Sunny day. Arrived at 10am. Closed due to rain. It didn't rain all day. The answering system should tell patrons that the park is closed before people traveling distances. Another family arrived at 10am as well and was walking the perimeter looking for ways to enter.

Cute little fairy forest that you can walk around I would say perfect age is for two years old to 10 year olds. You can spend about an hour to an hour and a half here. They also do storytelling and ribbon dancing.

My 7 year old loved it! Well done, clean park and attentive staff, interesting and intricate themes.

My Funplex experience was AMAZING! A friend saw a post online about an After Dark event so we…read morebooked it. The After Dark hours were from 9PM-1AM for a 21 and over crowd. When we arrived, everything was up and running as if it were daytime. All the games, rides and attractions were in service. I rode Go Karts for the first time in yearrrs and I actually came in first place. Me! That was dope. The BIG FUN though was all the water rides. Lazy River, pool tubing and the main pool were all open and full of people ready for a great time. We were treated to a DJ who understood the crowd assignment and shoutout to the most wonderful staff. All employees on this night were in a great mood and they gave party vibes too. The promoters didn't over sell this event, so crowds and lines weren't a problem at all. I had such a blast that I wasn't even mad about getting my phone wet. I'm looking forward to going back to The Funplex for another After Dark night out. I thought they were gonna shortchange us but that didn't happen. We were given the whole experience. Good stuff!

This is a cute place, nothing fancy. We went on a weekday during spring break. We came for a 7 year old friend's birthday. My daughter and the birthday girl had a blast playing all the things. One of the girls is under 48" so that limited the rides available to her. Some things such as the go karts need an accompanying adult. It's adults did not get the passes for ourselves so they weren't about to do the go karts. Just something to keep in mind when planning ahead. Overall cute experience for being local.

It took all a 45mins for 2 boxes of pizza to be ready. There was barely anyone in the facility. Aside from that this place is hugeeeee. Very clean and the kids had loads of fun. I would recommend this spot for the kids or for a birthday party but you really need to work on your staff because I keep wondering what would happen if we came in on a busy day. The kids would love it. Just work on the restaurant part please.

There is plenty of parking, which made arriving easy. The facility itself was clean, and some of the staff members we interacted with were friendly. We also grabbed ICEEs, and those were definitely one of the highlights of the visit. Now for the downsides. Right from the start, the front desk staff did not seem very knowledgeable about the height and weight requirements for several attractions. That made it difficult to know what everyone in our group could actually do before purchasing tickets. Compared to other Urban Air locations around the tri state area, this one also felt much smaller with fewer attractions than I expected. We ordered fries from the café, and they were honestly some of the worst fries we've ever had. They tasted old, stale, and like they had been sitting for quite a while. The biggest frustration came when we tried to ride the bumper cars. One of the employees told us they were shutting everything down even though the park did not officially close for another hour. I completely understand wanting to wrap things up on a holiday weekend, but closing attractions that early after guests paid full admission was disappointing. We spent about $98 for two tickets, and unfortunately the overall experience did not match the price. Between the lack of information from the staff, the food, the smaller facility, and attractions closing well before the advertised closing time, it just did not feel like a good value. Hopefully this location improves over time, but based on this visit, I do not see myself returning.
