I was skeptical, since I already got ripped off by a JP Mobile Home, it seemed it worked it out but within two weeks I was back as square one. I was also quoted ridiculous amounts to do what Integrity Leveling did for a much more reasonable price. Integrity sent out Rick & Matt to me and they did a great job explaining everything to a person with has little to no knowledge of leveling a mobile home. They came prepared to the worst case scenario in which that was me. I was so happy to no longer feel like I was claiming up/down a hill inside my home. Usually I have a strict rule where if I change or delete a negative review for a company I will not do it again.well shame on me because I deleted TWO negative reviews for this company. First back in 2022 I contacted them for leveling estimate. They never showed up. I wrote a bad review, they claimed to give me a free leveling. Flash forward to 2024, I need a leveling again. When they come out for the estimate they claim I need all this foundation repair. I said ok. Lots of petty issues with that work but I'll make this as short and to the point as possible. They sad it would be a one day job - took 2 days. Without even making sure that was ok. Took 2 guys to level my house but only one guy to replace most of the foundation. Dude came and asked what i needed done and said he only was told what parts he needed and not exactly what to do. He also never checked inside that it was level. So my assumption is that something being done under the house tells him it's level. Nope. Days later the same signs that prompted me to get a relevel are still there. Poor communication by the owner especially given my very first experience has them show up when I'm not home. I was told they would reach out to reschedule. They never did. They ignored my messages and never returned my phone calls. So that brings me to negative review number 2. I get contacted and acting like they really care and it was all a misunderstanding. Guys come out. Supposedly take care of the leveling. Now my whole laundry room floor is squeaking and creaking like never before. So they come out again. Becomes apparent that there is no "leveling". There is just putting things under the floor so no noise is being made. Now my main entrance door will not shut properly and lock. It's been a very frustrating experience. And I don't want to have to have them come out again and basically make it worse I'm starting to get cracks in my walls. I don't believe the customer should have to walk around the entire house and shut an lock all the doors to tell if it's level. There should be some type of actual measurement done. And the very least the worker should be the one testing the floors and doors This has been a total waste of almost $4000 and I firmly believe my level issue is worse due to the replacement of the piers and such under my house. Wholeheartedly wish I had never contacted this company. I take my elite badge seriously and I am truly disappointed that I got duped into removing my previous reviews. But I can not in good conscience support or recommend this company. RESPONSE TO BUSINESS REPLY: Integrity Leveling's response to my review is a flat out lie. I was told in no uncertain terms that the service call fee would NOT be reduced, that was the amount required to schedule the work and for the electrician to accept the job and show up at my house. I was also never told about any vacation schedule. I have texts to back this up. I would absolutely steer clear of this business. Integrity. What a joke of a name. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I accepted a proposal from Integrity Leveling on April 10, 2026. I was told the job could be completed in 2-3 weeks and somebody would call me to schedule the following week. 2 weeks later and no call to schedule. I followed up with the office and the sales rep and they assured me that Phil had been on vacation and would call me the next day to schedule. No word from Phil. At this point I decided to move on and use another vendor. I'm glad I did, the service call amount from Integrity was $700 (!!!), and I had my issue resolved for $0 since it was just a few screws that needed to be tightened (this was for electrical work). Phil JUST called me today, May 4, 2026. Three and a half weeks after I accepted the proposal. I'd think twice about doing business with a company that can't honor its commitments. read more

