I went here today when I had to pick up some markety things and got hit with a craving. I love the pretzel buns so much, they are so soft and chewy and really hold up to the onslaught of toppings. The chipotle kimchi and sauerkraut both taste homemade and awesome. The sausages are made with gluten science and spices, and taste pretty great, and hold up well on the barbeque. You can grab bags of them uncooked here so it's a super sweet option when you're shopping with friends and want to have the classic summer experience without the meat sweats. Service when I've been here has been quick, friendly and helpful. I ordered at the calendar without a wait, gave them my name and had my dog in minutes. Delicious, super glad Gusta is around.

For the mains, the fettuccini was the standout with the slight hint of truffles being used to elevate the flavor. Our Maitake mushroom steak was okay as well. I felt it lacked some depth in flavor and relied heavily on the sauce laid underneath, which was still delicious. The polenta sticks accompanying the mushrooms were food too. I would stick with the kaarage and noodles for this one. We also ended the meal with their Baklava Pear ($14) which was aromatic, sweet, and a great way to end the meal. Prices are a bit steeper than I like but it was still great to experience one of the best vegan restaurants in town. Reservations are a must.

The food choices are very limited, but it I like the vegetarian concept. The food quality was very disappointing to me when I saw veggies and others were dried and oxidized. I guess the owners need to take care of this, as non of the condiments were closed with a lid. Secondly, the only one employee that made my wrap just smashed it with a combination of tasteless items. Another thing that made me think that this place deserves one star is that the guy broke the pita and made a mess. I would never come back because I have never eaten such a dry and tasteless food.
