You can tell that they truly love working with him and that they have a true passion for what they do and we are so blessed that we found Brave Wings . The girls at the front are also very understanding and super sweet. We thank Jesus for this place everyday. Highly recommended.

I want to start off by saying that all of the therapists & staff are genuinely good people & are…read moreexceptional at their jobs. They are the real super heroes of this place. But it is with a broken heart that I have to give this review because of the owners & their shameless behavior in the pursuit of their own self-preservation. If an apple is rotten at its core, it's only a matter of time before the rest begins to rot out as well. My child had been attending their full time ABA program here for three years until it abruptly came to an end after receiving a letter during dinner one night that was likely a product of ChatGPT from the owners Jennifer Moore & Naomi Sutton. In short, we learned that all services for my child (and several others) were being canceled and the last day would be in the next 29 days. It also included a list of other centers that were clearly just some results of a quick Google search. The letter directed us to direct all of our questions or concerns to their "patient care coordinator" who was wholly un-equipped and uninformed to respond to our concerns. She provided nothing more than her marching orders & delivered a scripted response. It was clear that the abrupt cut to so many of their kids was a result of larger business & insurance issues that had been in proliferation for MONTHS & they must have thought the parents were either too stupid or blind to notice. Further, several requests were made to speak with the owners and each and every one was INTENTIONALLY IGNORED AND DISMISSED. We are parents who place our blind trust and care in the hands of others and a request for something as simple as communication should be a given. So, to be repeatedly denied the opportunity to be heard is an alarming red flag for this establishment & there is no reason to believe we will be the last to have the same experience. So Madams, please consider this your open letter - families like mine are fragile & vulnerable & this life is riddled with people who repeatedly let your children down. And even then, few are as low as to discard your child like Sunday night's trash so you can "just get out of it as quick as we can." So count yourself amongst this despicable population because we will NEVER recover from this, but we are also here to remind you that we will never absolve you of your cowardice and shame.

I have two knee replacements and severe lower back pain, and I've tried them all. The Attain in Fairfield is located in a large gym, so there is a ton of equipment for a completely personalized program. Steph the PT is an awesome, caring therapist who listens carefully and works out a unique program designed to help you improve. Her therapy is all hands on. If one thing doesn't work, she's right there trying out new methods to relieve your pain. She listens carefully and develops a plan accordingly. Unlike the big PT chains that print out a "plan" from a database and just throw you out there to follow the list of exercises, Steph is right there at each step in your treatment. I have seen vast improvement at Attain, and I'm thrilled with the progress I've made. I highly recommend Attain if you need physical therapy!

For the longest time he would only eat one type of cracker and drink milk. We truly thought we had tried everything , we even did feeding therapy at home and drove all the way to New York for therapy, but nothing seemed to work. At first, our son started with once-a-week feeding therapy with Miss Nicole, who is very kind. She was the one who recommended that we try the intensive feeding program they offer, and we're so grateful that we followed her advice. Since starting the program, everything began to change. Within just a few weeks, they were able to help him start tasting juices, and in less than a month he began eating purées with a variety of flavors. The progress has already exceeded our expectations, and he continues to improve. We are incredibly grateful to Miss Shuba, who is always on top of everything for our son, and to Miss Lori, who is very approachable and supportive. Both of them monitor our son closely and respond to concerns right away, even at night or on weekends. Thank you also to Mr. Jorge, an incredible BT whom our son really likes. He is very kind and spends so much time teaching, guiding, and feeding our son while Miss Shuba closely monitors the process. And to Miss Sammy, a wonderful OT, our son is always excited for his sessions with her. All the staff are very welcoming and supportive. To the entire MST team, thank you so much for everything you do. We truly appreciate all of your hard work. This place truly deserves an award -- it's a 10/10! Highly recommended!

Remove your family from here immediately. The lobby looks "nice" but once you enter it is damp and…read moresmells of urine. To start my uncle was here during the heatwave and it was unbearably hot. A friend brought a fan for him and was told that it needed to stay in the lobby so the maintenance person could "inspect" it to make sure it wasn't a fire hazard. After asking about it several times it never was brought up to his room. We asked for it and took it when we left. My uncle was able with assistance to go to the bathroom. After a few days staff put him in a diaper without asking. They put him in diapers so they wouldn't have to deal with helping him get up. So they could take their time. So it would be easier for them. They had zero compassion and care for my uncle. We know for sure he was not brought every meal. When my aunt had talked to hospice and my uncle's social worker to arrange for him to leave they said it was fine. Katelyn (or however you spell it) your worker/social worker was so very unprofessional with my aunt on the phone. She said my aunt couldn't take my uncle unless she gave 24 hour notice and said she had to leave soon and said we would have to wait until tomorrow. She said she needed to leave and for my aunt to think about her. She said she had an appointment and started yelling at my aunt. This person should not be in charge of any patient, staff or human being. They proceeded to tell my aunt why it wasn't acceptable to remove my uncle (they want their money of course) and then handed her a sheet to sign. Instead of being kind to my aunt and uncle at the most tragic days of their lives they were met with disrespect and zero compassion and kindness. That's not even the best part. They had a "fire drill" when we were there and never even moved patients into the hallway or a safe space. Zero organization, zero care or follow through. I severely am worried if there was an actual fire. The other times I witnessed OT & PT staff in the halls refusing to help guests or advocate for them basically laughing it off as "this is how it is here" - while the floor staff refused to help guests in soiled diapers. Staff also yelled at other staff in front of my uncle's door constantly. The only person I saw with care was Brandon who knew my uncle liked tea and brought him a few every day. God bless you. It's not a safe place. It's not a caring place. Remove your family before it's too late.
