Don't leave without trying the authentic Mediterranean coffee. It's rich, bold, and full of flavor--the perfect way to end the meal. The service was just as impressive as the food. Wasn't going to post this but here it is, I arrived to pick up a large catering order on a busy Friday night. Seeing that they were busy I waited patiently until someone acknowledged me standing right in front of the register, but no one ever did that. Instead the lady that was at the register turned her back to me once she was done having a conversation with the table that was next to the register for at least 5 minutes and then the younger lady decided to help the person that came in after me and never acknowledged me still. So about 10 minutes after waiting I said excuse me I'm here for my order and asked if they did not see me, the younger lady starts hauling off at me about how busy they were and how she JUST bagged this order up but I literally watched her do it at least 7 minutes before that. And before I could get another word out she keeps going off at the mouth about how busy they are and how I could've just canceled the order if I didn't want to wait. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. But it's all good lol I asked a simple question. There was need for your employee to get that defensive. I understand it was busy, I also understand you acknowledge people when they are in your establishment no matter how "busy" you are. Almost 15 minutes of waiting and not being acknowledged once is CRAZY! Then these clowns have the audacity to give me a bad rating and say that I'm unprofessional. That's the first negative review I've ever received in my 7 years since RETIRING from the US Army and doing this as a literal service for the community. After looking at the way this owner talks to anyone that leaves a bad review I decided to share my experience as well! Edit: LOL THIS GUY IS HILARIOUS! Why would I interrupt your employee having a conversation with a customer instead of waiting for her to finish and then address me since I'm standing "like a statue" right in front of her?? But noooo LIKE I SAID SHE TURNED HER BACK TO ME. And the walked away. I have respect and patience so I was clearly waiting my turn. But it's when your employees start helping other WHITE people that came in after me and STILL acting like they don't see me when I have a problem. WHY THE HELL WOULD I LIE ABOUT RETIRING FROM THE AMRY DUDE? Look my name up idiot. Watch your mouth. You not untouchable. And yes I have PERMANENT FLAWLESS GOLD AND VVS DIAMONDS IN MY MOUTH , and I also own my house and my cars and have multiple properties around the United States. Instead of getting mad about every negative review u need to train your employees to talk to everyone the same and not just the PINK PEOPLE. I guess you think all Rideshare drivers are BROKE like your employees?? GOOFY.

We split a shawarma plate and a hummus and falafel appetizer which was more than enough food for two people. The shawarma plate came with a side and 5 salads, all of which were fantastic. The shawarma was so flavorful and we ordered an extra pita to eat with it. The pita was OUTSTANDING too. My favorite was the hummus and falafel plate. I am very picky with falafel and this was the best I have had in Vegas so far. It was fluffy and moist while the outside was perfectly crunchy. The hummus was fantastic too, flavorful and creamy with oils and a spicy herb sauce on top. The food was so good that we ordered a shawarma laffa to take to a friend for lunch which was HUGE!!! Easily two meals for my friend who can normally put away food. We ordered extra falafel to take home as well because it was just that good. The service was outstanding! I believe this is not the same owner as back then, when it didn't have "Wagyu" in its name, but it looks like they still follow some of the "traditions" as the original place. I put traditions in quotes, because to me, traditions are a good thing. But not in this case. My daughter decided to surprise me with takeout. If I had been available when she made the decision, I would have stopped her. She was not living here way back when I wrote that last review. But she didn't think to check the Yelp reviews. The place is practically walking distance, so she figured it would at least be okay. She got a chicken shawarma wrap for me. I have never had such bone dry chicken, with barely any sauce to prevent me from choking on it. The wrap was made with their already paper-thin pita that had been opened, so it was like when you're forced to use one-ply toilet paper. Halfway down I encountered what seemed to be piece of hard horseradish. That doesn't belong in a shawarma wrap! Because this was my whole dinner and basically my only meal of the day, I forced myself to eat all of it, and only got to a little bit of sauce that tasted of pure tahini at the very bottom. The roll-up wasn't wrapped the way it is at other Mediterranean restaurants, which is designed to keep sauce from leaking out the bottom. No, it unwrapped completely, which didn't matter, because almost nothing leaked out of it. And because of the lack of sauce, the already dry "pita" was a total joke. But it would have disintegrated if there had been sauce. My daughter ordered the Gyro Chicago Olympia Style, a plate of gyro meat that was also dried out. Hers came with salad that had wrinkled, i.e. old, little tomatoes with some lettuce. The pickled radish and cabbage were also dried out, and the rice was unbearably salty, which it has always been. It came with a tiny bit of that ridiculously thin pita-that-isn't-pita, unlike any other Mediterranean place. But the worst offender was the Baba Ghanoush. It had chunks of uncooked eggplant, and a flavor that was redolent of liquid smoke. Hard to get the smoky flavor of a good baba ghanoush when you don't cook the eggplant. It was indescribably disgusting and inedible. Caveat emptor. Update: The owner read my review right away and responded very nastily to an honest review of our personal experience. Apparently he always responds in a nasty manner, whether it's by someone in person at the restaurant, as has been reported in reviews here, or in a printed review. IMO, a restaurant owner who can't take the heat should stay out of the kitchen.

I wanna say that I'm super disappointed because I was really looking forward to this. I haven't…read morebeen here since they rebranded or maybe it's new ownership. I'm not sure. But the issue is definitely with the line cook for me today because I know the lady at the register and who took my order did everything correctly and she even double checked if my order was correct with the cook. I ordered a couple of chicken Shawarma wraps which were fine. No issues there. I also ordered a Wagyu steak wrap. I asked to add pickled cucumbers and garlic whip, which cost me an extra two dollars for what's probably $.15 worth of condiments. The wrap could not have been waygu. It must've been sirloin because the meat was so tough and it's these giant slices that you can't bite through so you pretty much pull the whole thing out when you're trying to eat it and the cucumbers and garlic whip were not in it. So I basically paid $20 for a $15 wrap. That's my issue and again the lady at the counter who took my order did everything right. The receipt was right and she double checked with the cook if that particular wrap was made the way I asked and the cook said yes, and it was not. For a place that's promoting Waygu pretty hard if this is the quality of it then I would stay clear of anything Waygu you on the menu. I drove out of my way to come here to get this place and was pretty letdown. I also tried the pistachio baklava. I can't say that it's bad but it's definitely not for me. It's kind of I don't know floral tasting. Three wraps a small fry and a baklava was $65 I don't think I'll be back.
