Disappointing experience tonight (5/13/2026 7pm). I called to place a large fajita order and the employee answering the phone was rude and dismissive. It felt like he was frustrated to still be working and took that frustration out on us. Respect and professionalism were completely lacking during the interaction. Hopefully fajita Pete's sees this, and calculates who was on tonight. read more

$5 for 4 sopapillas that looked like fried corn chips. Tasted about the same and about as thick. No honey.

Several weeks ago my boyfriend ate Fajita Pete's at a catered work event. This night is now known in our house as the Fajita Pete's Incident. I have no words to describe the smells that came out of him for the 48 hours following that meal. I had to quarantine several rooms in our house to get rid of the smell from his farts. I have never smelled anything like the farts he had those two days, and I don't know if I ever will again (God willing). He said the steak was great and he would recommend it. I would caution anyone who decides to eat Fajita Pete's to make sure they don't have important plans for a few days after. read more

We love fajita Pete's! It is our go to at least once a week. I love how friendly the delivery staff is and how happy the staff are at pick up. This is a no dine in concept. Everything is pick up or delivery, which is quite genius if you ask me. The chicken is our familys' favorite. We are usually beef people, but they just get the chicken right every time. Fajita Pete's kitchen is a simple lobby and a front desk. Everything happens behind the doors in the kitchen so the setting is simple and minimalist. It's nothing fancy but the food that comes out of it is fantastic! read more

So disappointed! I have loved that place in the past The past couple of times we've been there, really not good. Chicken fajitas used to be delicious in their marinade and with having been grilled last week chicken had no marinade flavor and seem like it had been boiled. Fajita Pete's was sooooo good! The service and ordering process went really well! In addition, the seasoning on the beef and the chicken were phenomenal. Each bite was juicy and flavorful! We ordered the la familia and there was more than enough for my family and I! The chips were super crunchy and fresh! Lastly, the flautas were loaded in flavor! PRO TIP: dip the flautas in the salsa for an amazing combination! The queso was super fresh and delicious, we added some pico de Gallo and it made it even better! I had never ordered there before, but I had eaten it at events and enjoyed it so I decided to try it to cater a small party at our house last week. I goofed up my online order (being a dumb first time customer) and when I called to see if I could change my order, the manager, Ken, was awesome. He fixed my order and went above and beyond in customer service. Really, it was exceptional. I've rarely been treated so well. On top of that, the food was delicious. Ordered curbside take out. They ask for your car make and color, however don't assume they will come out to you. Not a single employee even looked out the window when we approached. After going up to the outside takeout window, they handed us our food. When we made it back to our car, we realized that they had forgotten to give us our margaritas that we had ordered and had to return to the outdoor window. In short, their service is awful and not attentive. However, the food was actually pretty tasty. Margs were a little weak on the tequila, but fajitas were fantastic and made for a great takeout meal. What a waste! Ordered mixed fajitas for one and queso. Very dense flour tortillas were not cooked at all. Beans had no flavor. 1/2 teaspoon of guacamole had no flavor. Same with the rice... bland. Onions and peppers were soggy. Jalepeno could have used some salt or longer cook time. The meat is actually pretty good. The rest was a mess. Medium queso not worth $5.99... came with half paper bag of chips. I had a bad feeling when I walked in... there was a guy waiting for four orders of fajitas and said he had been there a while. read more

F minus Ordered early on a Monday night. I was quoted 1 hour delivery which is a bit much for a Monday. I call at one hour and 15 and was told food is on the way. I call back at 1 hour and 35 and told it now being made. I ask for the manager and was told he was too busy to talk. I insisted and he gets on and has an attitude saying someone took the wrong order. COMMUNICATE AND DON'T LIE to cover your *ss! Demanded a refund amd they said they would still bring the food and refund to acknowledge their mistakes. Well we are 2.5 hours in and nothing. We tried Fajita Pete's on its opening night and it did not disappoint! I'm so excited to have this place in the Park Cities. It is incredibly convenient and incredibly yummy! The tortillas are so fresh, there were ample toppings provided, the meat was tender and flavorful and the queso was a fan favorite! We will definitely be returning! First, off Fajita Pete's ask for a review as soon as you place your order and before receiving your food. No comment is needed for this. Placed my order at 4:30pm for 6:00pm pickup. My fajita dinner was ready on time but it had been sitting for a while; not hot, barely warm. I wanted to like it. I really did. But, the beef was so bad I couldn't even eat it. The price was considerably more than the amount of food you get. For these prices I expected to have enough for leftovers. But, what's the point of leftovers if the food is not edible. The tortillas (which are maligned by other reviews) are NOT store bought; they are tasty and homemade. They'll look, feel and taste different.
