If I could give a negative star review I would. The owner Terri, is extremely unprofessional, has a potty mouth, badgers patients to get the worker's comp insurance company to pay up, and yes browbeats the patient's to make sure her company gets all the medical trips for you the patient. I spoke with Terri once about requesting a nonsmoking vehicle as the nice driver(not joking she was great) that picked me up was a smoker, and the vehicle smelt like an ashtray. The vehicle smelt so bad my asthma kicked in, and I hadn't had problems in years. Terri was semi polite about this request. Then, there was an issue with one of her drivers canceling, and Terri called me at 4/4:30 in the morning to tell me what was going on. Terri then calls me back, and asks me to meet the new driver so they won't be late picking me up for my physical therapy appointment. I drive (which is extremely painful to sit in a car more than 5 minutes) 30 minutes from my house and wait. The driver isn't there to pick me up. I call, 2 phone numbers multiple times, as well as text message, and when I finally get a hold of the driver I'm told they are 40 minutes out. I told the driver I can't be late, I'll drive myself. Note: this is a Worker's Comp case I CANNOT be late for my appointments, and I would be arriving 40-50 minutes late. Terri has the audacity to blame me for her employee calling out, and yes calls me an F'ing B!
Terri, has her employees as well as herself hound you the patient to call about when "Faithful Shuttle" will get paid for the trips they've taken you too. Furthermore, Terri, will also have her employees as well as her hound patients to make sure they get all your upcoming medical trips. You're a meal ticket in their eyes nothing more! To be constantly called starting at 6am on your off day from seeing doctors or physical therapy to then be badgered to call AVO to make sure all your appointments goes to Faithful Shuttle is beyond comprehension. The final straw was today my off day. I was woken up 3 times, and told the employee that I didn't sleep well, my back is killing me, and I have a bad headache, didn't matter or care! I get the "yeah but," numerous times. I called AVO, and was politely told in a nutshell that the upcoming trips, and whom takes me is not my concern. I'm good with that, as it is not my business nor place. My business as the patient is to make sure I'm reading when the shuttle company picks me up period nothing more. I asked multiple times to please stop calling me, as I need to rest. Nope, goes in 1 ear, and out the other.
If you like to be harassed all times of the day or night, to be woken up constantly, to be harassed on your day off from appointments, to be called an F'ing B, because they are late picking you up, to have a company demand you call for their payments, as well as all future medical trips this is the company for you. Oh, I also, forgot to tell you this as well, if they don't have any drivers to take you on a scheduled trip Faithful Shuttle will demand you change your appointment, and when you say I can't you're harassed the rest is the day if not the next days as well. Terri, you, and your employee picked the wrong day to demand that I take care of your business!! If you can't handle your business as an owner then find another way to pay yourself!
Finally, don't let Terri blame her employees for her crap that is pulled! I've listened to Terri, pestering her employees to harass the patients!
It's ultimately your choice if you want to go with Faithful Shuttle. I for 1 despise drama, and to have someone demand I do their job, as well as being browbeaten to do what "Faithful Shuttle" wants won't happen. So, to you Terri, I told you, you'd have a bad day if you didn't stop harassing me! You have the day you deserve!
