I have been seeing Dr FAJARDO since the late 1990's. She is my primary care doctor and I always received exceptional care. As an example I recently had an appointment with her this last week. She took time to go through everything regarding my recent labs, medical procedures and even levels of stress I may be dealing with. While with my medical plan I do to need a referral I asked her for referrals to two doctors and she gave me both referrals and as my colonoscopy is due she confirmed the doctor that preformed it last and reviewed that report to confirm it was indeed due. Doctor Fajardo treated not only me but many family and friends that I have referred over the years. My mother in law prior to her passing went to Doctor Fajardo. I haven't seen Dr. Fajardo in years and had buried the memory of why I didn't go back to her again - she basically refused to work with me and said she'd fire me as a patient. This is your place if you want a doctor who will give up on you and refuse to work with you on your care plan. This was especially unfortunate as I am a Latina and thought I could find familiarity and support in a Latina physician. Not the case here. Apparently the woman who did my Brazilian wax was more observant than her NP too. I had something that needed to be looked at and her NP was just not willing to look for it. Worst care of my life! They do not have compassion or treat patients with dignity! I had nerve pain 24/7 which was so bad I literally sobed if I walked or stood more than a couple minutes. They messed up on 3 referrals. I wasn't able to get appt with orthopedic doctor because they didn't put part of body to be treated. I was told by the NP I need to get to PT if I have to crawl on my belly to get there plus she said other unprofessional stuff. read more

I have been really disappointed with Dr.Fajardo & her staff. She was excellent at 1st but now her bedside manner has really gone down hill. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment to see Dr. Fajardo. At my appointment I waited 40 min in the patient room when the doctor came in she seemed rushed and irritable when I was asking questions about my health...I didn't even want to ask her any further questions because of her rushed attitude. Rude nurses and assistants and this doctor is NEVER available. In the 3 years my mom has been a patient she's been able to see the doctor TWICE. They always offer assistants to see instead of the actual doctor. If you want someone caring and an actual doctor to see you, please do yourself a favor and pick another place. Dr. Fajardo is kind and takes her time in her appointments. It's a shame I've only been able to be seen by her twice within 8 years of being her patient. 90% of my appointments, she has had a PA see me in her place. Which is OK, the PA's have been pretty good, but it would be nice to be able to see my actual PCP. The biggest negative of my experiences in her office is her front desk staff. They are not the brightest tools in the shed, unfortunately. Simple questions and requests appear to befuddle them, and they have poor communication over the phone and in person. It creates the perception that Dr. Fajardo does not take much pride in her practice, otherwise she may take more notice of who she has representing her. read more

Ana Farjado Is a JOKE!! She intentionally and consciously neglects her elderly patients. My step dad had a stroke and cannot walk, he can barely eat on his own (he can't, he needs 24/7 assistance and supervision the same way an infant does). Ana Farjado And her entire office have refused to advocate and do their jobs for my step dad. She refuses to approve referrals for therapy so my step dad can heal and get better - so he DOESNT have to be disabled for the rest of his life and eventually go back to work. Instead she'd rather drug him up while medically intentionally neglecting him which is also a form of elder abuse. I encourage anyone who is enduring the same type of neglect to contact the medical board of California you are able to do an online complaint. Ana Farjado Refuses to abide by the Hippocratic oath she took - if you want your loved one neglected and to never heal then bring them to see Ana Farjado. We took my step dad to a new dr, one who follows their Hippocratic oath and within 5 minutes had the referrals he needs to move forward with healing instead of being handicap for the rest of his life like Ana Farjado was hoping. A $ick patient is nothing more than a dollar sign to her. She wants to keep you $ick so you have to come back instead of wanting you to get better. She doesn't treat root causes she wants to band aid them with pharmaceuticals which come with severe side effects that way you'll have to rely on her heavily for the rest of your life. Dr. Ana Fajardo is my very favorite doctor in OC, CA. I miss her since i moved back to the Bay Area. Fortunately I was able to reconnect with my old doctor here. I remember when I was relocated to 0C needing a doctor and Dr. Fajardo was recommended. She is simply the best, nice to be around and always made me feel that I was special and important. Dr. Fajardo is great. Office staff is rude. Heaven forbid you have to talk to them by phone. It's such an inconvenience for them. Both people I talked to today were totally rude. They need to have some kind of customer service. You're dealing with patients that may be in pain or crisis, have some empathy and patience. Sheesh. read more

I love the nurse practitioner Anne- She is here Monday's Thursday's and Friday's I believe. So throughout! She even personally called me to see how I was doing- She listens, evaluates, and suggest trying things vs. your normal MD that just comes in and is out in 2 minutes. I refer all my friends to her directly. The office staff is nice too... which is different compared to other offices I have been too. read more

Dr. Fajardo is a compassionate and skilled doctor. She listens to concerns and suggests different options to address each one. Her office staff is personable and helpful. The only downside is the NP on staff- she isn't a great listener and tends to be short in her bedside manner. read more

I was Dr Fajardo's patient since she started practice after graduating from UCI. I have always been impressed with her thoroughness. Unlike most doctors these days that literally give you a few seconds, she is willing to listen and let you express yourself and explain your concerns. Being generally a healthy person (thanks be to God), last year I decided to switch doctors to one closer to my house and made an appointment for a checkup. One visit to this new doctor was too many! I called Dr Fajardo's office back and they were happy to take me back! I have seen her once since then and could not be more happy to have her back as my primary doctor. read more

This doctor needs to get a better front office. The ladies/girls are rude and don't care. They leave you on hold forever while they talk about wanting Chipolte at lunch. They tell you to come early and then you have to wait. If your appointment is at 10, don't plan on being seen until 11, or getting out of there before noon. I hope the doctor knows how rude their front staff is. With this job market they should be able to hire staff with better customer service. read more

I have generally had a good experience with this Honduran physician. She went to UCI medical school is has always spent the time I needed to ask all of my questions and get all of my referrals. The front staff has been ok, but they could be better. The person who I find pushy and rude is Amanda, I believe she sets the appointments. The staff generally does a good job of getting test results back to me asap. I have gotten pap smears done here twice without an issue in my care. It does take a while sometimes to be seen, but when I do get seen I feel that all of my concerns are answered. If you do get an OB/GYN referral to Mamtora, don't go! I feel they do a good job of keeping up my electronic medical record. The biggest issue I've had is getting sooner doctor's appointments. read more

This is the worse doctors office I have ever had!! Never ever have any appointments open for emergencies. They told me to keep going to urgent care because they couldn't see me soon enough. Disrespectful staff after holding for over 10 minutes to make an appointment. I highly suggest you change your doctor because I will never go back and give them my business. When an office tells you they don't care about your pain or health you don't ever go back. There is a reason why most insurances don't accept this provider or plan. the worse ever. Now I have to go to urgent care again for this ear infection that does not go away. read more

Honestly, having been a patient for about 10 years, I was a little apprehensive when iI turned 65 and went on medicare as opposed to private insurance .Even though medicare pays less, the time spent and bedside matter didn't change one iota. Would recommend her to anyone. read more

I don't know how people like this doctor. All she wants for you to go in and pay co pay and send you to specialist. To top is all off she wouldn't call you to tell you the results. You have to keep calling and when you are sick you need to go in. They wouldn't take u but u insist that you need to be seen then they said u need to come in now. She think her time is the most valuable not your. And they would say u need to appreciated that she take u in today. I choose her because I really like my OB. And now since he moved out from st Joseph so I don't need to see her anymore. read more
