I specified an upgraded panel service for 100-125 amp for a future pool heater. This upgraded electrical service was discussed during the contract signing and I thought it was included, as you can see from the contract it is so ambiguous you can't make sense of the hand writing. During construction when the upgraded electrical was not put in I had a frank discussion with the salesperson who ended the conversation by telling me to f_uck off, The marble pavers that you pick out in showroom are better quality then what was installed at my pool, the pavers have lots of rust stains and other imperfection, yes I realize marble is an imperfect stone, but the pavers they provide are extremely low quality. The pavers that are cut around the skimmer and auto fill looks like a 10 year old cut them, see pictures. You will be better off using any other pool company

Also they started working immediately and never left me hanging. Every person I encountered on the job was pleasant and answered all my questions especially Lazaro and Jose .Eric the contractor always answered my calls and knew exactly what I wanted done in my backyard. If there was something wrong they fixed it exactly to my liking. I had concrete poured in my backyard and tiling afterwards. They also removed a piece of asphalt and added grass. If you are looking for a company that is reliable, contractor always answers his phone and text, price was reasonable, then hire this company today do not hesitate.
