I will not go back. I made a pedicure appt online for 12p today. I got there right on time, sat right away but told by my technician that I would have to soak for a few minutes while she finished up another customer. I was fine with that. However, I sat for 45 minutes, with no acknowledgement or apology, and another technician took me because she finished her service before mine did. I didn't leave until 2p. This is for a quick, standard, run of the mill pedicure with a lousy massage. They have no regard at all for people's time which is rude and inconsiderate. With a million choices for nail salons, I will not be returning. read more

The staff are super nice, but it is their own downfall. I called a day in advance for a French gel pedicure appointment for 1:30, but when I got there I was told I had to wait for someone to be available. I was not sat for another 20 minutes before I was asked what I wanted and then my polish was taken off. Props to them for multitasking, but my 1:30 pedicure did not start until 2:20 since they took another client for a manicure. One of the people tried to say the client before me took long because she seemed to have special needs but that is not something you should be discussing with customers. When it was finally my turn, I informed the technician I had to leave by 3 to get to the airport and she assured me I would leave on time. She started to clean my cuticles and shape my nail, but even after I told her I have nails sensitive to ingrown toenails she continued to not be gentle. The hot towel burnt my legs as she pressed it down and also tried to give me a 10 min massage on each leg. I told her not to worry about that because I really just needed my toes painted. As she painted my toes, there was 3 things she put on my feet: gel base, the white tips, and a clear coat. Now I am no nail expert, but I haven't been to a salon in years that does not do a base coat of pink (or nude) before doing the white tips. And the fact it was a full price pedicure was wild to me. Absolutely not worth $60. Like I mentioned in the beginning, the employees are very kind but they are willing to accept too many clients at a time for the appointment times they have available. read more

So upset and disappointed with Hannah. I called and scheduled an appointment for 3:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I hired a babysitter - looking forward to this. At 1:49 pm, she called me and told me she had to move me to 4 pm... she didn't ask. I extended my babysitter the extra time... and understood things can be delayed. I showed up a few minutes early for my appointment to be told by Hannah that she cannot take me. Confused- I asked and showed the text attached here. Someone else walked in and took my appointment. When we figured it out, the nice customer offered to leave - Hannah pointed at me and told me I had to go, yet the walk-in customer could stay. I will not be returning. read more

Hanna is the absolute best. I found this salon in the middle of the pandemic and I will never go anywhere else. They are extremely careful with germs and the safety of their clients. The pedicures are so nice and relaxation. I appreciate that it is a smaller salon as I find it far more tranquil than some of the busier places. I will be faithful for all nail, toe and waxing needs in the future! read more

I'm guessing Ava isn't working here anymore... I got my lashes done Friday and just 48 hours later I have lost about 60% of the lashes. I followed the after care instructions so this shouldn't be happening. There's now gaps in lashes and just brushing them with the wand she gave me has them falling out. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be returning for the fill here. UPDATE: I called to inform them my lashes had completely fallen off and that I wanted a refund. They told me the girl that did my lashes (Daria) wasn't that good and another girl who is great and fast can fix them. Not sure why Daria works there if she's not great at her job and they are letting people spend $$$$ for poor results?? Having lashes put on takes 2+ hours. I don't trust this place now to spend another 2 hours to only get the same disappointing results. read more

Used to go here occassionally with my stepmom for pedicures when we lived in Lynnfield but had a gift card and decided to get a full set with gel. I had some questions about what I should done since I wanted longer nails but didn't know if acrylics were right for me. It seemed like the employee was more interested in upselling rather than even pretending to try and listen to what I was asking. The older woman ended up doing my nails and she seemed like she was overall not in the best mood, but it was gloomy out and just after the holidays and I'm sure she was tired. However, what through me off is that she pulled nail clippers from under the table and not from a fresh, sanitized packet. She also made no attempt to soak or clip my cuticles. I didn't know if those happened after the nails were done since i haven't had acrylic before, so I just let her do her thing, but after all of the attempted upselling earlier and the fact that prices weren't on display, I was afraid they'd find a way to charge me more. Overall, I won't be going back. I don't know if management has changed, but the environment is not as welcoming or as sanitary as it used to be. read more

Love the gel manicure I got today! Quick, clean and very good job! This was my first time and I definitely plan to come back.

I went there last week for the first time and was talked in to getting a dip manicure. I was told it would last for 2-3 weeks. It started to lift one week later and my hair kept getting caught under the dip. BUT...the worst part was the manicurists talking to each other so loudly. I was hoped to relax at Faith "Spa" but that didn't happen. Maybe if I understood what they were conversing about it might have been more fun. read more

*Eyelash Extensions Review* I had a great experience at Faith Spa. Eva did my lashes and she was so awesome! I originally got eyelash extensions from a salon in Melrose, MA but unfortunately they no longer do lashes there and one month before my wedding I began to panic. I found Faith Spa on social media (instagram!) and booked an appointment online for a classic set. The Spa is located in Lynnfield near Wakefield right off the 95 - so easily accessible from the highway. There is plenty of parking in the back (keep in mind the front parking is 30min max). My eyelashes.. Eva knows what's she's doing and she's knowledgeable about the lashes. I loved that she explained to me the size/length/type she was going to use based on my eyes and lashes. She customizes them based on your current lash length and applies each lash gently and efficiently and it didn't take a long time (this is a HUGE plus). They came out beautiful and their prices are on point! I am so happy I found a new lash place and am looking forward to my fill. My sister and I went here on a Sunday afternoon, working a Mon-Sat and finding a nice place open on a Sunday is tricky, but this place was complete perfection. We scheduled our appointment for 2:15 and when we arrived we had a variety of colors and brands to choose from, I used a coral Zoya and my sister used a lavender OPI. We both had "classic pedicures" which were $7 more than the "basic pedicures" but so worth it, we got leg massages after letting our feet soak for a while and It was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. We were offered tea and water, and it was nice to sip hot tea while letting our feet soak. The seating was really nice and cozy, it was very clean, we read some new People magazines, and the women doing our pedicures were very kind. We even joked with them about Celine Dion's "my heart will go on" coming on the playlist laughing "I cry every time I watch titanic" When we left they even gave us 20% off for being first time customers, so our classic pedicures were actually the price of basic pedicures. Great place to go, 5 stars, will definitely be back. read more

I am very particular, and I can honestly say that in 4 years, I have never left the salon without a perfect pedicure and gel manicure. Used to be my favorite spot. I work close by so I like to come here but recently have had a few bad experiences. The gel has come off in less than a week twice now and my recent appointment they were running 45 minutes late then they overcharged me! I booked an express pedicure which is what I received because they were running so late but was charged for a classic pedicure which is 7 more then they charged an extra 10 to take off my daughters dip gel which required no work because she sat for so long that the gel just fell right off...not sure it's my favorite spot anymore read more

The salon owner here and her family (that works here too) steal good clients from the girls who aren't related to them that work there. I've known girls to quit the place because the owners terrorize them. Sure, good services, but what's a good nail salon when the employees are treated like crap. read more

Faith Spa is my favorite nail salon. The polish always stays on for a long amount of time, and it is not too pricey. The only downfall of Faith Spa is how slow the service is. It takes a unusually long amount of time just to give a gel manicure. Although the manicurists are very polite, I only wish the service was a bit quicker. read more