HONEST COMPANY!! I recently had my manufactured home leveled and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, both James and Jacob were professional and knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Quotes from other companies were much higher. Over all, I would not recommend this "Integrity" company!!! The gentleman who came to give us a quote, James Martin, was professional, seemed honest, gave us a soft price and won our business out of 4 other quotes we got from other companies. But boy, did we make a mistake to choose this company. Our home is a 7 years old mobile home, and we have had a squeaky noise on the floor in our master bathroom and some cracks around the house. We addressed our concerns with Integrity, and they assured they would fix all the problems and the squeaky noise would go away. The initial team of 2 gentlemen was nice. They came and did the job. They fixed the squeaky noise right away, and that impressed us. They filled in all the cracks and painted over. The cracks' fixing job was a clumsy and disappointing job, but we were not picky with them, and tried to understand that their company is specialized in leveling, not so much fixing cracks and painting. So we understood and didn't complain much. When they were done with their job, they asked my husband to give them 5 stars review that would allow them to earn $25 from their company. We were understanding and happy at that moment, so my husband gave them a five star review like they asked. (Now I wonder if all these 5 stars reviews are asked or bought ) 2 days after the reveling, the squeaky noise in master bathroom came back and got worse. And now my house had an additional area that became squeaky badly (the kitchen floor where it was not a problem before the leveling). My husband called Integrity company back to let them know the problem and asked to have someone to come out to check. The lady on the phone told us that she would let the owner know the problem and will send someone when they have anyone in my area. 2 weeks went by, nothing from them. My husband called again, and the lady answered the phone and repeated the same thing that they would send out someone when they have someone in my area. A month went by and still nothing. My husband called again, and same answer from them that they would send someone when they have someone work in the area. 6 weeks later, still nothing, my husband called them and this time he threatened to give them a 1 star review. Then they sent someone right the next day. The guy who they sent the next day was not the initial team. This guy was so unprofessional and had a big attitude. He gave me a vibe that he came to fix someone else's job for free, so with big attitudes. Anyways, I showed him the squeaky areas in master bathroom and the kitchen areas. He then spent about 40 minutes underneath my house, and after he came out he said he was done fixing the problem. I came inside my house to check and the squeaky noises were exactly the same and were not fixed or improved at all. I took him inside my house and showed him the squeaky noises, and here was his exactly words, "well, you living in this kind of home, so it's normal to have squeaky floor and there's nothing I can do to fix it!" I then told him that we were promised that the squeaky noise would be fixed, and it was actually fixed for 2 days, then it came back worse with an additional area that became squeaky. He then shrugged his shoulder and repeated that there's nothing he could do to fix it and proceeded to leave. We are so disappointed in this Integrity Leveling company. We are done trying to call them out to fix the problem. We are trying to hire another company to inspect Integrity Leveling's job and to fix the squeaky noises. Although I had to call the office 3 times to get the appointment for the manufactured home stabilization and leveling job scheduled, I had an excellent experience with the 3 gentlemen who came onsite to do the job. Wyatt, Elijah, and Rick were on time, very polite, hard-working, and thorough. They listened when I showed them the problem areas in the house, they assessed the areas underneath the house documented on the proposal I had signed to do the work, and they made adjustments as needed to provide the best stabilization. They showed me the new materials that were going under the house and, after each day, they showed me the old materials that were replaced as well as pictures of the new materials in place. ** I would like to clarify something regarding the pictures I posted on my review. . .They are NOT all from the completed project but we had so many problems from the start and so many things that had to be redone - sometimes 2-3 times - that I wanted to make sure that my review showed the frustration we dealt with during this entire project. I'm fine with a few things we may not have been ok with but to have issues day after day and we were made to feel like we were being difficult because things were not being done using quality workmanship. So just understand that several of the pictures show issues we had to go through. Many show how it looks TODAY!. . .I don't think many would be happy with paying for workmanship like this! Phil Jones with Integrity Leveling handled the leveling of our mobile home and we were very pleased with the job. After asking if they could replace our front stairs/handrails and add a gate, he said he could give us a quote. Work began in March 2023. To this day, we consider this the project from hell! A job that should've taken a few weeks, was not completed until June 2023, and we STILL have had issues ever since! We went to their CEO, Joe Martin, and he told us that Phil Jones is his brother and Phil overstepped his boundaries and should only be handling the underside of mobile homes, thus the "leveling" name. Integrity Leveling is associated with Mastercraft Home Improvement and Phil should NOT have been the one to handle our project, since they have the woodworkers and staff with Mastercraft that does this type of work, thus, this was not done by those most familiar with this type of work AND IT SHOWED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROJECT! I just can't believe that our project was so horribly done, and we are expected to believe that this was done by a reputable contractor! I have documentation, including texts, emails and other pictures to substantiate our 1-star review, which, doesn't even deserve this! Integrity has a 5-star review on Yelp but I felt consumers needed to hear about the hell we went through! The CEO, Joe Martin told me that this is under warranty and they would come out to repair any issues. . . I had a water leak that soaked through the particle board subfloor in the bathroom and hallway. Found an ad for Integrity Leveling and checked them out on Yelp. Hard to believe they had a 5 star rating, the best of all those I contacted. They were able to start the project within a week of me calling. I was told by Rosie the crew would be out between 9 and 10 am, Ricardo, Eric, and Corn arrived at 9:30. This crew was absolutely great! They removed carpet and bathroom floor to revel just how far the water damage was. They were more concerned with doing the job right, not fast. Now I know why they have 5 start on Yelp. It took them a total of 5 hours from start to finish. They braced the existing joist, installed new insulation and new carpet pad, none of which I was expecting and left with the place looking like nothing had been done. Awesome job! Our mobile home was built in 1973 and when having some other work done, it was suggested that we should have the piers and the pads they sit on replaced. Ugh! I found Master Craft / Integrity on Yelp and Matt Farmer came out to do an estimate. We really appreciate honesty and he told us that not all the supporting piers and pads were bad! We didn't need to replace all of them. He also gave us a choice of two different qualities, with estimates for each. One gentleman came out and completed the project, including leveling, in a few hours. He was very nice, showed us pictures of the work, checked to make sure our doors still closed and that everything was fine. It is nice not to be able to feel where the two halves of the house fit together anymore! I know they do other kinds of work too, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. read more

Recently had this company do the leveling on my double wide mobile home. Nothing was seriously wrong, but the original jacks were on plywood and needed retightened. They completely checked all 125 jacks and put them on a much better PVC plastic material. They did the whole job in less than a day and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommended! read more

It was so hard to get anyone to come out and give us a bid and then even more challenging to get the various companies to call us with an actual cost to do the work.
