The last e mail communication 5 days before the move, I expressed concerns that I had no confirmation. He got back to me saying that I was booked and told me I could check his reviews.He then told me I was free to find another company. I told him I was anxious and just wanted reassurance that his guys would be there. He gave me his word and I thought things were fine. Yeah. Until moving day. I called twice and texted twice. Heard nothing back. Nobody showed up and here we are, in our 50's, loading the truck ourselves and scrambling to find help. I have the running conversation of our texts if there is any disagreement on his end. Beware of this "UNRELIABLE" moving company.
