This was definitely an impromptu trip as we were viewing a home in Goshen,NY and ran into this place. It's a bit on the pricey side. All rides are priced at a set price per person and it's loaded on to a card. No wrist bands or specials but that's okay the kids and hubby absolutely enjoyed it. My daughter and hubby enjoyed the zip line. It goes up fast but comes down slow at 30mph so they said it's not as scary as it looks. Definitely try that out for an immaculate view. We stopped inside for some Rock Climbing, arcade games and food. They have a decent menu inside with decent prices for food. Overall we had an amazing time even in the heat.

Ok - let's talk about the 800 lb elephant in the room ... COVID! They had people at every level, every ride who were so hyper focused on cleaning / disinfecting, from the seats and steering wheels at the Go-Carts to the Joysticks and buttons at the Arcade and everything in between. Temperature checks, hand sanitizer everywhere ... they got their act together - NO WORRIES! p.s I work with the Dept of Public Health so I say this all with a healthy degree of confidence! Now the fun stuff ... all of it! OMG so glad to have them back open. Decided to have a fun day with both my kids and did #AllTheThings; Zip Line, Go-Carts, Slick Carts, Rock Wall, Lazer Tag (a few times), Lazer Maze and about $60 on Mrs.PacMan alone The cafe was the best though - the nicest people (with killer hair) and SOOOOO happy to be back open for all of us. If you can go - GO, and leave your covid concerns in the car, this place is spot on and worth the time and money if not just for the fun then for the "normal" again with the family! Thanks everyone - can't wait to come back!

I had the pleasure of having my sons birthday yesterday at the castle fun center. We were celebrating his 10th birthday and it was the best party yet! The staff were all super attentive , the venue was clean and most importantly there was SOO much fun to be had! We rented the glow room which was SOO cool. We had about 45 people and there was still so much room in this party room. The kids did the bounce houses, arcade and laser tag. Every single guest was raving about the whole event, even the adults. OH MY the food was unbelievable. We ordered platters of mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, French fries and boneless wings . All in all I would give this party 5 stars and more thank you castle for providing the party of my sons dreams and making it the best party yet!

    Axe throwing
    Amanda L.

My husband and I wanted to do axe throwing and after doing a couple google searches we found this place. It's about 45 minutes from our house and it was relatively cheap at $20 per person for an hour. The axe throwing is located in the pub area of the center, away from the children which was nice. We were able to order a few drinks and appetizers when we got there to enjoy while we threw axes. The young gentleman manning the axe throwing was so nice and showed us how to stand and throw since were beginners, it looks a lot easier than it is! There were 3 lanes and 2 other couples there throwing so we had to share a lane, this wasn't ideal since we both paid $20 for the hour. However, the kid overseeing us decided to get everyone involved and started a competition between us all. My husband rocked it! We had so much fun and will definitely do it again.

I've always heard the food was good here. The service and food are good. Lots to choose from, plus the desserts were really good.

There were tons of rides for both younger kids and older ones, and when we visited there were barely any lines, which made the day so much more enjoyable. We were able to do so much without spending the whole day waiting around. There are also numerous opportunities to enjoy looking at impressive builds, as well as the chance to build with Master Builders in the Creative Workshop. The rides are also fun, ranging from familiar faces like a carousel to a Tower Climb Tournament. The main coaster is the Dragon, and the first section gives you the opportunity to check out cool themed builds before whisking you out on the track. The interactive Ninjago ride was also a favorite. The small water playground area requires a reservation and only lasts for 20 minutes - unfortunately, ours was even shorter due to a storm popping up. The best advice we got in advance was to be ready to go straight in (changed into swimsuits etc) before your time slot actually opens, and that paid off since we at least made it down the slides a couple of times and got splashed by the giant bucket before the storm. Parking is pricey unless you are staying at the resort - it's very walkable between the two. Park staff member Bebop was so kind and friendly. He filled us in on the must-sees inside the park and gave us area restaurant recommendations for later. Our LEGO fan was also thrilled to cap off the experience by successfully finding Mr. Gold.

Considering Nickelodeon the cable network has lost half their audience in the last five years and may be sold or shut down, the mall and their namesake park seem like a house of mirrors (or cards) running on borrowed time (or at least borrowed money.) We used a Groupon and had no issues redeeming when visiting on a Friday morning. We were instructed to complete the waivers at the kiosks near the entrance. We did have to purchase the mandatory socks which was $18 for three (3) pairs. Before proceeding to the play areas, we put our things in the little cubes they have for storage...i.e. shoes, bags, etc. Keep in mind these are open cubes which anyone can access. I never felt unsafe in leaving our things there...but as always, there is a risk. It was not very crowded on a Friday morning at around 10:30am (they open at 10) so it was a pleasure navigating the space with minimal crowds. There are lots of areas to enjoy for both adults and children. The main area has trampolines as well as some interactive areas where you jump to tap buttons and two video screens where you mimic the movements on screen...both area great. There are a few obstacle courses: ninja, balance beam, and swing pit. The basketball area is also great with a cushioned surface, two hoops, and targets where you can throw balls at. There are two huge slides in the center which are fun. Finally, there a "rock climbing" area with a few different climbing options. You must have the "climb" option added to your pass in order to use it though. You will be belayed during the climb. Be mindful that the gripped socks provided do NOT offer the best grip while climbing in my opinion...climbing was much more difficult that I experience in traditional rock climbing places that provide rock climbing shoes...then again, maybe it is just me. There is a food area which sells some snacks: soft drinks, chips, candy. There are also a few tables nearby where you can eat. Overall we had a great time here...the space was very clean and well-maintained. All staff we encountered were very nice. Be sure to check ahead if visiting with toddlers as there are some restrictions on which areas they are able to visit.

There are lots of spray areas where you can get wet as you travel along the river. All the slides were thrilling and we went on them multiple times. The staff at the water slides were so nice, very helpful, and patient as we learned how to sit in the tubes. It was a great way to start off LOMB. After we got our waterpark fix, we changed and went on all the rides. They are small amusement park rides, but both of my kids enjoyed them. They went on every ride (many of them twice). After awhile, my daughter was starting to feel a bit nauseous as they have a lot of spinning rides so she had to tap out. We rode the train around the park and the conductor gave us a little tour of the area. We also visited the Halloween house and Santa's barn. Let me tell you - the Santa barn surprised me as I didn't expect a real Santa to be inside. My kids loved visiting him multiple times. He gave them cookie cutters and he was very kind. (At first I thought he was an animatronic, haha). As stated by many previous posts, it is nice that you can bring your own food. After eating, I explored the mall a bit. American Dream has a NHL-reuglate size ice skating rink (entrance is on the first floor, where you can also get the tickets). But what's wilder is the ski and snowboard resort - the first indoor snow resort in North America. I didn't go in but I could feel the chilliness from the condensation on the windows. I saw Spongebob and Squiward taking photos on a stage. Other cool things about American Dream: A ferris wheel called American Dream that allows you to see the NYC skyline, a Toys "R" Us train that goes around on one floor, and HMart. There is a fancier part of American Dream with high-end stores, too. I didn't come here for shopping though.
