During that time, I saw several staff members walking around, but no one approached me to offer help. What stood out most was that other customers -- including individuals who entered the store after I did -- were asked if they needed assistance, while I was not acknowledged at all. Customer service is a big part of the retail experience, especially at a specialty running store where fit and guidance matter. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would have to rate this location a 1 out of 5. I hope this feedback helps improve attentiveness and consistency in customer service moving forward.

Second, the owner is not the most welcoming and, the contract that you sign doesn't say that you get charged a surcharge of $10 when you pick up your check. So after all is said and done I dropped off $320 worth of stuff and walked away with a check for $37.10. If I knew that that was going to happen, I would have just kept everything. After walking around for about 6 mins we walked around to the back of the store, the salesperson was behind the counter talking on her cellphone. Clearly not taking about business. She did not even ask if we needed anything when we walked by her. After a few more mins more customers came into the store. The girl finally came from behind the counter and greeted the other customers. She never asked if we needed help or say anything to us. I will never come back into this shop. The clothes and accessories are nice but the customer service is absolutely horrible. Good Customer service is crucial to a small business in a small town.
