I did wait a little while over my appointment time but it was easily forgivable after seeing the amount of time Dr Hsu spends with patients (which makes sense why she can run behind). She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She didn't rush me at all and answered all my questions and was very thorough in her examination. Also a huge plus (because I've heard it's an issue with other offices) she wasn't pushy at all about extra treatments or products. She suggested things that could help but it definitely felt informational and not salesy. She even gave me a sample of skincare to try. The front office staff, Marci and Tiffany, were welcoming and transparent about pricing through my insurance. Emily, Lena, and Davina (Medical Staff) provided exceptional support, explaining everything in detail and easing my worries. I'm only 37 and I never thought I would have skin cancer, but they calmed me down. Dr. Hou and her team performed MOHS surgery right in the office just 10 days after my first visit, taking the minimum amount of skin as possible to successfully remove the cancer. They also took care of all the necessary forms and even provided letters to my employer, making the process seamless. When it comes to scary skin stuff, this is the only place I trust! I just can't see how someone can leave a bad review! I received a ton of skin care and sun care swag, and by my second appointment the whole team knew me by name and came in to check on me. It's been several years since I finished my laser hair removal treatments there and my results are holding pretty well. I had literally no hair growing back on my shoulder and back. I added more areas since then and all worked amazingly well. I also did 2 more rounds of Sculpsure for body sculpting and stubborn fat reduction in belly and flanks. As a background, I am pretty fit and just needed some additional toning and the Sculpsure was a perfect touch and greatly helped. I have continued with the scalp treatment for male pattern hair loss prevention and treatment. I am alternating PRP with hair growth stem cell factor to maximize my results and I can confidently say that the treatment was effective in stopping the thinning and stimulating some hair regrowth. As for new treatments, I started doing Botox for my frown lines and lines on forehead at Amoderm around 2 years ago and have done it 3-4 times so far. The results typically last a good 3-5 months for me and I appreciate how I am still able to have full facial expression with natural look and avoid looking frozen while having the lines and wrinkles erased. The swelling, lumps, discoloration, and contour irregularities have been present continuously since the original treatment and have been documented throughout the past eight years by multiple medical professionals. Shortly after the filler was placed, I sought evaluation from a nationally recognized injector and trainer who diagnosed malar edema and advised that the filler had been improperly placed. This was my first experience with tear trough filler or any filler. Since then, I have consulted numerous injectors, vein specialists, and oculoplastic surgeons, all of which is documented. Contrary to your statement, there is extensive published discussion within the aesthetic community regarding the long-term complications of tear trough filler, including persistent swelling, malar edema, Tyndall effect, migration, and filler remaining detectable years after injection. These are recognized complications and not claims I have invented. I have never stated that this experience was a "new" problem that suddenly appeared after eight years. I have consistently stated that it has been an ongoing issue since the original treatment. My review reflects my personal experience and documented medical history. Facts, opinions, and personal experiences are not defamation. Since you have suggested legal action, I welcome the opportunity to pursue this further.
