and have poor communication. People are submitting their personal information. If I wrote a review for everyone I know in real estate, I'd never have time to actually work. This review, however, hits a little different for me. Given the number of realtors and property managers I've spoken with over the last 20 years, I consistently say that I have not seen a realtor go above and beyond for all of her clients the way Claudia and CIC Properties does every day. One of my very first conversations with Claudia was her calling me as the buyer's agent technically doing all of the seller's agent's work. Or Chopper personally changing locks because all the handymen and contractors were at other jobs that particular morning and, well, it needed to get done. There might not be sidewalks in Jurupa Valley but Claudia is of a higher pedigree, she lets her landlords know that she's going to do whats in the best interest of her tenant because that's also her client (and haven't there been enough slumlords in existence). Or every time Claudia calls me to ask a question I always end the conversation by feeling compelled to say "no realtor (or property manager) has ever asked me that for their client." Not the largest company, not the social media realtor with Tiffany's boxes, Claudia & CIC Properties is way better. They do all the behind-the-scenes work to make southern Californians happy in their home.

California has a strong anti-SLAPP law, but per yelp's terms of service I will only say: "In my opinion" Claudia is basically inept at her job.
